I called Mountain air because of their stellar reviews. And I definitely had a five star stellar service today. Solomon came and spent a very long time figuring out how to get my air conditioning working. I was told it was not fixable, but he got it working! Definitely will call them again when I need to replace my system! Five star service!

Abel was a great tech! He explained everything very well to me and answered all questions I had about my furnace. He set up an appointment to have an estimate for a new system in our home. Joseph Garner came to our home, measured the area and addressed our concerns on our hot bedroom. He explained his thoughts on a solution for our issue and gave us plenty of options. We decided to update our entire system with a variable speed furnace and heat pump. Landon and Kaden installed our system. Both of them were very friendly and answered all questions I had and were not bothered by the homeowner wanting to be involved in the installation process. The installation took two days, Joseph showed both days to check on the progress and answered further questions that I had. It was very nice to see Joseph following up on the progress. Joseph was also prompt at replying to texts and answering any questions I had.

I will most definitely continue to use this company for all of my HVAC needs!

I've never met anyone more knowledgeable, professional and helpful about HVAC systems for my home than Drew Tubbs. If you're looking for outstanding service and straight-shooting no nonsence (except for the occasional good dad joke), ask for Drew - you'll be in great hands.

Jake and Ashton from Mountain Home Services were amazing! And Drew, our sales rep were all very professional, timely, knowledgeable and accommodating. They over delivered on providing us with the complete heating, air conditioning and heat pump system we were hoping for.

We wanted a new system that would be very quiet, energy efficient, easy to operate remotely, and most importantly, keep the house at a constant temperature without the noise and temperature swings.

What we got was an integrated Lennox Elite smart system that operates so seamlessly, quietly and efficiently that we never even know it’s there. The combination of a high efficiency furnace, an energy saving AC, and a very energy efficient heat pump for the more mild weather and shoulder seasons is absolutely perfect.

And these guys even took care of all the paperwork for the rebates, savings is over $4000. Which means we got a top of the line system for less than the price of a builder grade system. I know this because another company quoted us on a generic system without any of the upgrades, quite pack, or efficiency ratings for $5000 more.

And here’s what I love about these guys. They had to move the thermostat to the opposite end of the house, add a new circuit board, do all kinds of new duct work, more. All at no additional cost.

I highly recommend Mountain Home Services and give them a five star recommendation without hesitation, based on their service, expertise, product quality, pricing, installation quality, and going the extra mile and over delivering.

Out technicians were great! We had a heat pump installed where our AC unit was and had the furnace replaced as well. Along with those replacements, our technicians worked long hours upgrading the old system with many new components. It took 2 full plus days not leaving until after 8pm to get the job done! They explained everything thoroughly and were respectful of our busy household and didn’t seem to mind one bit. Highly recommend!

Your driver just ran me off the road, not paying attention while driving and looking at his phone. This was on the east bench in Ogden. I would’ve loved to have just notified you via your phone number, but you put me On endless hold. Well, I found something to do while I was on hold. I Hope you can talk to your driver about how to operate their vehicle safe safely.

We’ve used Absolute Comfort Heating and Air Conditioning several times for both heating and AC maintenance, and every experience has been great. Brycen and Kasen are friendly, knowledgeable, and always take the time to explain things clearly. The service is consistent, reliable, and fairly priced. We know we can trust them every time. Great customer service with market competitive pricing. Had hvac installation and came back to check on system after a couple of months. Later I had an error code come up and they quickly came back to fix the issue as the unit is under warranty. Would recommend their services.

These guys did great work, were quick, and friendly to my pets. I highly recommend them. They also beat out Same Day on pricing by a good amount and offered a cash discount.

Zach and Travis came to do maintenance on my furnace and identified a possibly dangerous problem with my intake duct and filter setup.

Brycen is AMAZING!!!! He is empathetic, thorough, and kind. He explained every step of the process to me with clarity. He even gave me tips on longevity. This is the best company I have ever dealt with.

I had issues with my Lennox furnace. The furnace displayed an error code that was incorrect. After consulting with Lennox techs., Absolute Comfort ordered a part and got it up and running. They put a lot of time in it and charged me much less than I believe other companies I have dealt with in the past would have.

My husband and I moved into an older house last month and needed to get our furnace checked out. The home inspection we did during the buying process revealed some issues that we knew wouldn't be covered by our home warranty.

Absolute Comfort seemed to have a great reputation so we made a maintenance appointment with them. They sent out a technician, Ernesto, who did a very thorough tune up on both our AC unit and furnace. As our home inspector had pointed out, the interior components of the furnace were very dirty so Ernesto cleaned out the blower motor and the secondary heat exchanger. We signed up for the company's Comfort Club service which got us a big discount on all the work that day as well as ongoing annual furnace and AC tune ups for about $16 a month.

Later that night, we noticed that when the AC kicked on, it was much louder than before. We called Absolute Comfort the next morning, and they worked with our schedule to get someone back out ASAP at no cost. They ended up sending one of the owners out to our house who was incredibly knowledgeable. He was able to make some adjustments that made a huge difference. We'll definitely be going back to Absolute Comfort for all our HVAC needs!

*An edit to my original review just to reiterate how great this company is. We're still in the Comfort Club, and we still think it's a great value. They gave us a call to schedule our annual furnace tune up so we didn't even have to think about it. Great communication at every step. Brycen came out and did a super thorough job. He walked us through everything he did and some things to keep an eye on with pictures of the internal parts of our furnace. It's great peace of mind!

Great customer service and communication. It was easy to get on the schedule. We appreciated the email amd text message confirmation and reminders. They came when they said they would and called before with the exact ETA. Great deal in a furnace and air conditioning tune up. They were very thorough and provided pictures of what they inspected.

We Reached out to Absolute comfort heating, and air after trying to work with two other companies that never made time for us but quoted a price over the phone of over double what we paid. We needed help with our HVAC so we could finish our basement, their pricing is more than fair. Their team showed up on time and completed the work sooner than expected, they are very easy to work with. We really appreciate them! Thank you guys you are awesome!!
