ERS has been taken care of my family and our businesses for many years. The office staff are great to work with, techs are so friendly and knowledgeable. If you’re looking for a company to take care of your AC and heating, you can’t go where I’m working with ERS.

ERS Heating did a great job putting my new furnace and air in. They had to do a lot of adjusting to give me what we wanted but they got it done. Thank you ERS.

ERS Heating & Cooling is fantastic! Just had my fall tune-up and what I love most about working with their team is that the communication is excellent. They text when they're on their way, communicate awesome once they get here, and send a follow up text because they want to ensure that I don't have any questions or need anything else. This is so helpful for when I do have questions! Their team is reliable, professional, and fast. Scheduling service on their website is a breeze! Josh was very prompt, thorough, and friendly. He tuned up our furnace in the new home we purchased, and he also installed an exterior vent cover for our bathroom fart fan which required a lot more elbow grease than normal. Great company, and I will definitely save their number for next time we need any services.

Woke up Monday furnace smelled like burnt oil. They came out fast were thorough in the inspection, tech said there's no sign of any issues. My only complaint is they added a "Truck Fee" that covers miscellaneous supplies (tape,silicone, ETC) my specific job didn't need. He didn't use any supplies, only inspected the unit to make sure there were no issues. So I had to pay $25 for something I didnt need.

Came out today now that the new boiler was delivered - worked their butts off all day to get it installed and working properly. Definitely impressed, would absolutely recommend

E.R.S. Heating and cooling saved me and my little one from overheating over the weekend! Our A/C motor went out and I had called several other companies around my area with no luck in finding a specific part that we were looking for. I was able to talk to Lori and not only was she super kind, but she went above and beyond to help me find the part we needed! She kept in contact with me and updated me through text. Ryan then helped out and continued to look for the part we needed. We were able to locate the motor that we needed and it was delivered from Brigham city and we were able to pick it up at the E.R.S. store.
Thank you Lori and Ryan for being proactive in making sure my little family could stay cool over the warm weekend! I found my new go-to place for heating and A/C!

Overall horrible installation; leaks, no drainage installed, and multiple call outs without resolution.

Update: got charged even after failed attempts at repair.

UPDATE:

ERS worked with me on this, and they promptly installed a system and even after my tenant had issues post repair they made it out. It a challenge to earn trust back from anyone and that shows true company dedicate. I can say they did that. I plan to keep working with ERS on my investments and personal residence

Josh from ERS and the other staff were fantastic! They made our A/C emergency a priority and stayed until the new unit was functioning properly! We went through a different company previously that overcharged us for everything. ERS came in, quoted less and gave the best quality of customer service!! Thank you ERS for making this a smooth and easy process!!

Josh is an awesome technician. He got there early, got the job done as quickly as he could. Had the system up and running fast. We could feel the difference within 15 minutes in the house. My dogs loved him as much as he loved on them. It didn't stop him from what he needed to do. And he will get all my work on all my properties. Thank you Josh for help and patience with our questions.

Michael was amazing to work with. Made sure to walk me through each step he was doing and let me know what we could do to prolong my HVAC systems life. Made sure to make me aware that if I have issues they do have a warranty on their work and will come back out and fix it.

I’m reluctantly giving a 3-star review, and it reflects the overall experience. The technicians themselves were excellent — definitely 5 stars.

The office staff was polite, but communication was the main issue. The exact sequence may not be 100% perfect, but this is generally how things happened: I was originally told the part I needed would arrive on Friday. When I called that afternoon for an update, I was told it hadn’t arrived but that it had been delivered somewhere and that installation would happen on Saturday. When I called Saturday for an ETA, I was then told the part had been delivered to a location in Ogden that was closed for the weekend, so installation would have to wait until Monday.

That still wasn’t accurate. The part didn’t actually arrive until Monday and wasn’t installed until nearly a week after it was originally ordered.

Instead of simply telling me they didn’t know where the part was, I was given multiple conflicting explanations, which ended up tying up most of my weekend. I would much rather have honest communication than guesses.

The techs were great, the office was polite, but the communication needs improvement.

Furnace went south (on a Sunday of course). Called ERS and they had a tech out within a couple of hours. The part that was needed wasn't available until Monday morning, so he did a work around to get us some heat for the night. Monday came, work was completed and we're back up and running!
Always quality work, fair prices and nice guys. Wouldn't go with anyone else for HVAC!

Very thorough and helpful. ERS confirmed a potential problem with my furnace and quickly got me quotes so I could make an informed decision. Josh explained my different options and how they could affect other things such as electric bills. He didn’t just try to sell me the biggest more expensive unit. Caleb and his team were top notch on the install. ERS treated me and my house with respect.

My husband and I loved working with the nice folks at E.R.S.! We knew they'd be great from the first phone call when the nice woman we spoke with was trying to help us troubleshoot over the phone and joking around with us. Our furnace went out on a Friday and Michael and Tim were able to come check it out right away. They did everything in their power to see if they could get it up and running without replacing, but in the end it made the most financial sense to replace the entire thing (it was about 14 years old and past its prime). Tim came back again on Monday with Josh in tow and they did an excellent job replacing the furnace, making sure that it was running well before they left. They also took the time to explain the whole process to me, and we had a lovely time chatting about their industry and a shared love of cats. (: It was a much cheaper job than we thought it would be (especially compared to replacing the furnace at our old house with another company), and we really enjoyed being able to work with a family-owned local business. We will definitely use their services again in the future! :D

We had to get a new furnace. They fit us into the schedule quickly. They were friendly and informative. Did a great job installing the furnace, and cleaned up afterwards. We've used ERS several times and we've always been happy with their service.

Couldn't be happier with the tune up Scotty and Solomon provided. Both are very knowledgeable and have great recommendations on follow up services. Showed me pictures so I understood what was seen during their inspection and were just very positive through the whole process. Would highly recommend
