Burrows Heating has been my GO TO COMPANY for 7-10 years. He has always returned calls, been on time, day and night. Having a 2 family in Trenton can be difficult with no heat calls, but with Burrows, I knew one call would solve my issues.

We always have great service from this team. They are quick to respond to calls and do a great job of explaining everything that are doing. Thanks Mike and Adam for helping us with our issues. This company is definitely worth a call when you are having problems.

They were great at getting the job done. Several HVAC companies I’ve worked with are better at marketing and sales, but Burrows follows through and gets the job done.

We called Burrows on the 24th of May because our pool heater was not working and we have an annual Memorial Day bbq. They came right out and determined the problem was the control board. The technician, Adam returned on Saturday morning to replace the board. The pool is now 85 F. If only the weather had been as cooperative.

The other company was not going to be able to service the heater for at least two weeks and the price would have been much higher I am sure.

Thank you Burrows (and Adam) for quickly coming out to look at my unit and repairing before lunchtime. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a reputable, responsive, and honest HVAC contractor in the Ogden area. I will use Burrows again for any of my future HVAC needs.

Burrow’s Heating and Air helped us with an furnace/AC issue. They were very personable, honest, and obviously run their business with integrity. I was extremely impressed with the service that we received!

Terrible company I needed a new boiler they came out in a timely manner to install it but it needed to be passed of by Ogden city the first installation was July 8 it is now October 1 and it is still not fixed and still not passing inspection. They have came out and charged but still haven’t been able to fix the issues even after seeing the inspectors exact list on what needs to be fixed. Communication is terrible and they will not own up to mistake made by them. I will never be using this company again.

AC went out on Saturday. We called at 8 am Monday morning and they had a technician out and the problem resolved by 1 pm Monday. My wife was very happy with their work and the professional and clean nature of the individual that worked on our AC. I'll definitely call them again for all my HVAC needs.

I trust Burrows heating and air. They do great work. They are dependable, professional, and super informative and friendly. They've worked on my heating and air conditioning over the past 15 years. I highly recommend this company.

So grateful, our furnace broke on New Years morning. We called everyone and no one but Burrows was willing to help with the part needed. House is warming up now.

We got caught on a Saturday night 15 minutes after Lowe's/Home Depot closed without a working ignitor. The part runs $13. We knew the issue, just needed the part and almost just waited until the next morning. Burrows was responsive to phone and came in about an hour - had quoted the weekend rate of $129 for call. We realized there would be mark up in the part but were shocked with the mark up of $77 - charged $89.20 for a $13 part. In the end it was a working furnace and ended up with the result needed, but I would get quotes on parts very carefully if ever using this company. I would be very leery to commit to any larger repair/furnace/ac replacement. The service and know how was reasonable, but with part mark up like that not a company I would do further business with.

They saved me thousands of dollars on a repair/furnace replacement of the bid I was getting from another company. They found the small source of the problem and fixed it within the hour, whereas the other company wanted to charge a thousand for a different problem or sell me a brand new furnace. Thanks for your integrity and quality work! You’re my go-to guys for heating and air now!

Excellent customer service. Technician was awesome. He isolated and repaired our heating system right before a big cool down. Now our family is happy and warm. I would highly recommend this company for any repair or installation of your heating or cooling.

Extremely pleased with this company. Prompt same day service. Adam had my AC running in 45 minutes. He checked my furnace, replaced the filter, set the timer on my thermostat. He was efficient and kind. The price was very fair. So happy I called Burrows after sweltering in the heat all day Sunday.

Great service cleaning heating and air conditioning systems. Darrin showed me the meter reading on a capacitor that was still functional but way out of spec and gave me the option of replacing now, or waiting until it actually died. Since I don't like being without AC in the summer, I did the preventive maintenance and changed now.
