Had a great experience getting a water softener installed and a PRV replaced with Copper Peaks. Their office was very responsive on the phone (scheduling, rescheduling, answering questions, etc.), service calls were always in the specified window and their automated texts and emails were great.

Most importantly, we received a top-notch level of service. A technician had potentially made a misdiagnosis, so one of the owners personally came out for the appointment. He was great about answering all of our questions, educated us about how things worked and showed what he was doing and why, and generally made sure we were well taken care of and the job was done right.

I recently had Copper Peaks Plumbing Heating and Air visit my home, and I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. The repair technician, Ryan, arrived ahead of the scheduled two-hour time window, which was a pleasant surprise. He was extremely friendly and courteous, and took the time to answer every question I had about my furnace.

After thoroughly inspecting the inside of my furnace, Ryan explained his observations and showed me the gas ignitor, which had a buildup of burnt residue that was impacting its efficiency. He also provided photos of the safety device responsible for sensing the flame and ensuring proper furnace operation and shutdown.

Although the safety device was still functional, it showed visible wear and had surpassed its recommended lifespan. Ryan was honest about its condition, mentioning that it could last several more months or even a year, but he never pressured me into replacing it. I ultimately chose to have it replaced to avoid an inconvenient failure during the winter.

I shared with Ryan a recurring issue I had since my furnace was installed in 2017 by another company. The previous installer had placed a metal drain pan under the furnace with a sensor that would shut down the system if condensation accumulated. Throughout the years, I would periodically have to reset the sensor because excess condensation would trigger it. Ryan discovered that the CPVC water piping was incorrectly configured, causing condensation to drain into the pan instead of the external drain line. He explained that condensation should only enter the pan if there's a problem with the main drain.
Ryan promptly repaired the piping to correct this issue.
What stood out to me was Ryan’s honesty and patience. He never tried to upsell expensive annual service plans, unlike previous technicians I’ve dealt with.

I was very impressed was Zeke who came out to fix a couple of faucets that were leaking. He showed up exactly when he said he would and he did a great job. He was very thorough. Had some trouble getting one of the faucets apart but he took the time to go down to Lowe's and to get a puller to get the inside out. He finally got it out and was able to get everything put back together. I would recommend copper Peaks to anyone who has plumbing problems. The price was reasonable and they did it for the price that they had quoted. Very happy with the results and how the job was done. Very friendly and easy to talk to. Jason the owner had to order some parts and all I had to do was call and set up an appointment and I didn't have to wait any more than a day thanks copper Peaks.

In a sea of dishonest upselling there is a shining light. If you want an honest plumbing team Copper Peaks is the one. They will give you an honest fair price upfront. Very professional and pleasant team to work with. I will use them again!

The gas company said we didn’t pass the pressure test, so I had to call Copper and a technician was sent out—and I’m so glad it was Jeremy. He was incredibly kind and took the time to show me how to reignite my water heater, step by step. He also made sure to check and safely close off gas lines to any non-working appliances. John showed up on time, professional, quick, and kept us in the loop about what he was doing throughout the process. I decided to go ahead with their membership plan, which offers a lot of value. So, he came in for a furnace tune up and I ended up getting dependable guys who'll be there when we need them in the future for all things plumbing related. Overall, I’m pretty pleased with the whole experience. Today feels like I hit a homeowner milestone!

Positive experience overall. Chubbs the plumber, who was very nice, explained everything and was very through. Fair pricing and great service. He left the bathroom cleaner than it was before he came. We had a slow draining bathroom sink that we couldn't fix ourselves (we didn't have the machine). Would recommend and definitely use again.

He came early, completed the job, gave me some good advice for next steps, and left a clean workplace. I will certainly be using Copper Peaks again as my go-to plumbing service! UPDATE: Today, Zeke came out for finishing touches on the bathroom project and everything is good to go! I called on Wed., and got appt for Fri. Estimate was reasonable, and work got done then and there! Super fast, efficient, great communication, and again, Zeke cleaned up area before taking off. Very professional service and when I need plumbing help again, I know who to call.

Discovered a leak in my basement and called Copper Peaks. They sent someone out the same day (after hours) and the problem was fixed to my satisfaction! Will continue using them!

This dealer installation of this system did a horrible installation on the Goodman 96% gas furnace and 3 ton A/C which was installed in July 2025 the manual clearly was not reviewed prior to installation! This was installed in a crawlspace, so it was a horizontal left side down installation. The company was here about 8-9 hours to complete it. After we paid the next day I discovered 6 issues I wanted corrected. From a patch put on the return duct and 16x25 filter rack which I couldn’t remove the filter from and so the majority of the return air was being drawn from the crawlspace instead of the 3 return registers on the main floor. They did come back and fixed those items. I did replace the return duct they put in and put in a new 16x25 filter rack with a door which the company reimbursed me for parts plus my time which I didn’t expect. The A/C worked great the rest of the summer. Now to when I started using the heat, we started having issues with leaking condensate so I looked at the installation manual they did not put the 1/2 to3/4 inch tilt to front for proper condensate drain (they offered to fix I declined and I fixed). They didn't elevate the furnace 5 1/2 inches from the floor as per manual so condensate P trap could be installed under the furnace for proper drainage it was only lifted 4 1/2 inches! So I assume this is why the installer didn't put it on instead he ran the condensate drain hoses into 3/4 inch PVC pipe to drain from flue which releases carbon monoxide gas and case so the P trap is required as per installation manual. They did offer to come out again and fix these issues they did order a P trap which I’ll install, they offered to fix but I refused to allow them back to fix anything else. With all the issues I found on this installation this causes good products to prematurely fail giving Goodman a bad name! They also didn't register the items they installed and I checked 2 months later and they didn't so I lost 1/2 the warranty they said they would cover the full warranty. I will say every issue I found the company did offer to send people out to fix but I expected a quality installation and as a home owner I shouldn’t have been the one to find all of these issues, this is what I paid them for. I'm a little gun shy about letting them fix any other issues I find. I'll figure it out. Definitely not what we paid for. Being senior citizens and I'm able to figure things out, I definitely would not recommend getting a furnace system installed by this company. I also found several more issues again listed for a horizontal install. Condensate drains not relocated for horizontal installation!!!

Was able to schedule a next day appointment, they were on time, and did a perfect job. Gave me the costs upfront, and I was very happy with what they charge. I also appreciate their text updates with info about the techs and the ability to see exactly when they will arrive. Highly recommended.

We had Zeke Green from Copper Peaks Plumbing come to our house to replace a valve for our humidifier. As"luck" would have it, another small pipe had sprung a small leak today. Zeke not only replaced the valve, he also fixed our leak, at a very reasonable price. So appreciative of his service today! Highly recommend!
