Bad company to work with. Fake quotes. Terrible customer service. Avoid at all costs!! The five star rating only exists because they remove all bad reviews. (My first was removed within 30 minutes ) Left me waiting 3 hours for my appointment(that I waited two weeks for) then cussed me out when I called to complain. Owner is not a good person

Carlos was very friendly and helpful. As a new home owner, I appreciated that he helped walk me through the new system and how my skink set up worked. He talked me through every step of the process

Woke up to no water. it was really cold the night before, but I’ve lived here 14 years, through colder nights and never had a problem. I was pretty sure there was a break in the line.
I called Monkey Wrench, not only were they able to get me in that day, but when the water came on shortly after I’d called to make the appointment- it had just been frozen, not broken - and I called back to cancel the appointment, they told me there would be no charge for them to just come and take a quick look.
Wes assessed my situation and advised some insulation to be stuffed between a vulnerable pipe and the exterior cement wall.

I have used Monkey Wrench before, and been very satisfied with the results.

Jerry and Carlos were prompt, knowledgeable, communicative, and professional. We came in under budget on replacing all of the galvanized steel plumbing left in our house, despite running into a couple unexpected challenges. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the SLC area and don't plan to use anyone else in the future.

This is the 3rd time we have used Monkey Wrench. I really like Wes and his attention with explanations, detail, communication and clean up. There was a slight snafu with another employee and Wes made sure the mistake was fixed. They are now the only plumbing company I will use and will refer friends to.

I, as well as 3 college age roommates, live in a house from 1908. We have had multiple issues with plumbing and sewage since I moved in. These guys at monkey wrench did an absolute stellar job at tackling these issues. We went from no hot water and leaky pipes to a completely operative system exponentially faster than any old house should take. Google should allow 10 stars because that's what these dudes deserve!

Wes and Tony did a phenomenal job installing a new kitchen sink! They were extremely quick, clean, and efficient. I also felt absolutely zero sale’s pressure when I was given my quote for the installation. I am very pleased with the job they did and will be using Monkey Wrench Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs.

Like, do not call any other plumber. I had Jerry over today, and he was not only the teacher I needed, but the sweetest soul. He was honest and kind and more than helpful. I had Same Day here a few days ago… over $1,200 is the estimate… not with Jerry, not one penny spent and he left with me feeling more knowledgeable and confident. If I do need a plumber, you can bet your butt Monkey Wrench will be who I call. Seriously. Local and wonderful. Best. Ugh. So good.

Carlos and Kaden did a great job installing a laundry sink and washer. Monkey wrench is our go to plumber in town! Always responsive and easy to work with.

These guys are great. Carlos and Cody just came fixed a plumbing problem with my sewer. The drain was cracked and causing a leaking issue. They showed up and had it done and under two hours at a fair reasonable price. Definitely recommend them and will use them again.

My water heater stopped working, and Monkey Wrench Plumbing came out quickly and fixed the issue efficiently. Wes was incredibly kind and truly went above and beyond to help get my hot water back up and running. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free. I will definitely be using Monkey Wrench Plumbing again for all of my plumbing needs!
