I have used them for years. I wouldn't trust anyone else. Their service is professional and always done right the first time. Their price is consisted under what other companies bid. I use them for my investment properties as well as my personal home. I trust them implicitly.

Furnace stopped working on the only snow storm this year.... Called them and they were literally at my house one hour later. Fixed 15 minutes later. They are life savers!!

Rylie and team did an excellent job. Our retrofit install of a new HE furnace presented some challenges they had to deal with… handled like the pros they are.

We are beyond impressed! Any good company can replace a broken AC unit. But it takes an amazing group of people to have personable employees who go above and beyond to make sure the homeowner knows what's being done and is comfortable with it. These guys were kind to my toddlers while staying quick and efficient. I'm very impressed!

I had Josh come out to bid a job on our 1950s home we just purchased, and he was incredible. He could have easily tried to upsell me on a new unit, but instead, he took the time to thoroughly inspect the entire house—inside and out. He pointed out that the poorly functioning unit on our roof wasn’t an evaporative cooler like we thought, but actually an industrial-sized AC and heating unit. It turned out to be only 10 years old and just needed a good service—not a full replacement like I originally assumed.

Josh was honest, straightforward, and clearly knew his stuff. No sales gimmicks—just real, trustworthy advice. I could tell he was a genuinely good person. I highly recommend Josh and this company. I won’t be calling anyone else in the future.

Communicated very well on what time they'll be able to make it try to be as helpful as they could be and they made sure that they got their job done and did the best that they could excellent work.

These guys are amazing. First time I called them about installing a mini split in a loft. Out of the 3 companies that came out to give me an estimate, they are the only ones that noticed that the rough work had already been done. Saving us about $2500.

Last night, a Saturday during our 98+ degree days our AC went out. They were quick to respond and worked efficiently to get our AC up and running again.

I can't say enough about how appreciative I am of this company's service. I went through so many other companies that insisted they wouldn't rip me off, whilst giving me ridiculously overpriced quotes. They would all say whatever they needed to make me feel really good about them...up until I saw the price. So many of them have really good reviews, so it is not easy to tell at first glance which ones just want to squeeze you for every penny they can get.

As a female living on my own in my first time home, I am learning very quickly how easy it is for companies to take advantage. Those other companies were all telling me: "if you go with that cheaper quote, it means they won't do a good job on installation". However, this company gives a 10 year part AND labor warranty, meaning they are able to stand behind their work with confidence that it will last me that long.

I did my research. This is a local family-owned company that provides quality equipment and goes through all the checklists to ensure it is installed properly. They even honored a quote they gave me back during the winter when they first came to look at my furnace, even though prices have increased due to that new refrigerant that is required.

Only time will really tell, but I am confident going with this company was the right choice. Oh! and thanks Caleb, Josh, and Kayson for enduring the 80 degree temperature all day!

They were great to work with! I was running a tight schedule for my project and they were able to accommodate my needs and get me taken care of. Team was friendly in site as well!

***UPDATE*** Three years later and everything has worked perfectly through hot summers and cold winters. A lot of reviews only talk about the day after a repair/install. Well, here I sit in my cool house while it's in the 90's outside and everything has been perfect since their initial install. I do need to have them out to put a new sponge in my humidifier though.

3 years ago: The last wind storm damaged my roof so we removed the swamp cooler. it was time to add AC to my house. My heating system was from 1987. ERS came and installed a new heater and air conditioning. They did a great job. They had to install new ducts to improve the airflow from the second floor through the first floor and into the basement. It was a major job. It took a couple of days to get everything in and situated but when they were done it works amazing. It's still early in the year so we haven't needed to turn on AC yet but the heater is way quieter than it used to be and the house already feels like it is less drafty, more consistent in temp throughout. We loved our swamp cooler but I am so happy to not have to go on my roof any more. I highly recommend ERS. They had a friendly and hard working crew and their work looked really good when it was done.

They came out next day and did a great job. Tysen was my tech and he was friendly, clean, and fixed the issue. I would use these guys again.

Came quickly to clean bird nests out of my furnace system. Apparently the birds had been dying in there for years. I always appreciate the service that ERS provides. I recommend them completely!

One of the things we love about ERS is if they can talk us through how to fix the problem without coming out and charging us a fee they will. For this visit we needed them to come out and their technician was on time and quick to repair the issue. We highly recommend ERS for all of your heating and cooling needs. Thank you, ERS!

Tech was kind and respectful. They let me know a good time frame for their arrival and sent photo of who would be arriving. No complaints!

Employee was very nice and knowledgeable. Checked all the connections and replaced a fuse. Cleaned and checked everything else and we are warm once again. Great service!

I think that it was just a little expensive for what was done. They had to trouble shooting what was wrong which was the gas supply. The repair was They had to turn the gas valve on at the meter. They also Inspected 2 radiant heaters. But they also billed me for 2 techs and I'm sure that 1 could have this job just fine. Other than that the service was great

Appreciate their work very much. They’re on time informative and have great communication. They leave the site tidy and make sure everything is working properly. They have worked on my fireplace with a full tune up. Looks brand new and works amazing. They have worked on my AC unit as well as assisting me in correct filters which we change out monthly. They have also done great work on our local business for various needs. Happy to have their assistance. All their technicians have been wonderful to work with!
