Michael was great! He was fast and extremely efficient. We needed a new water heater and decided to go tankless. He had the job done done and everything cleaned up in less than three hours.
I was impressed with his work and Western did a great job of communication and scheduling. I will definitely use them again!

Payson did an amazing job with our maintenance check today. Caught two pretty severe issues with our unit, with the disconnect arching which posed a serious safety issue and our compressor amps being way too high, past the manufacturers standard. Payson did a thorough inspection & a great job at explaining these two issues and providing photos of the issues and the rest of the inspection he performed which provided peace of mind. He gave us two quotes, which is always nice to have options, being our unit was installed a year ago today we went with the best option and he was able to get it done right then. Very pleased and will be asking for Payson on each bi-annual maintenance inspection we have!

Had Seth come out and evaluate my water heater and plumbing. He was very professional, and knowledgeable. I ended up going with Western to replace my water heater and do some other plumbing maintenance and Seth did a great job.

Also had Western replace my Heating A/C system. Brayan and his Dad did a great job with the install. Again like Seth, Brayan and his Dad were friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. Did a great job!

Western Heating snd Air is a company I highly recommend. All their employees whether on the phone or technicians in person are great and strive to give to the best service possible.

Sophia was great! She explained everything clearly and all of our options. Our heater is working great now. I would be happy to have her service our systems again. Thank you!

Brayan and Miguel were amazing! They replaced my AC and furnace in the same day. They were punctual, courteous, and clean as they brought enough drop cloths to cover their entire workplace. They even called me ahead of finishing to give me enough time to get back for a walkthrough. Phenomenal job!! When going with Western make sure to ask for Brayan and Miguel!!

Jose S was called out on Sunday for recurring leak. He was able immediately identify the problem Fix it so it should not happen again. Completely clean up the area He also identified another problem Western and Jose are working hard to resolve the situation

Parker was incredible and no task was too difficult for him on this install. He is kind and respectful with customer satisfaction in mind. Highly recommend Parker as your technician.

Dillon came to my house today, and went above and beyond to find the leak from my bathroom. He was very professional and so helpful. I will call on him anytime I have a problem.

Ryan Long inspected both of my HVAC units and only found small adjustment that needed to be made. The adjustments were made to keep these units running efficiently and for many more years to come. He also replaced four of the air filters with filters I had on hand. I am very satisfied with the work that was done and the curtesy Ryan showed me and my dogs.

Brandon K was awesome! Thank you Western, for taking care of us so quickly and efficiently. Brandon was professional and knowledgeable with our furnace. Would highly recommend Western Heating, Air & Plumbing.

Jose and Brennon did a great job fixing up my sister's furnace right before the holidays. Easy to talk to and explained the process clearly.

Dillion,was our outstanding tech today. He is very professional and friendly ,also provided education He is truly an asset to Western heating, Air & Plumbing. He did an amazing job diagnosing health status of our home and plumbing. I would highly recommended this company because of Dillion.

Parker and Pedro from Western Heating, Air and Plumbing installed a new HVAC in our home today. They did an excellent job and were very efficient. They worked well as a team and were both very courteous. All went very well.

Severely disappointed in these people. They quoted my fixed income parents over $4,000 in repairs or a new furnace all together. While showing my mother rusted parts from “her furnace” on his iPad, he had to scroll and find them. Wouldn’t they just be the most recent photos? My parents chose to wait and have their furnace guy they have been using for years come to look at it, as he was having a procedure done that day and couldn’t come look at it. They went 2 days without the use of their furnace. Their regular furnace guy went over this morning and it’s up and running for $85.

Jose was thorough about explaining the problems with my furnace. He answered my questions well. He was polite and tidy. I appreciate d his style and felt like he was honest.

Dillon came out and helped with an emergency plumbing issue, talked us through options, and was patient with my various questions. We really appreciated the service we received.

Dillion was great. Showed up on time, explained why he was at our home, then had us follow him around as he went through all of our faucets, toilets, showers, and water heater. Dillion was thorough with his checks.

UPDATE 2: So, 3rd time's the charm. Western sent over a tech named Gabriel, and he finally delivered on the level of service that Western promised. He spent all day diagnosing and fixing the issue, and also noticed that the original installer put a filter box that was too small on my setup, so he had a larger replacement installed the same day. Then he gave me a choice of what thermostat I wanted (which the first installer should have done). He didn't leave my house until he knew everything functioned correctly, and even called 2 days later to make sure everything was good. He was the best tech I worked with. Now the system is working flawlessly, thanks to Gabriel, but it shouldn't have taken 3 visits and a flawed/messy install to get here.

UPDATE 1: I just ran our furnace for the first time, and it won't turn off. When I flip the master switch next to the furnace, it started sparking. I've been on hold with them for 25 minutes this evening, and I can't get anybody to pick up, so I have to turn my new unit off, and I'm worried the switch could start a fire. Why didn't the tech test this before he left? This is not what I expected from a new system.

OLD REVIEW:
I had a fantastic experience with everyone that I worked with through Western. I had a unit that was broken down, and the repair was enough that it made more sense to put in a new unit in its place. Their pricing was clear and up front, and they got us in as quickly as could be expected. The installers were great, and got the unit installed in a single day. The only lingering concern is a wire that was run outside along the stucco, but they have assured me that they will come back and conceal the wire. I hope that will happen next week. Overall, the quality of their work was wonderful.

Dillon did a great job. Very informative and not pushy. Also helped us properly adjust the settings on our water softener.
