We used Air Now for a new furnace. They came in way under than the other quotes. They installed the furnace in a timely manner and the tech even fixed an issue with my water heater vent that a “big name Utah brand” installed awhile back, it wasn’t up to code and he fixed it with no extra charge. The tech was super nice and kept me updated on everything. Jeff kept me in the loop with what to expect and was quick to respond. I was very impressed and highly recommend based on our experience.

We have been using AirNow for years and recommend their services, very fair and reasonable and always friendly! Jeff came and did our yearly maintenance on our furnace, and as always explains thoroughly what (if anything) needs to be fixed. They are very thorough and do a great job!

I called Mountain Home Service because they have helped me in the past. I was being irritated by the chirping of a Smoke Detector, but couldn’t identify which one. A technician came and quickly found the offending detector. He checked and found that they all were guaranteed for ten years and coincidently had been replaced 10 years ago! I made the decision to have them all replaced. I will sleep better knowing that the smoke detectors are all reliable and will no longer be chirping. The technician was polite, helpful, and knowledgable. I will call Mountain Home Service again when I have need for a knowledgeable technician and a reliable company.

James Hill and his partner did a great job installing my HVAC system. He was promt, courteous, and efficient. I learned a lot about the system during the installl. Home Depot handled the appointment and financing while Mountain Home did the work. Dylan Smuin was helpful on the sales side and gave me great information and was very helpful in getting everthing set up for the next day and walking the financing through. I am pleased with the cost and speed of getting my heat and cooling back online and home depot 36 month interest free financing. This was 5k less than the other quotes I received. After 2 sleepless warm nights with no AC I'm looking forward to a cool restful night tonight.

Jason was excellent. He took the time to explain the issues and what my options were. He was very knowledgeable and did a nice job of installing the water heater, expansion tank, and pressure relief valve.

Mountain Home Services overall were very responsive. I made initial contact in the afternoon and Jason came to the house later that same day. He replaced the water heater the next morning. The old water heater had started leaking and I had concerns the leak would get worse and cause damage soon. Thanks to their quick service, no damage to my house or belongings occurred.

Moutain Home Services has a pleasant phone service support and sent a wonderful technician to my home named Mr. Rogers. He was very professional and courteous. He gave me multiple options in vent motor sizes and was able to replace my bathroom vent in no time. He also noticed that I did not have my smoke alarms installed and asked if I would like for him to install what he had available or the ones I have previously purchased, but not installed. I certainly appreciated the service he provided. Thank you Mountain Home Services for hiring helpful and wonderful individuals! I will be calling again for future services.

Eddie replaced an old toilet with an “intelligent” toilet. Other companies had told us it was too complicated or would take too much time for them to do; Eddie did a superb job and finished much faster than we’d expected. He was courteous and cleaned up after his work. Definitely would recommend and will use again!

Mountain home services came to help me today with an electrical problem. I really appreciated the service that they provided. Ryan called as he was coming to the house and came earlier than expected which was much appreciated. He quickly figured out what was wrong and then gave me quotes by email as to how to fix this problem in the future if it happens again. Very responsive company which I really really appreciated. Would definitely hire them again.

Lance came out to price a new water heater. We had been having issues since it was replaced by a different company. Found out that the part was still under warranty so we did not need to replace the whole unit like the other company was trying to sell us. Super thankful for the honesty and work that Lance did!

Bryce showed up on time, was very knowledgeable and explained everything. He figured out that our sensor was dirty and got it fixed. He then got us signed up for the service membership with Mountain and helped us understand what comes with it.

Tony and Zach just finished installing a completely new Furnace and Heat Pump System. Joe was the sales guy that came out within 24 hours of us reporting an issue with our 30 year old system. Amazing, professional service by this crew. Joe was an excellent teacher and helped us understand our options and arrive at the best one for us - including maximizing rebates available to us. He was also on time, and coordinate ahead of his arrival time so that we would be here when he showed up.

Tony and Zach were amazing technicians. Tony explained the process they were going to follow, worked with us to determine the best route for the exhaust vent, set expectations with us on when they would be done, and was courteous and polite the entire time. They showed up and did exactly what they said there were going to and even finished early! I can't praise these two guys enough.

Very professional. They took the time to look at the machine and do an actual analysis. The last company i hired just asked me the same questions they asked when i set up the appointment and then said “oh yeah let’s get a new one for you” without even looking at the water softner. So i really appreciated Mountain Home Services for their easy scheduling online and their thoughtful approach.

I had an exceptional experience with Mountain Home Services, and in particular its capable, friendly, technician Solomon. I booked a gas fireplace servicing and repair appointment. The company gave me a five-hour appointment window; Solomon gave me a 40-minute courtesy call and arrived within minutes of his expected time. He resolved the issue quickly and took the time to explain to me some things I didn't know about my fireplace. He then asked if I needed any other HVAC-type services. I did - installation of two new smart thermostats. Solomon then installed those thermostats quickly but not hastily, ensuring I understood how to use the new technology and associated app before leaving. And before leaving, he thanked me for trusting his company and wished me well.

A bonus is how aware Solomon was while working on my fireplace to put down blankets and other materials to manage messes. Other companies and technicians have been much less careful.

Great experience! Our furnace inducer motor decided to go out on a Sunday afternoon. Sadly this was only a 4yr old furnace. I called first thing Monday morning and they had an available technician out to my house by 9:30am.
Daniel was able to quickly diagnose the faulty motor, pick up an OEM part locally, installed it and have our heat back up and running by 11am at the latest! I really appreciated his honesty and how he explained which part was faulty. Never did he try and sell me something I didn't need. Their pricing was very fair and reasonable. I will certainly have them back out for my AC needs as summer approaches.

$467 service...$129 service call and a $10 capacitor replacement to a boiler heating system left $328 that I wanted to reconcile. The tech and trainee were in my home approximately 45 minutes diagnosing and replacing the capacitor. I did not receive an invoice from the tech so I contacted the office. I was told that she would send me an invoice, and that a supervisor, whom she named, would contact me. It is now 2 weeks later and I have received neither. So you will have to decide if you would be satisfied with their service.

Mountain Home Services, was outstanding with their sales guy Carson. Carson made the process of understanding the different options and made sure to give me all the rebates and discounts available that made the pricing affordable. Makenzi was awesome to work with. We had a few companies give us a quote to install recessed LEDs in our kitchen and front room and when she learned their price was higher than another company’s, she worked hard to find ways to lower hers to make it more competitive. She was able to come out the day we accepted her quote and had it all done that same day. The lights look and work great and are everything we asked for!
