Clint was wonderful when he came out and explained my options. He was easy to get ahold of and answered all of my questions. Bobby came out for the actual installation. He and his crew were professional and worked diligently to get a new mini-split system installed in my home. Authority was competitive with their pricing and a pleasure to work with!

Patrick arrived at our house within an hour of my phone call. Not only did he uncover the issue, he was was extremely knowledgeable and went beyond just a repair. He made sure to do further testing to make sure that no damage had been done by the omission of past technicians.
Heat was back on within two hours of my telephone call to authority heating and cooling. I will absolutely work with this company again in the future if I need to. Highly recommend.

We are very pleased with all of our interactions with this company. When Clint first came to give us a bid on replacing our air conditioner with a new heat pump it was clear that he was interested in learning exactly what our needs were, helping us understand our options, and explaining the pros and cons of the options and the pricing. We made the decision of going with a Goodman heat pump, which ultimately meant that we would also need to replace our furnace for heating back-up for really cold days. However, with all of the incentives and the great pricing the entire set-up was affordable and less than half of what some other bids we were quoted. Francisco and his assistant came for the installation. Their work was very professionally done and very carefully adjusted until the system was ready to work most effectively and economically. Tonia at the office made sure the paperwork was completed so that we will be able to get both the tax credit and the rebate from the power company. The new heat pump has worked flawlessly and, most impressively, very quietly. We anticipate lower power bills, both for heating and cooling. Their low cost program for routine maintenance and service contract is also at an excellent price point. We look forward to working with this company in the future.

When I had my furnace serviced it continued to have issues. Fortunately enough Tao was my technician and he took care of me. He guided me through the steps that I needed to do over the phone in order to properly service the Furnace. When it wasn't one issue it was another. We took the system apart including the wiring and motherboard and put it back together double checking every wire and mount, this is including the intake and exhausts. Tao even come over to my house after work and double checked the gas pressure to insure it was the correct amount. Overall I am very pleased with my experience.

Not only did we get our annual check up, but after requesting an indepth cleaning, our technician checked his schedule and then did the cleaning and inspection - it was wonderful! And the price was very good and fair. Thank you so much!

I recently used Authority Heating and Air for furnace service and was very satisfied with the experience. We use their monthly service which covers air-conditioning unit too. We recently had Technician Brandon Picou assigned to us for our yearly furnace service Brandon demonstrated strong professionalism throughout the visit. He provided clear explanations, worked efficiently, and maintained a respectful tone at all times. When I mentioned some concerns about another company, he didn’t take part in any negative commentary and kept the interaction professional and grounded. The overall service was dependable, and I would confidently recommend them.

My realtor recommended this is company to me to repair two gas fire places in my home that were not functioning. It had been recommended that I tear them out and get new ones. Most hvac companies will not even look at a fireplace they did not install. Authority was very personable and willing to come look at the fireplaces and put me at ease about attempting any repairs.

My service person Gabriel was wonderful, on time and thorough. He quickly assessed the issues with both fireplaces and was able to show me what needed to be addressed. He was professional and was able to get both fireplaces working as well as educate me on what had gone wrong with each fireplace. I was very impressed with every aspect of Authority’s service. Call them! You won’t regret it.

Dave T. was so kind and informative when he met with me, I appreciated his knowledge and he went through all my options and the benefits of each choice. I was able to meet with him and was scheduled less than 48 hours later for full install so we weren't freezing in our house! The install team, Eliud and Eduardo were the best! They were careful throughout the house, faster than expected for such a big job, walked me through the new set up, answered all my questions and left no trace of the install when they were done. We were told by another company that we would need a new furnace in our rental house after building only 7 years ago. We decided to get a second opinion and Authority came out and fixed a small leak, cleaned it, and said we definitely did not need a new furnace and don’t understand where the other company got that information. They were super transparent about everything they were charging us for. We were able to track out technician to know exactly when he’d get to our house. They were so communicative with everything. We’ll be using them for our own house now because we had such a great experience.

I want to thank Authority Heating and Cooling and their technician Brandon for the job he did for me. Brandon was on time, very polite, went the extra mile, was thorough , clean, polite, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions and gave me advice on how to maintain my furnace. Brandon really is a 5 star kinda guy.

We’ve had our HVAC serviced by Authority since 2023 when we noticed a decrease in our secondary cooling system struggling to cool. They identified the coolant leak and go it working again. We felt they were thorough and fair with the initial service and signed up for the club service for the annual system maintenance. Beside the great service, they are proactive in reaching out to perform this service.

We had Authority Heating & Cooling install new A/c and hearing units August 2025. We have been very pleased with the installation and workings of our system. We signed up for the filter replacement and maintenance service and wow, Anthon did a very thorough job. They contacted us to schedule. We are so happy to have used this company and would recommend to others.

I was using a competitor to perform annual maintenance and service my HVAC equipment. Dissatisfied, I switched to Authority. It was a wise decision. It was easy to make a timely appointment, and the service was excellent! Authority’s techs are professional and thorough. I highly recommend them. They have a new customer!

Ask for Andrew! You won’t be disappointed. Great technician and wonderful person. Listened closely to what I had to say about the problem and then went at it. Found the problem within minutes and had the issue corrected within 10 minutes of that. Also did some additional checks that aren’t usually preformed during an emergency call out. Price of the call out and fix was very reasonable. Could not be more pleased! Outstanding customer service. From this point on any service needed on my HVAC system will be with Authority Heating and Air Conditioning.

We just had a new furnace and heat pump installed at our home. The owner Anthon was helpful in answering questions along with Patrick when we were making our decision to switch our 18year old system out. The two gentlemen who did the 2 day install Francisco and Edwardo were very thorough and did everything possible to keep our home clean. They were very respectful and answered questions as needed. They were very patient with our complex system and had to make many modifications! Thank you Authority for being amazing!!

My furnace suddenly quit working last week and I asked women in my area if one of their husbands knew anything about furnaces. One woman immediately replied that her husband fixed furnaces for a living and would gladly come take a look at it. So after work he came and found that the inducer had stopped working. He got it working but said he didn’t know if it would last very long and said I needed to get it replaced as soon as possible. He said he’d look for one for me and I told him I’d gladly pay him for the part and his labor. He said he was gladly fixing it for no charge. I told him thank so much. The next day he contacted me that he’d talked with his boss about the situation and his boss said he donated the part for free! When he told me I was so grateful for the kindness and generosity of them both! My furnace is now working and I am calling on this business for my heating and cooling needs from now on. When you unexpectedly treated with such generosity and kindness you want to give back and I certainly do! Thanks Bobby Leach and Authority Heating & Cooling! I highly recommend them!!!!
