Great experience with Mountain Home Services and Jackson in particular. Although I ultimately did opt to have a few additional electrical upgrades performed that I wasn’t planning on originally, the reason I chose Mountain Home and Jackson was because of his straightforward and honest approach in educating me as to what was absolutely necessary vs trying to sell me on additional services like the competing companies did when providing me their estimates. Great experience and a fair price.

My fireplace stopped working correctly and needed a hard to find part. Mountain Home Services searched until they found the correct part and then installed it. I now have a working fireplace again! Yay! I appreciate the friendly and knowledgeable employees and the excellent service that was provided. In fact, I have already scheduled maintenance services with them in the future to keep the heating/cooling systems working well. Great company to work with! Highly recommend.

Had a great experience with Mountain Home services! They came out the same day I called to give me a second opinion on a furnace replacement, free of charge. Carson was great with helping us understand our options and the different types of furnaces available to us, and his pricing was better than the other companies that looked at our system! He even got us scheduled for next day install. The install team of Javier and Ammon did a great job, worked quickly and most importantly were clean with their work!

Josue was great. He cleared out our dryer vent and was very thorough and explained everything he would be doing. I would highly recommend them for your next service. Price was great, customer service was excellent. All around a great experience.

Mountain Home Services were outstanding! The ordering process was easy with a great sales guy JD! Where other firms quoted 69-90 days to install, Mountain Home installed a week after signing the contract. They did everything as promised from permits, inspections (Pending) to coordinating the gas company (also verified on installation was verification of all pilot lights!) The installers were TOP NOTCH! Tried getting quotes from a competitive brand, but after multiple calls playing 20 questions each, NEVER GOT LOCAL DISTRIBUTORS NAME!!!!! You JUST CANT GO WRONG WITH MOUTAIN HOME SERVICES!!!!!

Wyatt was excellent from start to finish. He came out and quickly diagnosed an igniter issue with our furnace, and his communication was truly top-notch. He took the time to explain exactly what was happening, why the issue occurred, and what the fix involved, all in a clear and easy-to-understand way. I never felt rushed or left in the dark. It’s rare to find a technician who is both highly knowledgeable and great at communicating — Wyatt is both. I would absolutely recommend him and wouldn’t hesitate to call again.

Easy to contact and get on their schedule within a couple hours of me calling. Jason came right on time and was very efficient. He made sure I knew what was going on, and gave me all my options. I ended up Needing a new water heater and they got it installed and everything up and running in a couple hours. I’m very pleased with the service I received.

Bryce did a great job servicing the furnace. He took his time, explained what he was doing, and was patient in answering questions. He also provided lots of pictures (Like the ones below) and a great written explanation of the diagnostics. I would highly recommend Bryce and Mountain Home Services!

I found Mountain Home Services on Maps because my water heater went out Saturday and I called them on Sunday and they came on Monday at 8 AM that’s fast. Our service guy and the service he gave us was exceptional and was very friendly and professional in his installation of our water heater. Job well done thank you. Replacing AC Units is almost always a crisis. However, the experience has been pleasurable. Every young man has been kind, professional, informational and made this harrowing experience very comfortable for my husband and I. I will recommend Just Right to everyone I know, without reservation.

I don’t usually post reviews but I had a great experience with Just Right. Purchased a new AC from JR. After comparing several companies, Just Right was not the cheapest, but offered a great warranty and service plan. They were great thru the whole process. Not high pressure at all, Greg was great at offering me options that worked for my size of home & what I could afford. Their installations techs were AWESOME! Shout out to Daniel, Gage, Mike, & Luke. They were clean, hard working, respectful and great at communicating with me. They spent a lot of time in a blazing attic and never once complained among themselves or to me. I’ve had a completely different experience with another hvac company, where the techs were sloppy, messy, loud and crass. And Just Right showed up, on time, for every appt.

I loved the service I received from HVAC Utah. Tony (the sales rep) took the time to explain every detail of what the company had to offer and the rationale behind the recommended product. He didn't pressure me into anything and made me feel comfortable with the time I needed to make my decision. When I decided to proceed with a new furnace and central air, we received service quickly and efficiently. Everyone involved with this company was very professional and friendly.

I had both our furnace and gas fireplace serviced by HVAC Utah. What a great experience! The technician was very professional in every aspect. He spent a lot of time on both the furnace and fireplace. It had been a long time since we had our fireplace serviced and the tech spent extra time cleaning and making sure it was functioning properly at no extra cost. This company does exactly what they say they are going to do. It was a great experience.

From the start Just Right HVAC felt right after I met with Vaughn (sales), he understood what I was looking for and kept discussion around what he believed were my best options. Decided on a 15 seer 2 AC w a 80,000 btu furnace within our budget at a fair price.
Brady & team our installers were on time and prepared to get to work. Kept house clean and tools organized on top of protective floor covering. System is in the attic, which has a few tight spots to get the old and new system through. Brady took the time to make a plan how to move equipment through the tight space without damaging equipment or house. New system install looks great much better than original setup. They made sure area was left clean, they even vacuumed floors at the end.
I am happy with decision to use Just Right for our new 4 ton 15 seer2 AC & Trane 80,000 btu furnace with ECM air handler.

Greg was thorough and patient in responding to my questions so I could select the best option. He responded promptly several times when I had follow up questions prior to installation. The installation crew were careful, efficient and knowledgeable and didn’t leave till they had thoroughly explained what they had done and responded to all the questions I had. I would be confident in using Just Right Heating & Cooling for future maintenance and installs needs.

Zachary was so nice. He had been working all day and had more to do after me. He didn’t complain. He stayed upbeat. Was friendly and caring. He was efficient and trained well and skilled to do my repairs and give me some piece of mind. Even after telling me they couldn’t come out, Zachary made the effort to come to Park City down to Clinton at 9:30 at night. So grateful for these guys and their willingness to help and serve me. For sure I would recommend Zachary and the whole team again.

We have been very impressed with Just Right. They always treat us with the utmost professionalism and care. Their work is top notch. Trey installed a new furnace for us today and he arrived on time, dealt with some unforeseen setbacks, and cleaned up nicely afterward. Excellent experience.

Daniel is a very professional tech. He installed a furnace and air conditioner, replacing a very old system. There were several complications that came up and Daniel took care of all of them. He made sure the new system was up and running before he left. He was here about 9 am and didn’t leave until 10:30 pm. He is a talented and very good person to work with. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him for anyone.

Ian did a great job. He arrived right when I was told he would, and he took the time he needed to find the problem with our AC and fixed it. I've had bad experiences in the past with other companies, but I really felt like I could trust him. I am very happy with the service, and the price was very fair as well. I will definitely use them in the future and would recommend them to anyone. Super happy customer, keep up the great work!
