I recommend avoiding this company.

I was a fan of Just Right for years, and even paid for the premium program. After ownership changed, however, every time their technicians came out they found a large number of "issues", none of which had been previously brought to my attention. Not only were the bids they provided exorbitant, but they tried to use high pressure sales tactics to get me to sign. "You'll need to sign this soon to lock in this price, because due to the tariffs, the manufacturers will all be raising their prices by 30% next week".

The worst offense was during last winter when our furnace went out. Turns out it was a bad furnace pressure switch. The labor was included since I was a premium member, which is great, but the price they gave me for the part was $350. A part that requires two screws to remove and replace and that retails for less than $35, including tax and shipping. Needless to say I replaced it myself, and stopped doing business with them.

I had Just Right replace my furnace and air conditioner and they did an amazing job! I was referred by a friend and I will definitely be referring them as well. 5 star service!!!

First and foremost, DJ, the sales rep, was extremely thorough and practical in his approach. He took the time to walk through the entire house, counted the returns and supplies, and suggested adding two returns and one supply in our basement. Further, he accurately scoped out the work, unlike his competitors, to include identifying that we could not upgrade from 80% to 96% given structural limitations. He prides himself and the company on top notch service and rightfully so.

Yesterday, we had Joe, Reggie, and Colton complete our install. They were also very courteous, thorough, and displayed a high level of professional aptitude and pride in their work. We are very satisfied that we chose Just Right. Of all of the home repair / install companies I've used over the past 20 years of home ownership, they are best in class.

5 stars just for customer service. After going with a bigger known company we were hesitant about doing so again. Jake Shelly * went through the process with me twice, very clear about everything that was being done and all my payment options. I highly recommend the VIP program. My AC unit was done and running in 5 minutes. I will definitely be sticking with just right.

Gabriel installed a new furnace in my home. He was friendly, worked clean, his personal hygiene was very good. He and his partner, Alan, worked great together.

I paid an enormous amount for an hvaxlc system 7 months ago that came with a maintenance plan (i.e. filter changes, basic check-ups) and these people haven't done squat since installing this overpriced POS. Actually, when they installed it, they moved the drain tube for my water softener, which has been slowly causing damage to the drywall behind the HVAC, water heater (which they installed and we are already having problems with), and water softener. Now, I'm having to do repairs for that. But, they still haven't come out in over 6 months to do any of the maintenance work that is part of the contract work we paid for, the "guarantee," and is part of what we are paying for now. But if I stop paying boy that would be a problem wouldn't it.

We had James out to look at our shower/tub and why when the shower was on the water would come out of the shower head and the tub spout. After diagnosing the issue it was determined that the shower head and tub spout needed to be replaced. He gave me my estimates and I immediately signed because I already knew I was in good hands from a previous visit. About an hour later the job was done and now everything is running as it should. My dad that rents the basement from me was so happy with this repair because he had been asking me for months to have someone look at it and I should called Just Right sooner, but I’m glad they were able to quickly address the issue and repair it all within an hour. Thank you James for giving us great, fast, friendly and cost effective service. We couldn’t be more happy with everything!! Thank you thank you thank you!!

Zack Swanke and team did an excellent job replacing my entire HVAC system. I was happy with the initial consultation call through the 12 hour installation project. Now, a few days later, I am very happy with the system thus far and feel the company selected the right solutions for me.

At first, this company seemed like they cared, but in the end, they'll Bone you. My furnace and water heater went out. To repair furnace was $7k, understandable, but for the water heater they wanted between $10k to $8k. A supervisor was supposed to call to give me a package deal. That never happened, but I went with my plumber and got the new water heater in for $1,500. My plumber recommended a hvac guy that will replace my whole system, furnace and ac, for $9k. Shop around don't take just right word for it. Just Right also will try to pressure you to go with them by leaving the heat off or keep the water on so the problems keep happening.

Joe Vera & Victor was friendly, professional, and very helpful, answering all of my questions and giving me lots of useful information along the way. I watched as they thoroughly cleaned every single vent in my house, and by the time they were finished, the difference was incredible.

Allan did a great job replacing our furnace. He was very thorough in his workmanship. He tested how things were operating as he went along. He made sure we understood the process and asked if we had any questions when the job was completed. We were very happy with the job he did.

We started out with our yearly furnace maintenance but ended up purchasing a new furnace and a/c. Jose was our tech and he was very friendly and straightforward with his findings. Our furnace was just over 10 years old and we did keep up on our yearly maintenance but to see the pics of the holes that were found in one of the coils was pretty alarming. We met with Vaughn who explained a few things to us and recommended a few solutions and options to give us better air flow. Vaughn also helped us with financing and keeping our payments pretty close to what we wanted to pay monthly. Thankfully, these amazing techs, Gabriel, Allen and Kevin installed the furnace and a/c the same day, having to put extra hours into their work day. They were so polite and respectful during the entire time spent installing our units. After the work was completed, they cleaned everything up and walked us through the app set up and showed us a few things about our new furnace and a/c. We are very appreciative of all of these individuals and will absolutely continue to be Just Right Plumbing, Heating and Cooling members.

Above and beyond what was expected in customer service and overall satisfaction. Will absolutely use them again.
