Edit: I have had an amazing experience and they are great with prices and labor!!! Ethan and Amber installed and fix the A/C unit coils and made house feel amazing!!! Gage was nice and great tech he shows you photos of dirt and what he would recommend and how much time he gives it before he recommends it's gonna go out!!! Shawn really understands the products and gives great options and feedback. He will let you know that yes the whole kit is $4,700 but shares if he thinks it's gonna last 3 years or if he has seen lots of repairs on the brand!!! They really are affordable, honest and great working staff!!! 5 🌟 to True Pros!!!

Changing my previous review. Last year, I had an issue with some miscommunication for a tune up and a lack of a follow up for an air duct cleaning service (the people who completed the different services were nice, it was some pricing issues and followup service issues). I paid for future visit and decided to just not use it. However, this company reached out and offered to make things right. I didn't contact them, they contacted me. I was skeptical and didn't want the hassle, but I was ensured when I had previously experienced wasn't something normal for their company. Still skeptical, I agreed. Today they sent over Ty. Dude was fantastic. He was respectful of the fact that I have a newborn and lots of cats (hence the previous need for air duct cleaning) and called when he got to the house instead of ringing the doorbell or knocking. As a new, yet old mom (40s) this first impression meant a lot. He was extremely personable, knowledgeable, and was very kind to my cats. If this company was looking to regain my trust and get me to reconsider using them again, they picked the right technician. I "tipped" him in memes, hence the picture. But yeah, my A/C is running well and he did all the things the needed to be done in the most painless way possible.

True Pros live up to their name. Always professional, fast and neat. Kobe was awesome to work with. He did precisely as he said and showed us before and after pics of his work. Highly recommended!!!

Ty was super nice and explained everything he was doing. Ty was very honest person . The price and what was done. Ty even showed me how to keep the pipes for the furnace evaporator pipes clean. I will be using him again.
If you are looking for a honest AC tec I would use ty. True Pros Heating And Air is awesomeness

Ty came out to check why my AC would not turn off. Ty checked everything . Then checked the thermostat it was on a programming which I did not know. He took it off the program and it word super awesome. Ty is a super ac man he explains what he is checking so you know what is going on.
If you do need your AC done call True pros Heating and air.

In today’s world it’s not easy to find companies who provide both quality products and quality service. I recently had to replace a furnace and air conditioning system and found that there are many companies out there who provide this type service. Even the bidding process is a nightmare. Each company sells a different brand of equipment which further complicates decision making. After completing my due diligence process (including spreadsheets and internet research) I chose True Pros Heating and Air.

Brian, in sales, is very knowledgeable about heating and cooling systems. He wasn’t pushy, he was factual, friendly and fair. Thank you, Brian!

Kysen and Colten (installation team) are true professionals who ultimately care about the end result, a properly installed system. They did an excellent job with the install! This was more than just a job. I felt that they were invested in doing this right, as if it were their own home. That’s amazing! Thank you!

At the end of the day, this is one of the most important and costly investments a home owner has to manage. Thank you True Pros for making this easier on me! True quality!

Jim and Chris from TruePros came out to tune up my furnace, and they did an exceptional job. They were professional, polite, and took the time to explain everything they were doing so I felt fully informed. The work was thorough and efficient, and I genuinely appreciated their attention to detail. I’d absolutely have them come back again and highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable service.

The best company I’ve ever had experience with in regards to post install customer service. They don’t just take your money and forget about you like other companies. They follow up with service calls instead of offering service and waiting for you to call and schedule. Quality work and a fair price. I’m a fan of True Pros.

I just want to say thank you True Pros. Ty and Chris assisted with fixing my furnace after it stopped working. Both of them did a wonderful job. I truly appreciate their warmth, skill set and professionalism. With this review I would like to also say thank you to Kysen, Jake and Nate who assisted me in the past. At that time they helped with my water heater, vents and some other things. They were top-notch. At that time technical difficulties did not allow me to place a review, so I wanted to show my appreciation for their HVAC handy work. Keep up the great work True Pros.

I tried True Pros for the first time on a furnace tune-up for my daughter's rental. It has two furnaces and the gas has been turned off due to new renters. Jim was the technician and he had an intern with him. Right there True Pros is high on my kudo's list! Love that the company is take time to train young apprenticeship trainees! Jim turned on the gas, and tuned up both furnaces making sure to be thorough. He uses new filters we provided without any up sale nonsense super courteous providing booties not to get our carpets dirty. Overall experience was superior, would definitely recommend using True Pros instead of the other guys!

We had Ty come out to service our furnace and to check our gas fireplace. We hadn't used the fireplace in a couple of years as it wouldn't work. Ty did an amazing job, got the furnace serviced and he got the fireplace working like new again. We signed up for their yearly service and are so happy with this company. Finally found one to trust. The True Pros experience was fantastic from start to finish. Communication was exceptional. Team member visit were announced via text with bios and photos so I knew who to expect, along with a maps link informing me of proximity. No surprises here. The water softener was exactly as promised and priced well and the team was friendly, polite and informative.

I recently used True Pros Heating and Air for an issue with my fireplace that would shut off shortly after being turned on. Kobe and JD were the first to come out and did a great job trying to help address the problem. When the issue returned less than a week later, Ty came out and was extremely transparent, honest, and communicative. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of and that we were fully satisfied. I appreciate the professionalism and dedication from the whole team.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. Early in the morning when our furnace went out, I initially called and spoke with the AI assistant, but it wasn’t very helpful. Not long after, the owner personally texted me to see if there was anything she could do to help us. That level of care immediately stood out.

At first I actually decided to go with another company, but when their quote came back it was insanely high. I reached back out to the owner and she went above and beyond to help us out. She worked with us on pricing and even dropped off space heaters to keep our house warm while everything was being figured out. That kind of service is rare.

I’m writing this review while the technicians are here installing our new furnace, and they’ve been nothing but friendly, professional, and helpful. You can tell this company truly cares about their customers.

We have two fireplaces that we haven’t turned on in probably over 10 years. They were definitely due for a tune-up and this morning, Ty and Paige came to do just that. We decided to upgrade to the “makeover” for our basement and let me say.. totally worth it! They were not kidding when they said it would look like new. I can’t stop looking at the fire because it is just so beautiful (see the before and after pic!) Aside from that, I’m grateful to have a trusted professional check and assure things are working PROPERLY so we aren’t taking any fire risks in our home upon use. Upon completion of the service, they gave use a full rundown including “training” on proper maintenance and use. I appreciated their expertise and knowledge, as well as their thorough explanations and answers to my questions. I would not hesitate to use this company again or recommend them to my closest friends and family. Amazing people providing amazing service.

Loving my new mini split installed by a great team, Colten and Paige of True Pros. They were both professional, polite, and clearly skilled. Highly recommend giving them a call if that one room in your home just can't keep up with the weather.
