They came when called and were professional in every manner. Follow thru was exceptional. I'd highly recommend them.

Ceiling fans and electrical wiring and made sure that it worked properly and called couple days later to check that all was still working. I like that in a company that cares about the customer!

I have never left a review online before. This will be my first time doing so and I dont have the words. Its not just a bad day nor simply a rough month. Sometimes in life there are just bad years, And the last couple have been alot to deal with for my father. So when his furnace went out in the middle of the night it was nearly the straw that broke the camels back. Nobody wants to see their family cold nor watch finicial hardship be exacerbated by the simple loss of a necessity such as warmth. In my world one does not need much. however without heat, a house is not a home. I would like to give a shout out to this entire team. From Lissa in the office, patiently and gracefully dealing with our chaos over the phone. To Service technician Jordan, first to arrive and confidantly providing the game plan to minimize our panic. Lastly big shout out to the installers Mason and Austin. These guys were professional. They worked fast while taking the time to work correctly and efficiently. For them It was not an ideal job. But those two did amazing work with a smile on their face. This entire team saved the day and manged the whole process in such a way that it felt like family taking care of family. A rarity in my opinion.

Our air conditioning condensing unit which was only a couple years old wasn’t producing cool air. Chris came out very quickly and did an assessment. The original technician who installed the new unit didn’t properly install it. Chris was very thorough and explained the problem to us. Very professional and friendly. We will continue with Chris.

Our heater wasn’t working and we called Utah’s Best Home Pros to send someone out and Brayden was professional, on time, and a pleasant individual. I was impressed with the response time, availability, and how their company is affordably priced. Brayden couldn’t find anything wrong with the equipment the first time around, so after changing the filter he said to call him if that didn’t fix the problem and he would come back. He ended up needing to come back and was able to come the day we called. He did a little more digging and cleaned the equipment and got to the real issue. Things worked well after that. Brayden gave us some quotes for replacement parts, etc. right then and there. And he didn’t charge us for another service visit. We will be using Utah Home Pros for our future HVAC needs!

They came and worked on our unique electrical system. They were professional and performed the task in a timely manner. Our new home purchase needed an entire wire replaced because it was installed incorrectly and the the wrong outlet and wiring system for a dryer. They had to rewire and secure the wiring for other outlets as well. Our electrical box not labeled so they labeled it and ensured the wires were connected tightly. And appropriately. They did awesome for our copper electrical wiring system.

Rob came to do some electrical work for us. He was great. I think it was harder than he thought because it was in our basement. He followed through and finished it up. We really appreciated him and would recommend him to my friends
