The service team broke my window screen, climbing in and out of my basement window without my consent, I called their main office to see if they would do anything to rectify aka replace the screen, they referred me to "Brady" I tried calling him 2 times ledt video of them climbing out my window sent him pictures of the damage texted him several times he never responded to my calls or texts I then ledt a voicemail with him and the company office never got responded to very unprofessional broke my screen would not respond or rectify the issue not happy. Would not recommend.

There were two fairly large pieces of glass (to big to vacuum up safely) in my carpet after they left. Don't know where they came from or how they got in my carpet. It was where they put their drop cloth. I found another one just under my couch...

Bill's Comfort Systems installed a new 98% Efficiency Heat Pump, and Furnace in my Home. They arrived at the noted time, were very Efficient and Neat.
I would Highly Recommend Bill's for any type of HVAC work that is needed in your home.

They responded the same day I called in with my issue. The technician was thorough and knew what to do. He didn't try to sell me a new furnace like other companies tried to do, but identified the problem (which was difficult to find) and quickly made the repair. He was respectful and courteous. I highly recommend this company.

We had new system installed by Bill's Comfort Systems in May, 2024. After 18 months the furnace began making strange sounds. We called and their technician came and examined the furnace, made necessary repairs and all seemed to be in order. Then six weeks later the same sounds developed again. We called and the same technician came back. After consultation with the office they decided to replace the first furnace with a brand new furnace of the same make/model. It works great.

They were wonderful to work with, very professional and knowledgeable. They didn’t change the price of the project once work had begun. They replaced my entire heating and air conditioning systems in the time they had quoted. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for good friendly service.

We have used Bill's Comfort Systems for several years now. Each time we use their service, we are impressed by the employees that come to our home. We never feel like they are trying to sell us anything that we don't need. They always do a fantastic job and make sure to answer any questions we have. I would highly recommend them.

Did a great job. I did my own research and found out how everything worked and I let the technician explain to me what he thought it was. We both came up with the same conclusion. Took the time to explain how things work in the fireplace and explained what he thought it would be and then gave us options and prices. I went with replacing all the heating mechanisms and controls because the fireplace was about 15 years old and ran constantly. Had the parts on the truck, and the fireplace up and running in an hour. I would typically do this type of work myself but I didn't want to mess with the gas lines and installing the wrong parts. Would use them again.

We were smelling a gasoline-like order in our warehouse every time our ceiling heater kicked on and thought maybe something weird was happening in the heater unit. Brendon from Bills Comfort Systems showed up within a few minutes and went right to work trying to figure out where the smell was coming from. Checked the ceiling heater, our furnace and everything checked out. Brendon noticed some plastic gas cans on the floor just below the heater. Turns out one of the tanks had a small leak, when the heater kicked on it would suck the fumes up into the heater making the place almost unsafe to work in.

Brendon was amazing, quick, and efficient. Bills Comfort Systems will always be our go-to for all our HVAC needs. AWESOME company!!

It was so refreshing to have a service company come to our home to repair our furnace and nit to just upsell. Brendan was amazing!! He couldn't figure out why the part wouldn't work. So instead of just telling us we needed a new furnace he brought another tech with him and figured out the fix. We would definitely use Bill's comfort system for any further needs@

Bill’s did a great job. They came out after our HVAC service company noted a potential gas leak in our attic furnace. While they might have disagreed that there was a leak, they replaced the suspected leaking valve without question and free of charge. Really appreciate that level of customer service.

Had some bids to connect a gas heater to my 3-car garage. I had done most of the work , but didn’t feel comfortable with the final connection. I call a few companies and either didn’t hear back, or the bid seemed ridiculously high. A friend recommended I call Bills Comfort Zone and they responded quickly and within a day, they gave an estimate and did the job. I saved $2,000 by calling Bills Comfort Zone!!! I’m not kidding. I will definitely recommend them and use them for any other needs.

Jaxon went out of his way on the way to his parents home to take of us when our furnace quit working. Extremely kind and I appreciated his troubleshooting skills and his critical thinking of the problem. The problem was solved and he provided tips to hopefully avoid reoccurrences in the future. Jace was able to troubleshoot the issue, and ordered the part needed. Once the part was available he came back and finished the repairs quickly. He provided updates as he was conducting the repair which helped us to better understand the system and better use it.

Very happy with the response and communication provided by the team at Bill’s. Our furnace is running good and so much quieter. The service call was reasonable. The part was a little pricey, but luckily they found one. Cheaper than a whole new furnace.
