Ty and Rich stopped by to get maintenance plan enrollment underway and check out why our 2007 system conked out. Professional, thorough, honest. Did a great job, and happy to be under their wing. We know we need a new system soon, but there was no pressure, just education and dialogue. Got the current system back up and running. Definitely going to True Pros for all my future needs.

Ty came by on short notice and was able to tune up and service our fireplace! Nice to have it running smoothly as the temps drop, and the holidays are coming. True Pro has been great to work with. Thanks again

This was our second visit from True Pros and we will definitely be continuing to have them return! Ty karsaba was our service provider today and he was great! Helpful and friendly, even our dog warmed up to him!

Earlier this year, we had True Pros install a new central A/C unit after our old unit (28 years old) finally gave out. Honestly, I had forgotten about a free tune-up that came with buying the new unit. But True Pros had not and they were adamant about providing this free tune-up, so we made the appointment and Chris & his trainee Raegan showed up and performed the tune-up. We had a few irregularities in our system and Chris had some suggestions to make everything work a little easier or better and offered some possible solutions and quoted us on some prices. My wife & I could hear Chris training during this appointment and he was so knowledgeable and such a great trainer to Raegan that even we learned a few things just by overhearing his explanations of certain things to Raegan. Later on down the line, when we can, we’ll probably take him up on some of the suggestions he had to make our system more efficient. Thanks a lot, guys!

I had an exceptional experience with TruPros and their specialist Koby! Great pricing and the customer service was incredible! Koby was wonderful and incredibly knowledgable while he walked me through everything he was doing and provided some great tips. His customer service and friendliness was top notch, and I would highly recommend True Pros to anyone after my experience with Koby yesterday!

What an amazing service business to use for AC/heat repair. I found True Pros online and chose to contact them based on reviews. I received an acknowledgment email within a few minutes. The next morning I was contacted by phone and then a text when I didn’t answer. The communication is very well played out from the initial scheduling to the moment technicians are on site. Paige and Colton were friendly, knowledgeable, and did a nice job reviewing the work that was necessary and completed. Pricing was on target, which is always a plus! We will be using them again and appreciate the sticker reminder we were provided.

We just moved into our house and the AC and furnace were old and had not been tuned. We called and were expecting a typical salesman experience, but were pleasantly surprised by the technician (Ty) and the professionalism and knowledge that he showed. While he was there we mentioned that the fireplace wasn’t working, and not only did he quickly fix that, but also cleaned and polished the glass!

This place should be 10 star rated. Very top notch. Jake and Jesse replaced 2 complete HVAC systems in one day. Very tidy and respectful. Great price. I would recommend True Pro to all who need repairs or replacements in all types of HVAC systems.

This is a special group of people. I’ve operated many businesses In my 61 years on this earth. This is one of the most professional and organized companies that I have ever worked with. We had to replace our whole heating and air-conditioning system. From step one with Tyler Coming in and diagnosing our system and explaining everything in complete detail. Explaining everything in detail with incredible technology, describing The issues inside of our current system. And then Brian came in, To give us an estimate on a new system, Incredibly professional, And courteous. Both super cool guys. By the next day The installation crew Kysen, and his coworker Braeden was at our house on time, Very knowledgeable work tirelessly the whole day to Make sure we had everything set up by that night, cleaned every bit of their mess up. Everything looks fantastic and working great they showed us the whole system. What they did how everything worked explained everything in detail, very patient with us. I recommend this company to anybody who I actually would not go to anyone else. And then when I needed, my questions answered, I would just called at the office and talk to Pieter, And Teagan, they were so much help with everything that we needed. Everyone answered my telephone calls every time I reached out For a question on something. It’s all done and we love it. I truly recommend this company to anyone. Thanks so much. We have been using True Pros for a few years now. Absolutely hands down the most honest and transparent group I’ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with. This round, Paige and Raegan were no different. I learned more about my furnace install than I ever cared to know. True Pros’ idea of maintenance isn’t just a quick once over and slap in a new filter. It is technical, methodical, and precise and well worth the modest expense to catch problems before they start. This is just one reason why they have an impeccable reputation!

