Dan was excellent to work with. I had another vendor fall through and reached out to CMB HVAC at 9:30 pm because I needed my thermostat replaced as soon as possible. Dan responded within minutes, got me scheduled in the narrow window of availability I had the next day, and arrived right on time.

After connecting on thumbtack, Dan called me to talk through details and options with me. He was able to make a recommendation for exactly what I was looking and it was very helpful to talk everything through and get a price estimate prior to his visit.

Once he got to my house he was friendly, communicative, and got the work done quickly. I strongly recommend Dan and CMB HVAC.

Our AC stopped working during a heatwave in Salt Lake City and I found CMB HVAC through a neighbor. The technician showed up on time, explained the issue clearly, and fixed it the same day. Pricing was upfront with no surprises. Communication was honest and simple. Our home feels comfortable again and I truly appreciate their professionalism.

My furnace stopped blowing hot air about 2 days ago. I was recently mortified at my experience with a local electric company and really apprehensive, as a single mother owning her first home, to be taken advantage of again by a service company. There's a lot you just don't know and people will take advantage of you.
After reading reviews, I called CMB, BEST choice I've made.
Channing was the best person that could have showed up to help. He walked me through everything, worked his butt off all day, went to bat for me with Lennox and was upfront and real every step of the way. After a lot of frustration on his end, regarding my furnace, he explained to me exactly what the issues were and what options I had available to me. He made sure I understood the obstacles we were facing before any decisions were made.
Once we made our decision, he went above and beyond to make sure we were going to be warm and okay until they could get the install complete (just one night) due to how late he was at my house trying to get my current furnace running.
I can't say enough about my experience with this company. Fair, honest and human. Channing, a true salt of the earth person, he deserves all the alcaldes available.

As a new home owner, I had no clue I had to do so much regular maintenance. These guys came recommended by a coworker and if I could give them 10 stars I would. They are so sweet, professional and have explained to me in simples mans terms the yearly maintenanced that will need to be done. Seriously, they're awesome and lifesavers!!

I was referred to CMB by a friend who was very happy with their service and saved a significant amount on replacing a heater. I replaced my entire HVAC system, and I was really happy. I noticed that their guys had a lot of years of experience and were impressively knowledgeable. When they arrive and entered my home they always put on shoe covers which is so respectful. They were patient and detail oriented when I had questions, showing me where everything was and walking me thru how to set or operate the things.. I really like my new system and it's so much more efficient. I honestly recommend CMB very highly to everyone without hesitation. I had obtained 2 other bids from recognizable name companies, but CMB had the best price, and were professional and reliable which made me feel really glad I chose them. Subsequent winter maintenance visit was also easy and Channing showed me how to use the garden hose to gently spray off the dirt on the outside fan. I learned that the fan unit was water safe!
If you need HVAC work definitely contact Lane Bird or Dan Moffett at CMB, I was glad I didn't go with the big name companies, cuz with CMB I get much more personalize service and saved money, and they always respond quickly to calls or messages. Very professional people.👍🏼

Had an issue with my furnace not working properly and Channing was here within 1 hour and got it working like a champ again. He was quick, clean, knowledgeable, and very personable. He even made sure to inspect my furnace while he was here. I will definitely use CMB HVAC again!

We had a new ac/furnace installed by True Pros earlier this year and it has been working fantastic! This summer has been the first in a long time that I haven't worried about air conditioning problems. Now that it is getting colder, we had them come out to service the furnace for the cold weather. Ty came out the same day I called, cleaned everything, made a couple adjustments on the thermostat, cleaned the outside heat pump, and got the furnace ready for winter. He was very friendly, professional and explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. Now I think I am going to have them come out to service our fireplace. True Pros are the best!

My family and I were so fortunate to come across this company. They gave a a realistic time frame between the hours of 1-3 and technician John Patrick was there to save the day. Our home went from feeling like a sauna to an ice box. I requested the photos from our inspection and he sent them right over. Very professional service and great price! This young gentleman, Kysen
was incredibly polite, respectful, and efficient. He flushed our tankless water heater to help extend its lifespan and also cleaned our A/C unit. He worked quickly, explained everything clearly, and left everything clean and in great shape. We really appreciated his professionalism and knowledge — highly recommend!

Replaced inducer housing covered by warranty. Paid for labor only. Work done quickly and courteously.

Katy and Brandon came out to give me an estimate for a mini-split in our bedroom. They came out quickly and got it installed that week. Ethan and Cannon were great installers. Ethan was able to point out some problems in our current hvac system in the attic that we would never have known. Thank you True Pros we will definitely call you out for any future hvac needs. They even offered to service our gas fireplace in the fall.

I love True Pros. They up front and honest and do an excellent job I have them do the annual a/c and furnace check up. Today Chris came out. He was super informative and very helpful. He even went as far as to point out some water where our furnace and water heater are. He helped us brain storm possible issues. I would not hesitate suggesting this company to anyone.
