I am a repeat customer for a reason! Just Right sent out a technician the same day to evaluate our heating issue. Turns out we needed to replace our 20 yr old furnace. Less than 48 hrs later the Install team, Trey and Todd, arrived first thing in the morning and worked through the day, even skipping lunch, to finish the job - a 10 hr complicated install! They were both skilled workers, as well as, polite, friendly and communicated effectively as the job progressed. I would highly recommend Just Right for their competitive pricing and excellent customer service from the entire team - Jeremy, Jordan, Todd and Trey! My family is grateful to have confidence in our new furnace this Winter!

Just Right showed up when they said they would, charged what we thought was a fair price, respected that I work from home during the install, and walked us through the new furnace and thermostat upon completion. Robert (sales), Trey, and Jace (install) were great to work with and we would recommend them to people we like. The process didn’t seem like I was dealing with a used car sales person like has been my experience in the past.

Very honest company to deal with. Jim Blair (Salesman) came out to give me a quote on installing new Furnace and A/C unit. I asked for quote due to another HVAC company recommended that my system was near end of life and had some issues. Jim came out to quote new system but after evaluating my system his recommendation was that replacement was not necessary. He did give a quote but recommended a maintenance and cleaning of coil to keep the system operating for many more years. It was refreshing to have such an honest and open conversation. I really felt valued as a customer. Thank You Jim for your honest evaluation.

Just Right has the best customer service! During our inspection of our furnace, it was discovered that we had a crack that could possibly lead to CO2 release. Instantly our service guy, Scott, shut down our furnace and let us know that we would need a new furnace. In just a few hours, a comfort professional came to our home to figure out which furnace would be our best option. He looked for every discount he could possibly give us too! We then got an appointment for the very next morning to install our new furnace. We only had to go one night without heat! What a blessing, especially since the temps went below freezing. Just Right took care of everything with quality technicians that did everything perfectly. We are so happy with how we were taken care of and were made a top priority to get our furnace replaced. Thank you Just Right! We are now comfy and cozy 😀

Wow! Couldn't be more impressed with this company! We had a very old system that we didn't know was leaking carbon monoxide. They found the leak on a routine inspection in the afternoon and then had installers here to replace the system the next morning! Now everything is working great and we're warm and comfortable.

Just Right contacted me to after my install offering “free plumbing inspection”. I asked to be removed from marketing and that I did not consent to my personal information being used for marketing and to opt me out of future promotions. James was more interested in arguing than just hanging up and removing me from their marketing list.

Just Right installed two hybrid heat pump systems in my home. It was a big job! Daniel and Zach could not have been more professional and conscientious regarding keeping us informed, showing respect for our property, and working really, really hard. They did a great job accommodating our needs, including working in existing humidifiers, and were prompt about making sure we were completely satisfied.

Daniel and Zak as well as Robert our Sales Tech provided great service for us today as Daniel and Zak installed 2 furnaces in our home today. What a great experience we had with Josh E and Todd P. They installed a new furnace and air conditioning unit in our house. They were thorough, knowledgeable, polite and professional. They encountered a few setbacks as they had to upgrade several things to bring them up to code. All in all, we are very pleased with our new system and would highly recommend Just Right Air for your heating and cooling needs.

These guys rescued us at the end of summer when our 30 year old a/c and furnace died. We got three bids (all competitive) but the way these guys walked through things with us and helped us narrow down the most fiscally sound choice (without upselling efficiency just for the buzz words) won us their trust. And I'm glad we went with them. The unit they installed is the perfect fit for for this house and the quality of their workmanship is fantastic. They answered every annoying question I threw their way or went and tracked down an answer when they didn't know. I truly feel this company has honesty at the core of their business model.

I’ve been a fan of Just Right Heating & Cooling for years, largely because of my positive experiences with Dan, the former owner. Dan once spent his own time on a weekend helping me troubleshoot a tricky thermostat issue—his integrity and customer-first approach left a lasting impression.
Recently, I needed a compressor and coil replaced on an A/C unit. Trusting my previous experience under Dan’s leadership, I didn’t shop around and went with Just Right again. The team was professional and did what they promised, but I was shocked by the price: $16,000 for a Carrier 2-stage 3-ton compressor and 4-ton coil replacement (SEER 17), even after a maintenance program discount.
Soon after, I asked North Star Heating & Air—a contractor that’s been in business since 1998, not a fly-by-nighter, and who I was working with on my father-in-law’s home—what they’d charge for a similar system. Their estimate was $8,500–$9,000 for a comparable system (Goodman, which isn’t as high-end as Carrier), including a 10-year warranty (not 12 years). They also estimated $11,500 for an even higher efficiency heat pump. While I understand Carrier is a premium brand and Just Right’s GM explained their price includes faster response and longer warranties (and believed their bid would still be less than a quote from Anytime HVAC), I still feel the cost was far out of line with the market.
It’s clear to me that since Dan sold the company to a private equity group, Just Right has shifted from being a high-value, service-focused business to a more expensive, luxury-oriented business model. I take responsibility for not getting competing bids, but want others to be aware of the dramatic price shift.
In summary: The service was professional and the work was done well, but the value for the price is no longer what it once was. I highly recommend getting multiple quotes (may as well try North Star Heating & Air to test my experience) — before making a decision. I believe private equity views these industries as both a hedge against A.I. disruption and an opportunity to implement slick marketing and sales techniques to maximize revenue and profit. I don’t blame them, but I don’t think it’s the right long-term play. P.E. often doesn’t play long. I'm glad we have review/reputation systems to share info like this and hope it helps others. I suspect the same applies to plumbing, electrical and similar trade industries.

They replaced my furnace, AC unit, and water heater. Couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. Received prompt service from the first phone call. All techs were fantastic. They were more than willing to answer all questions and explain exactly what they were doing and why. The personnel in the office, the sales person, and all the techs helped much more than a five star review. I would highly recommend.

Just Right came and looked at our AC unit. They were very thorough and honest with us about the fact that they could "put a bandage on it", but couldn't guarantee how long it would last. Knowing that our furnace was also at the end of it's time, we looked into pricing for both. Just Right gave us 4 different options and were great at explaining pros and cons of each.
We did purchase both units and Just Right was great through the whole process.

This was my first time using Just Right and I have to say I’m very impressed. Their tech Gene was awesome he addressed all my concerns and problems perfectly. Best part was his customer service was on point too. I will continue to use this company because of him.

We had a wonderful experience with a great team getting a new furnace, complete system and humidifier. Jordan, Daniel, Brady and Patrick outdid themselves installing everything in record time. They were professional, polite, and cleaned up amazingly. Everyone at this company is so helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this company.

We just had Just Right install a new heating and air conditioning system and we can’t say enough good things about the whole experience I text them on a Wednesday and they got back to me the very same day to set up an appointment Vaughn came to our house on Friday and they installed our whole new system on Monday!!!!! We were so impressed how quickly everything was done! Vaughn that came and gave us the estimate was the best!!! He answered all of our questions and was very friendly and professional!!! The installers were so nice and friendly and also answered all of our questions Daniel was extremely helpful and made sure we felt comfortable with everything before they left. Colton and Ramone were great guy’s and so friendly!!! Needless to say everyone was amazing Definitely giving them a 5 Star review ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Lee & Teresa Kendall
