We have used West Brothers for our heating and air conditioning needs for years. Most recently, our furnace went out on New Year's Day, with freezing temps outside. Once we contacted Todd West (he was actually out of town for the holiday) he came directly to our house on his way home from his travels...on a Saturday. He was very efficient in getting our furnace in working order and for a fair price. We have always found West Bros to be hard-working, honest, efficient and very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone!

Exceptional service! We had an oil heater installed at our shop just in time for winter. From the 1st call through to install it’s been nothing but professional. The installers were timely, knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend. Very pleased with the process.

Todd was friendly, honest and thorough in trouble shooting the problem with my furnace and completed the repair and charged a fair price. West brothers will get all my heating and cooling business and I will recommend them to all my friends and family.

Update, it was time to replace our heating and cooling system. I called Todd he and his team came out and had us up and going in a few days. They are quick and efficient and at a fair price! Todd made sure we got the system that was best for our home. It runs quiet and cool, just in time for the 106• days coming this week! Thanks West Brothers for your great service!

I have been a commercial customer of Clark's Roofing for over 10 years. When I called to have them send someone out to give me a bid (I called twice) they wanted me to get measurements and send back to them so they can give me a bid unseen. Not professional. They just lost a client!
