John has been wonderful The water heater is performing much better than it was previously when we had to restart it over and over again, and when some water hammering was going on, he was willing to come back and readjust that due to the pressure valve, always hammering the house and making a super loud vibration throughout the house

Jon explained very well what he was doing why we needed to do it and was very transferred on prices and very reasonable. We appreciate them and plan on using them moving forward and 100% Recommend Jhon to anybody

Hired CMB HVAC for an issue with my unit cutting out and not warming up the home, which happened at the perfect time with the temp dropping 😏 Channing responded out same day the request was put in. To observe someone who knew what they were doing and checking different parts of the unit to troubleshoot the cause of the problem reassured me that I was in good hands. Channing made it look so effortless and was able to get my unit up and running - warming up my home for the cold season. Would absolutely recommend to family and friends, I also asked for Channing’s business card for any future furnace problems.

My 1st experience with CMB Hvac was Great! A few days prior to the repair, we noticed a gas smell in our basement. Called Enbridge & they sent someone to inspect immediately. They found that the fuel control valve on the furnace was staying open & leaking gas. They shut the gas off at the furnace. I called "ab*c" company ( to remain nameless ) & the tech showed up an hour later than the time window I was given. Confirmed what the gas company had already told me & said that he couldn't get the part until Monday (this was a Saturday that he was at our home) because his part store wasn't opened. So for this day he would just collect the service fee of $99 ... would have been nice to know there was a service fee!! So he basically charged me $99 to tell me what I already knew! Monday morning I received an email from "ab*c" co with a RIDICULOUS quote for the repair. I reached out to CMB & told them what was wrong with the furnace. They got me on the schedule same day, between 4-6pm - which worked perfect for my work schedule. Their tech Channing called me promptly at 4 pm, confirmed that the leak had already been diagnosed twice. He said if I could send him pictures of the model # and ser # on the furnace, he could give me an accurate quote over the phone. So I did that and he was quick to respond with a very fair quote !! He said he would run & grab the part & get back to me with an arrival eta as soon as part was in hand. 20 minutes later he messaged me with part in hand and said he was 15 minutes away. He was Great!! He got the repair done promptly & efficiently. He went above & beyond by doing a few extra courtesy operations to ensure the furnace was running well & safely !! Super impressed by Channing and the whole CMB experience - I will be a repeat customer if ever needed - Thank You Thank You !!

I had a shared AC evaporator drain line needing to be cleared. CMB was professional, communicative, and up front in setting up the appointment. Channing showed up for the job and he was absolutely excellent. Knowledgeable, courteous, thorough, and personable. Would happily hire him again. Great work and thanks CMB HVAC for helping me out!

I’ve worked with other HVAC companies and CMB HVAC was by far the best. Their technician Demetri was extremely informative and coordinated his arrival with me. He gave me a time and showed up at that time.
The company had fair pricing and they didn’t try to gouge me like I felt some other companies do. I will definitely be using them for future needs.

Excellent service! We had bad experiences from 2 other HVAC companies for a furnace inspection. One quoted thousands of dollars in repairs and was pushing for a full replacement, the other never showed & gave us the runaround. CMB was recommended by a friend. We called and within an hour Demetri showed up & did the inspection with easy-to-understand explanations. Honesty & integrity are a big plus. We'll definitely be using CMB going forward!

Our furnace stopped working on a Sunday morning, I asked for an appointment that morning, and they were able to get to our house a couple hours later. Daniel was awesome, got it figured out and fixed in less than an hour. Seriously great service, especially on a Sunday. Will definitely use them again.

After several days of working in a cold office, the property manager reached out to CMB HVAC to have them diagnose, and fix the heating problem. Demetri came and diagnosed the problem and had the heat up and running again in no time at all. I would highly recommend CMB, they were prompt, friendly and very personable. Great job Demetri!