I was not at all prepared for the experience I had with True Pros. I dreaded getting my HVAC system redone because of the headache of dealing with which company to chose. When it became an emergency, True Pros was available to come out at night (I can’t recall the technicians name but he was awesome!) and see what the issue was, and was available the following day to begin the repair. The gentleman who came and gave the estimate, Brian, was beyond friendly and set up portable units so my kids could cool down right away. The technician, Shari, was so impressive! She worked so hard in the heat to get our system replaced and did a great job at communicating and was friendly when we had questions. I could not have asked for a better experience. True Pros was great to work with to install a brand-new HVAC system in our home. It was very intimidating to sift through the many HVAC companies that are out there. I was very impressed that True Pros had a 5-star rating with 1,000 reviews. We had an appointment to have someone come over to look at our needs and to give us an estimate. We were pleasantly surprised to see that Katy, the owner of the company, came to give us an estimate. We were very impressed with her enthusiasm and passion for her business. In addition to this being a great business, it is owned and operated by someone who truly cares about her employees and her customers instead of a private equity firm. Katy came up with a great system for our house and her quote was far better than the others we received. We were getting not only the best price, but one of the highest quality systems on the market today. I have done more research than I should have on the Amana S series HVAC system, and I am very impressed. It will be interesting to see how it performs throughout the years to come. We also signed up for the gold program and will have True Pros come out twice a year to check on our system. The installation team was also great! Jesus and his father Darwin are very professional and took their time to make sure every step of the process was just right. They did not cut any corners, and they took extra time to ensure that everything was up and running. They truly take pride and care in their work and it’s great to see the installation done as if it were their own home. Take my advice, when you are looking for an HVAC company for your own house, please put True Pros at the top of your list.

Ty was amazing working on both heaters and fire places today! Thank you. He’s our third technician working on our fire places. True Pros is the first to fix the problem.

Needed another visit from True Pros for our upstairs air conditioning unit. Jones was dispatched and I was very impressed by how fast he identified the issue and got us up and running. I really like True Pros, they are very professional!

Colton and Nate were great. They were true professionals and got me up and working quickly! I would highly recommend them!

Technician Chris was amazing! True Pros scheduled my service when several other companies wouldn't even return my call. When Chris arrived, he was kind, professional, and so helpful to explain everything he was doing and all options available for repair and maintenance of my furnace. He then asked about my water heater and offered advice for replacement, which had not been a part of my scheduled service. After that, I had no problem deciding to purchase the yearly service plan. Thank you True Pros! You and Chris totally made my day!

Our experience was great with True Pro! They were able to answer all of our questions. They were able to come out to our house very quickly and were priced very reasonably. Ethan was our technician and he was nice and very helpful. He fixed what we needed quickly.

I cried because of the amazing hospitality, understanding, compassion, professionalism, and genuine concern from Zoe and Karen. While on a work trip to portland my gas company came out and gave me a hazard condition notice, I called Enbridge and they had no information, they told me the technician that came out would know but they have no idea about it. They were very rude and inconsiderate. When I called True Pros Zoe was a breath of fresh air. I'm in a financial hardship and she is working with me and my family to have a technician come out since my gas was turned off while we were in Vancouver, WA. It's 58 degrees in my house, we have a 4 year old. Enbridge also dated this very concerning notice improperly, we got here at 6AM today and they were here on the 18th because I have security footage of them at my door and garage. Enbridge is a terrible company with terrible service, rude customer service, and literally no information to give their customers. Zoe gave us comfort, telling us she'd help us with payment plans, and getting someone out today as soon as possible. The kindness from everyone gave me hope that there are still good people out there. Truly an amazing company, amazing people who truly care about their community. 1,000% recommend. I don't think I'm going to call anyone else when it comes to my HVAC system. TruePros is the perfect name for them considering the professionalism and service they provided. Will update when the tech gets here!

So, literally when you think the service is fantastic, can't get any better. We'll it did! Kobe was so freaking awesome!! He got to my house right on time, and he totally helped with this nonsense situation with Enbridge. He personally called them and asked THE questions respectfully. He was genuinely confused about this hazard notice and he found nothing and was curious as to how they got their results. He was so awesome and super friendly! So professional. I cannot believe how awesome this company is, he spoke so highly about his job and how much he loves working there, and he truly believes in their structure with customers as well as their competitive pricing. He said he's comfortable giving customers the pricing he does because he knows it's fair. I've never heard that nor have I experienced that in my career. Just amazing. I cannot give enough thanks, and gratitude. Honest, trustworthy company with excellent service and excellent staff. Definitely recommend. Share with everyone. They offer do many services and they take pride in their jobs and their customers. I even asked for a job to be apart of something so rare!
