Had Brandon Picou come in and service our suite here in Pleasant Grove. He was cheerful and seemed eager to be there, but did not interrupt our schedule unnecessarily. I really appreciated his efficiency and how it wasn't uncomfortable to have him in our space as it sometimes is with rude or grumpy people. Brandon set a gold standard for Authority and I look forward to similar service from them again

As always a very respectful and knowledgeable tech came to my home and cleaned and inspected my HVAC unit. We pay a small amount each month and they cone every 6 months. One time they caught something that was going to break, and it was fixed and we having had any issues. It's nice knowing that everything is in good working order. If you've had your furnace stop working just ahead of a big snow storm or on a holiday you know what a pain ($$$) that can be. Anyway, I'm super happy with the service we get from Authority.

If I could I would give more stars! Brandon was FABULOUS and did a great job! He was very friendly and through in the cleaning and service of our machine. I definitely recommend Authority Heating and Cooling for your HVAC needs.

Service was great, the guy came within 30 minutes and had my heater up and running within 20 minutes. I had an issue with pricing but the owner contacted me and took the time to hear me out as well as explain how their pricing works and the issue was resolved immediately. If I ever have another hvac issue I know I can trust Authority Heating and Cooling to do the job with honest and fair pricing! 🙏

Check out this beautiful install yesterday. Francisco, Aaron & Austin are an impressive team—punctual, skilled, resourceful, responsive to unique needs, enthusiastic, cheerful. Totally positive experience. Then chief tech Bobby came by today offering helpful insights, CO test, thermostat software tips. First class operation, including attractive promotional pricing.

I am very pleased with the entire experience with Authority Heating and Cooling. I was referred by a neighbor, and called and talked with Anthon on a Saturday when our home would not cool down. He sent out a technician (AJ) who showed up a few hours later to assess. On Monday, Austin came by and provided us with options to repair or replace our 12-year-old AC and furnace units. We opted to replace both. Austin was great to work with and gave us a great price.

The install crew showed up and were very courteous and hardworking. They spent the entire day with us and ensured that they completed all the work by the end of the day, also showing us how to operate the new thermostat. Great job by Francisco, Aaron, and Gabriel, who showed up to help us reach the finish line by 5 pm-ish.

Great experience start to finish, and we love our new Goodman/Daiken system. I look forward to the rebates, lower utility bills, and no more worries and expense for heating and cooling for the next 10+ years.

What an awesome company and their service tech, Richie, absolutely scored a 10. He was on time, wore show covers on my new carpet, was very knowledgeable, kept me informed during service and because I’m on their preferred customer plan there was no charge for today’s service. Since my furnace is 15 years old and had never been serviced, it was almost a two hour service call and there was no Charge for the service because no parts were needed.
Richie’s the type of employee we’d hire on the spot at Window World Utah. So kudos to Richie.

Brandon P. Did an amazing job cleaning my furnace and taking the extra time to make sure everything was done correctly! My furnace was in really bad shape and now is so much cleaner and working better.

The combustion analysis helped me know that the furnace was derated properly. So adjusting the gas pressure and setting everything properly! Thanks again Brandon!

Jose and James were personable, respectful and knowledgeable. I had routine maintenance done and received good clear information and options.

Michael D did exceptional work on my hot water heater repair. I wasn't happy with the original installation by Western and he could tell. But Michael was gracious and kind and worked to get all the issues resolved to my satisfaction, and the repairs were covered under warranty. He even made a couple of additional tweaks to the system and gave me some user/maintenance tips. Thanks Michael! You are awesome and really know your stuff.

I had Western come out when my home AC was on the fritz. Thankfully it wasn't completely broken. After consulting with Jose on my own observations and Jose diagnosing the best answer seemed to be replacement. We did discuss other options. It was a refrigerant leak.

Then we had Mark visit and go through the options. My kid loved Mark and was ready to hang out through the whole discussion. Mark also brought out a portable AC unit to keep my family comfortable.

Finally, Tyler and Easton installed the new equipment. Everything happened as quick as I could hope for. I should have been more hospitable and offered food and drink for the long day they put in.

Overall great experience. Everyone I interacted with was great. I wish I could remember the person I talked to in the office to arrange the first appointment to give her a shout out as well.

Wonderful experience with Mark, Shawn and Brenan. They were prompt, courteous and professional. Furthermore we appreciate their transparency, work ethic, honesty and commitment to their craft. Great people equal great results.

I was very happy with our service from Western Heating and Air. Our AC unit stopped working on the first 90 degree day of June. We called several companies, but each of them were a few days out. I work with clients out of my home, so going with out AC was not going to work. Jacob came the next afternoon. Was polite and friendly. Highly recommend working with him. We LOVED that they gave us 3 options to chose from to get it to work. THANK YOU for not forcing us to by a new unit.

We had an exceptional experience with Ondrej who came out to fix our HVAC system. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. What stood out the most was his honesty—he could have easily recommended a few unnecessary repairs that would have cost us more, but instead, he took the time to fully diagnose the issue and recommend options for a full fix. It’s rare to find someone so transparent and trustworthy in this line of work. Highly recommend their services.

These guys did an awesome job and were wonderful to work with! Super nice and not rude or condescending like some contractors can be. When their salesman hadn’t estimated correctly how many return vents we needed, they added another vent and didn’t raise the price. There were also willing to make minor changes without any prices changes. Every worker knew HVAC well and had trustworthy opinions on how it should go. I would definitely recommend these guys to a friend.

Amazing!!! We talked to several other companies and Western Heating, Air & Plumbing gave us the best very deal we cold imagine. We had a new heat pump (air conditioning and heater), house humidifier, and had the ducts cleaned. And our experience was fantastic. Marc set us up with the estimate and sat down and went over the details. He was very thorough and explained things with more clarity than anyone else we looked at. Keaton and Tyler were the lead hard working installers. All the work was fantastic. They did it all in a day without any fuss or hidden costs. We have been so happy with their work. Everything has been amazing in terms of quality of the equipment installed and how well it works. My wife Lori and I could not be happier.

How does this company find the best repairmen and employees? Today Brandon came and fixed our A/C that had a bad sensor. He was super kind, polite, smart, and considerate. He didn’t waste any time, and he also didn’t rush at all. He was working in our boiling hot attic for a LONG time testing out the new sensor, and it was over 100 degrees so he must have been miserable, but he never complained. We were VERY impressed with him and how he helped us so much! What a great guy! Thank you so much!

Phenomenal service! Seriously, from start to finish, the process was smooth and everyone we worked with from the salesman to the installer were all amazing. They took the time to explain everything in detail and made sure we understood which I really appreciate because talking furnaces, heat, air etc... is speaking a totally different language. They were very detail oriented and made sure that everything was as damn near perfect as it could be.
We got a quote from another place and they were charging almost double. I felt like Western had a lot more options to fit people's budgets and needs for their individual home. I was absolutely blown away with the service and the job they did. I could not be more happy and we are loving our brand new AC! Thank you Western!! You guys are the absolute best!!
