Excellent customer service!! Ive never had a repair company of any kind on time until today!! Borrows showed up right on time, actually i think it was 4 min early!! They called me back and got me scheduled right away, showed up early/on time. Found the problem with my ac quickly and fixed it. Then the nerve wrecking part came.. Price.. Super affordable and very fair!!

Good customer service is hard to find now a days. I love that i found a local company who i can trust and depend on. Thank you Burrows! We will use you for any and all future heating and ac needs!

I wanted to say thank you to your Business. My AC unit went out when it started climbing to 100 degrees, this company went up and beyond and had a technician come out that day to fix it. I also wanted to give a special thank you to Dallin, he was extremely professional and knowledgeable about my issues. He took the time to give me additional advice. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of AC or heating issues.

Thank you so much Burrow's! They went above and beyond to make sure we were okay through the heat waves. The mini split in our unit went out and the technician was so friendly and personable he was a blast to chat with while he was working on the indoor unit.

Our family Grandparents down to us have always used burrows service but was recently told by the owner’s wife that she cringes every time our name comes up on her caller ID. We have decided to part ways with Burrows services. The technicians have always been great and went out of their way to help. First you have to deal with the office wife who was very rude and belligerent. There are many other companies who can help with repairs or maintenance I suggest that you go somewhere else.

Our air conditioning stopped worked shortly after midnight. With the temperatures already above 100 for the past couple of days and projected to be over 100 for next several days I was rather worried. I called Burrows first as I liked their reviews. The woman that answered the phone was very kind and said that although they were very busy that day she would see if they could fit me in. She called back to say that they could fit me in that afternoon.

Richard called me at the beginning of the stated window (1:30 - 3:00 PM) to say that he was behind on another job but could be there in an hour. I was absolutely fine with that. He arrived on time, started diagnosing the problem and had things completely fixed and put back together inside of 30 minutes. All repairs can't be done that fast but Richard definitely knew his stuff. He answered my questions and even made some suggestions about our furniture that was blocking vents. The price seemed more than fair and it was a very smooth and professional business transaction. I will definitely call Burrows again. I cannot recommend them enough. Very honest business with down to earth people.

I'm sure you guys probably do good heating/AC work but wanted to share an experience that happened today. My 8 year old daughter and I were at Sam's Club filling up with gas when a Burrows van pulled in front of me and proceeded to back up to fill at the pump in front of me. He kept backing up until he hit me! I know he felt it because he stopped as soon as he hit our car. Now my car is older and there was little to no damage so I waited for him to pop out and I'd tell him it's not a big deal but he took like 2 minutes to pop out of the car and then when he finally popped out he was on the phone and didn't even look at us at all or come see if he did damage! If he'd apologized I wouldn't of thought anything much of it but the fact that he ignored me and didn't even see if we were ok was very unprofessional.

We have used Burrows twice now, once for our A/C and once for our heater and had great experiences both times. The techs were professional and took the time to provide any explanations or answers to questions that we had. I appreciated that even with our older units they didn’t try to sell us on new ones, but did what they could to keep these ones working well for as long as they can. Dallin was great and also answered questions I had about other issues in the home and even advised on how we could fix one of them ourselves. And I appreciate that they did not bill us until they ensured that everything was working properly. Would recommend them to anyone needing HVAC services.

Recently placed an emergency call to Burrows HVAC on a Saturday night for a non-working furnace. Richard responded and arrived within an hour. He diagnosed the problem and replaced the defective capacitor quickly. Great service. Reasonable price. Five Stars!

Mike came over and fixed our heater the same day I called! His service was excellent and efficient - he even went out of his way to call the warranty service on our furnace so we saved money. I asked him to also check out our fireplace and to my surprise, it was working when I got home. I HIGHLY recommend their service.

Burrow’s came out today and looked at my furnace to troubleshoot some problems and got it taken care of so quick and efficiently. Would highly recommend their service for a affordable resolution to your heating and air problems.

ERS is such a great company. I use them on my remodel jobs and this weekend I called them (on a Saturday) because my own ac wasn’t working. In less than two hours (I know some was luck of locations but still) they not only came out to look at it, but changed out a bad capacitor and had my ac cooling again. I was so thankful and appreciative. My technician was Josh. He was knowledgeable, super friendly, and professional. I will definitely be recommending ERS to anyone needing help.

The tech they sent knew what the problem was, knew what to do, and within 20 minutes repaired my HVAC system and had my heat running again. 10/10 would hire again.

If I can give this guys more than 5 stars I will. Everyone is very kind and professional. JOSH O was heaven sent, the first day he came I can tell he knows what he’s doing and he worked really hard to figure out what’s going on with my ac. Josh was very honest and straightforward about everything. And I like that he is the type of person that cares about his clients and not just about making the money he is a good guy. We need more like him lol. I am very very satisfied and highly recommend this guys!

Michael came out on short notice to diagnose the problem. He had to order in the party and came out the next day to finish the fix! Such great service. They also sent me timely text messages letting me know when they were coming to our house and when the completed their work. This type of communication was very much appreciated!

We called you guys after another service wanted to replace the four year old AC unit and the 6 yr old furnace. They quickly found the issue, ordered and installed a part in a couple days. Saved me a lot of trouble. These guys are honest, courteous and knowledgeable. Thank you so much!!!

They did a great job! I had gone with a company prior to them and they quoted me $1450 to repair my a/c and replace items. ERS quoted me $800 and they gave me a military discount! I highly recommend them!

We called the 24 hour line and made arrangements to have our A/C looked at the next day. The repairman came at the arranged time and did a thourough job assessing what was wrong. He was friendly and described exactly what he needed to do. He gave me an estimate down to the penny. He went to get the necessary parts and promptly returned and fixed our A/C all in the same day. Great job!
