Needed new AC. This company came out gave me a loaner portable AC until they could fit me in couple of days later. It's was hot 🔥 and my AC unit was on my roof. They had to get a crane to take it down and install new one as well as build new furnace. It's been 2 years their customer service is amazing. They really are what their name says! I give them 10 🌟 stars for real.

Stetson and Chris came to tune up our furnace today. They were both very professional, they put on disposable shoe booties so they wouldn’t track in mud or snow. Gave recommendations on how to improve the air quality of my furnace. We had our furnace and air conditioner installed by Utah’s Best Home Pros 2 1/2 years ago, and we are still happy with them.

Sione was very knowledgeable and professional with his job. Answered all my questions. Very thankful. He did an amazing job. I highly recommend this company if you need any electrical work, I love how they’re very accommodating with my schedule.

We've had such a great experience with this company. They really take care of you. We have an older home with difficult access to our HVAC system and Utah's Best has been willing to take it on with expert skill.

Cody did an AMAZING job with a tough situation!! I had a bird all the way in my dryer! I was afraid it was a mouse and did not want it to get out. He was so creative in finding solutions that weren’t risky. I called many places and no one knew how to do that. Super grateful!! He did a fantastic job.

The Tech's were clean & knowledgeable, letting me know what needed to be done to keep my furnace running smoothly. The receptionist was willing to give me different days & times for appointments so I could choose what would work for me.
All in All they were professional & easy to communicate with.
I will be calling them again.

Stetson was wonderful with fixing our furnace. He explained what needed to be replaced and was easy to understand.

Cody did our duct cleaning, and our home’s air quality has never been better. He was great with working of with the challenges of our home, and made good time.

My husband accidentally left matches in his work pants; thankfully the washer washed off the sulfur before the dryer. Needed someone to come quick for a reasonable price to clean our dryer vent out and they were able to get someone in the next morning. Great service and communication.

This company was fantastic! Both the receptionist & technician were professional and courteous! They communicated with me in a prompt manner and answered all my questions! The technician (Allen) was on time and very thorough! He resolved my issues, and seemed to really care about finding solutions…which he did.😀 The receptionist followed up the next day to make sure we were satisfied, which we were more than! The best part was that the price for our service was very fair!
I 💯 recommend Air Duct Cleaners!

We had a bad situation where our dryer ducts were completely blocked, I reached out to Air Duct Cleaners. The girl in the office (Heidi) was very sweet and kind, she did everything she could to get them out as soon as possible. We had someone come out (the owner I believe) within an hour and a half of our call. He was very patient, thorough, and knowledgeable. He got the block cleared fairly quickly and did not disturb our clients or patients in any way. The price was amazing as well, I honestly expected to pay more for the amount of work he had to do. We will definitely be using them again and already have our yearly cleaning scheduled with them again for next fall.

I received a quote from Heidi for all of my vents and dryer last week. She was able to get me scheduled the 2nd week of August, but offered to send someone out today to take care of my dryer vent. It had never been done and I was nervous I would get a fire. She was also very thorough and explained what to expect. Allan was very kind & professional, showed up in a mask (thank you) and quickly got the job done. They will be coming back in a few weeks for the bigger job. Heidi and Allan were both amazing and set my mind at ease. Thank you for providing excellent customer service and a job well done! I would highly recommend this company & their staff. I will note I contacted another company a month ago and they never showed up or answered the phone after initially scheduling. He clearly communicated his price, what service would be provided (and any potential issues given the type of vents we have) before the work was performed. He worked quickly and efficiently. The pricing was fair and all debris from his service was cleaned up before he left. Billing was a simple online process.
