This company was amazing. They knew we were financially strapped and yet he took the time to look into the problem and came back later that week to fix the problem. Furnace stopped running in the evening during a snow storm. Technician was easy to get in touch with and came out the same night to get things working again keeping my pipes and family from freezing all night. He even gave me a detailed explanation on what was going wrong and how to prevent future issues. I'll be a return customer for sure.

AC went out Saturday night, called Air Now Sunday morning at 10am, AC was fixed by 4pm. Thankfully he had the part in his van.

In August 2020, the temperatures had consistently been in the high 90's when the Air Conditioner in our new home stopped working. I called the company who had performed the original installation, and for two days, they were unable to diagnose the issue.
On Friday evening, I called Air Now heating and Air Conditioning. Within a short time, the owner, Jeff, responded. He quickly identified the original wiring was incorrect for the existing thermostat, and a capacitor had burned up, which was quite evident when he removed it as it had melted.
Jeff had our system back up and running in no time.
I later learned Jeff had just returned home from a family camping trip and had not even unpacked when he had received my call.
I cannot say enough positive about Jeff and Air Now Heating and Air! Outstanding Service, Incredibly professional and fair for the cost of their service. I will call Air Now Heating and Air every time! Thanks, Jeff!

Came out at 7:00 PM to do maintenance on our furnace that they installed 7 years ago. Very committed to our satisfaction as always. We have worked with them long enough they remember us and call us by name. Great service by great people.

Fantastic service! Despite it being the end of the day before he could make it out to our house, Jeff stayed late to service both our furnace and AC and he still did an excellent and thorough job. I would happily use their services again!

Jeff and Alan expertly installed a new furnace in my parent's basement over a year ago. This was no easy feat since their old furnace was 50+ yrs old and big and heavy. They brought in concrete blocks to place the new furnace on and installed tubing to add more humidity in their dry home. It's been over a year and their furnace still works great! The temperature is comfortable and the added humidity has been great for our skin and sinuses. Alan installed and setup an Ecobee thermostat for us. It has been a game changer and we love it. Jeff recently performed yearly maintenance on the furnance and took his time, ensuring that everything worked perfectly. He even gave us a discount, which was great! Jeff has been honest and reliable with my family and I feel like we can count on him to fix any problems we might encounter in the future. The owner Jeff is professional and thorough. He did the annual maintenance on my furnace and gave us estimates on central air conditioning installation. The written estimates included good, better and best options for our home with corresponding options so we could make an informed decision. When we decided on the A/C unit, Allen came out and did an awesome job on the installation and ran wiring for a new thermostat. He too was professional and thorough.
