Green Line Plumbing and HVAC has come to the rescue four times this season alone.

It started when the heat of summer rolled in and my A/C unit stopped working. Ben came out the next morning to help me.

Then I sent him to my mum’s home as she is in her 80’s and she went all last summer without an A/C due to a Freon leak. I felt I could trust Ben, so I talked with him about my mum and then sent him over. He did wonderful and honest work for her. Any issues she has had, she has been able to reach out to him.

But wait…there’s more!

I knew there was corrosion on the top of my water heater, but I was feeling really anxious about it going out…it hadn’t, but the anxiety was real. I literally lost sleep over it. So I texted Ben and he came to take a look. The pressure expansion tank was too large for the unit and not properly supported, therefore putting a lot of weight on the copper pipe and bending it. If it blew I would have a great flood. Ben had his technician Zac come and replace it that day.
But wait…there’s more!!
My water softener also was no longer working. I had put in salt, cycled the system, done all the things…but my water was still hard. Come to find out there were issues with the softener unit and the brine tank. My water is so hard that it damages pipes, water heaters, it even etched dishes. So, that Friday he arranged to replace it on Monday morning. Zac is a hard worker. He asked if there was anything else he needed to look at. I had a hose stuck on the faucet out back that was seized on. Zac helped to get that off for me, checked my reverse osmosis and my leaking faucet.

I cannot recommend Green Line highly enough. If you are in need of a plumber/HVAC guy with honesty and integrity, Green Line is the way to go. I will only send the very best to my mum.

I am very happy to have discovered Greenline Plumbing, Heating & Air! My 2.5-year-old water heater suddenly stopped working. Even calling the company to make an inquiry was a pleasant experience; Amber was awesome! They had someone available as luck would have it, and Gavin and another gentleman (do not recall his name), came to inspect my water heater within 45 minutes of calling! It turned out it was a fluke error code had been tripped; they reset and checked everything and bingo, hot water!! I had resolution in less than 1.5 hrs. start to finish! Greenline has a new customer with me!

WOW! We knew our AC and furnace was going to need to be replaced at some point when we bought our house. We let it run until it died, and it died the other night. We know Ben who is the owner, we messaged him at 9 pm and he was able to come out the next morning. We got a new AC unit and furnace installed that day. Ben and his team made it quick, easy and stress free. We appreciate all the hard work to keep the air flowing in our house. We highly recommend this company, they are honest and do awesome work!!!

Ben came over to provide a quote for install of a new furnace/ AC unit for an addition to a separate single bedroom apt we were adding
Ben was very honest and explained what I planned to due would not work and recommended a better alternative. He acknowledged they may not be the best fit to complete the work and provided a company that would allow me to achieve what I needed
Ben could have completed the work needed but choose to give good advice and direct me to better path that will accomplish what I need and ultimately same me money.

Ben and Gavin came to service and clean my furnace and check out some old (DIY) plumbing, and they were great! They were able to come out within a day of when I reached out. They were prompt and responsive. Greenline is a small local business out of Riverton and I will definitely use them in the future.

Greenline replaced my water heater fast at a great price. Gavin was very professional and did a great job installing it. Would definitely use them again.

Our furnace stopped igniting the flame , i called the dispatch the next morning and they came out to address our furnace the same day at the afternoon time that worked for my schedule.
They went through there steps at finding the solution, also did a service tune-up that I signed up for on the last visit for our A/C unit

Green Line is always so kind and helpful. They make you feel like a friend who is trying to help you out. They installed a new furnace and it was obvious Kysen took a lot of pride in his work. He was careful going through my house to not scratch the walls or get dirt on my floors. They even checked in a couple days later to make sure I was happy with everything. I’ll definitely keep using them!

Service was fast and efficient. Initial visit to trouble shoot our furnace occurred within 2 hours of our phone call to their office late Friday afternoon/evening. Diagnosis was that the motor had failed (furnace was 18 years old) and it was going to cost $1000 to replace the motor with an OEM motor since the unique design did not allow for the use of a universal replacement. Rather than spend that on an old furnace, we opted to install a new one. The clean-cut and polite install team arrived Monday morning precisely when they said they would and replaced the old furnace with a modern 2-stage unit. The work was fast and the installation quality was great. Could not have asked for a better experience.

We had a minor hiccup with our basement project, Kysen and Braeden came back quickly to take care of it. Everything was fixed in a timely manner, and we really appreciated how responsive they were. Would definitely recommend them for any future home project!

Had a great experience with Ben for an HVAC issue at a property I manage. He was right on time, offered very fair pricing, and took the time to walk me through the entire thermostat repair process so I knew exactly what was going on. These guys have bailed us out twice. The first time when our water heater went out and then when our furnace stopped working on a cold day. Both times they came out same day, have been very easy to work with, and their prices have been reasonable. I would not hesitate to have them help us more in the future or refer them to anyone who needs their services.

Found our water heater leaking at 8pm on a Tuesday night. I called green line expecting to leave a message and wait for a call back. That was not the case. I spoke with a person that helped me determine my water heater was able to be warrantied, gave me a fair/reasonable labor quote, and scheduled an appointment the next day.

Gavin and the other gentlemen that came out the next day were great with removing the old water heater and installing the new one. They were very clean and tidy with the work area, something that I really appreciate.

Green Line takes care of all of our HVAC service. They’re always on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. Braden and Kycen came out to do our furnace tune-up today and they were AWESOME. So friendly and willing to listen to our concerns. They figured out an odd furnace issue we were having — they didn’t just shrug and leave when it wasn’t an obvious fix, which we so appreciated!

Ben is great! He showed up when he said he would and is very knowledgeable. I love their service plan because I know my furnace and AC are always taken care of! I had an issue with my Carrier furnace — the heat wouldn’t work. After searching online for a reputable HVAC contractor, I decided to call Greenline based on their excellent reviews, and I’m glad I did.

They arrived right on time (actually a few minutes early) and quickly diagnosed the problem. The technician was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain each step of the troubleshooting process in a way I could understand. It honestly felt like having a knowledgeable friend helping me out rather than just another service call.

They presented clear repair options and made the whole experience stress-free. I’ve worked with other HVAC companies before, but Greenline is by far the best I’ve found. Highly recommend them! IF I could give more stars in the review I would.
