Reviews of local pros in Millcreek, Utah

I recently had Air Duct Cleaners do duct cleaning for me, and I am very impressed. The team was professional and honest, and they know their stuff! They removed years of buildup in my ductwork and left it spotless. I didn't realize there was so much junk in there! They use a truck to get everything out! (A truck!!!) I also appreciate that they were respectful of my time and my property, and there was no mess left behind. They definitely left my home in better condition than they found it! I highly recommend Air Duct Cleaners for anyone who needs duct cleaning. Thank you for doing a great job!

This company is the best! Highly recommend, very thorough, Allen was personable and professional. Did a great job on a very dirty dryer vent, dryer runs great now!

Alan took amazing care of us. He was able to diagnose the issue, clean, and repair my dryer duct quickly, thoroughly, and at an incredibly reasonable price. I couldn’t be happier with the level of customer service and overall care he gave to me and my family.

When a company cleans up and leaves no mess, that impresses me. They came with their truck and cleaned out all my dryer lint. Air Duct Cleaners know what they do and when I need my whole house’s ducts cleaned, I am calling them.

To be honest, we have never had our dryer vents cleaned. My wife saw excessive lint behind the dryer. I started my search for a professional and called Air Duct Cleaners. After speaking with Allan, I knew I didn’t need to look any further.

I grabbed his first appointment and he showed up right on time. He immediately knew what to look for and did an outstanding job cleaning the problem dryer’s vents. It was scary to see how much lint was in the vent. We also have an upstairs dryer which he cleaned. The external vent was difficult to find and reach - Allan attacked the problem like a detective. Both dryers are running great and Allan even gave me some metal tape to better secure the hose when we eventually replace the aging dryer. Finally, the lint outside looked like snow on our mulch - Allan even cleaned that up.

Look no further - call Air Duct Cleaners now. They are great, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, all at a great price.

The crew came right on schedule. They were clean, thorough, answered any and all questions I had about my duct cleaning. It was a great experience. I will use this company again in the future!! Also I loved having my dryer vent cleaned, the owner even stopped in to check in with me. I feel like everyone I met went above and beyond. The price was exactly as discussed- there was no surprised as I’ve found with some other duct cleaners.

Awesome people. Reasonable price. No hidden fee BS. Heidi was really patient on explaining what’s necessary and what’s not and how they do it for air ducts cleaning. Helps a lot especially since we’re first time home owner and never have this process done before. Results are really good. Will definitely have them clean my house again next time.

The team at Air Duct Cleaners were fantastic and I would recommend them every time! Alan and Heidi were the most knowledgeable of all the companies I spoke with, clearly the most experienced, the most friendly, and actually took the time to assess the job using Google Maps to view the exterior, and then in person to be sure they could complete the job that 5 other companies could not figure out. On arrival Alan worked with my tenants to explain the work to be done, completed it to a high standard and made such a positive impression that the tenants text me calling him “a real gentleman”. Thank you!

Amazing company. Upfront pricing. Great equipment. These guys were efficient, friendly, thorough and they did a great job cleaning our air ducts and dryer vent. Definitely recommend this company! 10/10!!

Highly recommend Air Duct Cleaners! Heidi was up front about their pricing and were the quickest to have an appointment made. She really made me feel confident in their service so I canceled two other appointments which were booked out a day or two later. Allan was great with communicating his progress with trying to get my dryer exhaust venting unclogged. It was BAD but Allan was able to get everything open and we haven’t had any problems since. Experience is EVERYTHING with this sort of work and Allan has literally snaked thousands of ventilation ducts. You deserve someone who knows what they’re doing so give these guys a call. I highly recommend it!

Allan is a very nice guy. He came to clean the dryer air duct and did a great job. My dryer is actually drying the clothes again. I recommend his services.

The team from Air Duct Cleaners were fantastic. From booking the appointment to explaining the process, their professionalism and friendliness were outstanding. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for Air Duct Cleaning as well as Dryer Vent Cleaning.

I discovered an issue with my dryer vent on Thursday and called at least 5 different places trying to schedule service but they were all difficult to communicate with and couldn’t get me on the schedule for at least a couple weeks out. Called Air Duct Cleaners and spoke to Allan - he was busy on another job but took the time to hear about my issue and was SO friendly and helpful. He was booked out a couple days but was able to get me on the schedule for Tuesday - he started to apologize for the delay but I told him that 4 days was a HUGE improvement from the 2-3 week timeline at the other places I had called! He texted the night before to confirm what time he would arrive the following day. That morning he actually arrived early so he texted me from my driveway to make sure it was ok to get started. He quickly diagnosed the issue and got the job done!
Cost was very fair and I’m so thankful he was able to accommodate me into his schedule so quickly! Highly recommend!!

Exceptional customer service!!!
Allen and Heidi are great!
Allen came out to fix my driver and when he pulled it out a loose wire hit medal and knocked my power out. I live in a condo and when he tried to reset the breaker it didn't work. He still proceeded to stay and fix the dryer. He even cleaned up all the lint on the floor! He made sure to stay until I confirmed a electrician was coming. He also offered to come back after my power was back on to make sure the dryer was fixed and to put it back in it's place.

He then went above and beyond and figured out how to get the power back on from a breer on the outside of the building.
I highly recommend this company as they do truly care about creating a good experience for their customers.
Thank you Alen And Heidi!

Allen was incredibly professional and was able to easily troubleshoot our issues with our dryer vent. He was quick and efficient! 100000% recommend Air Duct Cleaners!

I had an incredible experience with ADC. The employees were efficient, respectful, honest, and did a great job. They worked hard to make sure the surfaces and corners in my home were well-protected from the equipment. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they were able to do the work, and what a good job they did. The customer service and communication I received before and after my appointment were second to none. I would highly recommend using these guys for any air duct cleaning or dryer vent cleaning needs anyone might have.

We had Colton and J.C. come out and do our whole house today. I love to learn and true to form
I asked a lot of questions. They were helpful, patient and efficient!
Thank you so much!!!! It feels so clean!
We will happily refer you!

I had a D90 error on my LG dryer and it wouldn't dry my clothes. Alan came right out and found the clog on my roof. So helpful and a great price! Will use them again.

Allan did a wonderful job ensuring that our dryer vent was clean and safe. He was thorough, knowledgeable and personable. And he took care to explain everything he did. We won’t hesitate to call Air Duct Cleaners again.

Air Duct Cleaners is an excellent company. Allen arrived right on time and cleaned my dryer vent. He fixed the covering on the outside of my home and repaired the vent leading out to it. I am very pleased and happy to recommend this fine company.
