We had a great experience with the people at Authority Heating & Cooling in Orem.Tay was our salesman and he was great, gave us a good deal and knowledgeable. He put a temporary unit in our room so that we could sleep comfortably. Leo, Eduardo, and Francisco were very respectful and quick. They helped us download an app. The system works better and quieter than we expected. Great product!!!

The thermostat in our rental unit went out, after trouble shooting it on our own we called Authority Heating and Cooling. They arrived same day and we got heat on for the tenants. Great price, great service. Thank you sooooo much for not leaving us out in the cold. :)

Our furnace died, but Francisco Rocha, Aaron Macdonald, and Ricky Shumway came to the rescue! They diagnosed the problem quickly, and gave us options. When we decided on a new furnace, they installed it very quickly. We have been with Authority for over 20 years, and they have always given us excellent service. Thanks to your hero technicians!

Tim and Adam did great work… I got a new heater and air conditioning unit …My home was a little bit of a challenge because of my home being a modular home with a 30 year old heater. Tim and Adam got the job done fast with no problems… I definitely would recommend authority heating and air to anybody. Definitely the best value out of all my quotes. They showed up on time, worked hard throughout the entire day, and were so easy-going and kind, even after several challenges turned the installation into a 12-hour project. Patrick, the service tech listened to our problem then thoroughly checked every part of our system. He explained what he was checking and why. He was very pleasant and enjoyable to have in our home. He came back and finished the job with the part that he needed. We are very pleased with his service!

Very impressed with Aaron and Francisco and the job well done in replacing my AC unit. They had to replace the refrigerant and coils as well which caused them to have to move our existing humidifier. Everything is working well and they worked hard to get it all done in a timely manner.

I manage several properties both commercial and residential and Authority Heating has always been my go to company. This was the first time I had a pretty major project on my own personal home and they came and gave me really good replacement options. Our furnace went out, it was starting to get cold at night, so they were able to have some urgency. By the time I had ordered a new furnace through them, they had it replaced less than 24 hours later. I felt no pressure to go with the best option. They just wanted to get me taken care of. Bobby showed up right on time. He also had another guy. I wish I knew his name, but they were at my house from 7:30 AM to about 5 PM. They replaced our whole furnace and our compressor outside. This was no small job. Our furnace was manufactured in 1990 and it was a maze of duct work and it was on its side. They were able to get that whole thing out and rebuild a nice new sleek, clean, efficient furnace. I have recommended this company to several people and will continue to do so. Thank you so much!

We were so impressed with Gabriel. We have lived in this house for four years. Authority installed our new air-conditioning system when we moved in. For four years we have complained about the upstairs in our house, not getting warm in the winter or cool in the summer. Gabriel discovered the root of the problem and came a few days later and fixed it. He is great!

Authority did a great job on installing a new furnace and air-conditioning unit in my home. They ran into an issue and were quick to address it and come up with a solution.
They added return air vents into my bedrooms and my basement to help make the temperature throughout the house consistent. The office helped filing proper paperwork for debates from the utility companies.

Our technician, Anthon, was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing and showed me the parts before and after he cleaned them. He thoroughly checked our system and said everything was running great with no issues. I appreciated this honesty because our furnace is about 20 years old and he could have convincingly used its older age to say major repairs were needed. We will definitely use Authority again for any furnace or AC needs.
