My AC went out over the weekend and I called Comfort Pros. Jacob showed up and he was very knowledgeable and looked at everything and took the time to explain what he was doing to diagnose the problem. Wonderful service. Very professional and empathetic towards our situation. I'll definitely call them again.👍

Jake and Jace came out today and did a great job for me. They called before coming letting me know what time to expect them. They were polite and very knowledgeable explaining and addressing my plumbing issues. I would definitely recommend them and Comfort Pros Plumbing!

I chose Comfort Pros to install a new water heater in my home and I’m very glad I did. They were easy to work with and were able to come to my home quickly. Jake and Jace, the installation team, were super friendly and knowledgeable and worked together well. Jake did exactly what he stated he would do and completed the job in a timely manner. They also did a nice job cleaning up after the work was completed. If you’re looking for an honest and reputable company, you can feel good about Comfort Pros. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Our AC started going out during one of the hottest weeks this summer and Comfort Pros Plumbing, Heating & Air came out same day to take a look and see what the problem was. They were able to detect the problem quickly and get the repairs done fast after parts came in. They called to check on us while we were waiting for parts to make sure we were ok and the heat wasn’t too much. They are very honest and their prices are amazing! I will absolutely be using them for all maintenance and repairs moving forward!

Comfort Pros Plumbing, Heating & Air provided an A/C repair for us. The office staff was friendly and professional, communicating service time updates. Jacob arrived promptly, asked questions about the problems and quickly diagnosed the issues. Having the parts in the truck, within a half hour the work was complete and A/C was fully functional again. Jacob then provided some easy maintenance recommendations. He also patiently talked me through some other plumbing system upgrades that we might consider in the future. Comfort Pros provided excellent and timely service at a reasonable cost. I recommend them highly.

My experience went well from start to finish. What started off with me finally calling for help identifying the problem with my HVAC system freezing up in the summer turned into a company explaining all my options and providing me with quotes for every option. Ric's assistance with explaining my options was fantastic. Once a decision was made Jake, Wyatt, Jace, and Daniel did a great job installing my new system.

They were fast to get on the service. Jacob my tec gave me a tutorial on the working of my old wall heater. Very knowledgeable and helpful in other work I need completed with my heating to make it more efficient and easy for me. Will keep there phone number on my fridge if I need help. Highly recommended

So I'm so happy we went with these guys they really took care of us, and made sure everything went well! Before doing anything major like location of the ac and stuff they consulted us just to be sure which was awesome! They cleaned up afterwards and made the place look better then it was afterwards. We had to get a brand new ac and heater and humidifier installed so there was a bunch of work to be done! 10 / 10 we would work with them again and have them come service check our system afterwards.

Jonathon was courteous, efficient, and fixed the issues. System seems to be working well now. Comfort Pros was great to get out quickly to fix the issues even though the weather was hot and they were probably very busy. They have been great to respond to several issues that have arisen since they installed the furnace/AC system.

Jake and Jace responded quickly on the same day we requested service. They had excellent communication throughout the process, from the time they were heading to my house, and each step they needed to take as they were identifying where the leak was. They took care to keep drywall repairs to a minimum, and cleaned up after they finished. I would highly recommend using Comfort Pros, especially if you are lucky enough to get Jake and/orJace as your service team.

We had an incredible experience working with Comfort Pros and highly recommend them. They are meticulous in their work and strive to make your installation a great experience. We had them install a mini split in our upstairs bedroom and it has been life changing this summer.

Technicians Jace, Jake and Wyatt were a great team! They were friendly and easy to work with. After installing my mini-split system they took the time to be sure we were satisfied with the work and understood how to operate it.

From start to finish this was a fantastic experience in working with Jeff and comfort pros. The initial process, the bid, the installation. These guys gave me tips on why I should think about doing the heater this way or that way. I never once felt like I was being taken advantage of. This was one of the best and more professional subs I have ever worked with, can't say enough good things about them 5/5 would and will recommend them to everyone

I can’t begin to explain how respectful and kind Jake and Jace were. They did an amazing job installing central AC and some plumbing repairs and upgrades as well! When deciding what air conditioning company we would use, I met with Jeff Lewis. He was down to earth, very personable and easy to speak with. He made me feel extremely comfortable and to be very honest, the prices were extremely fair. Sometimes its uncomfortable to have people working in your home but not with this company, they went out of the way to make sure everything was done right and kept us updated along the way. I would highly recommend this company!

Jeff and Jerom were great to work with. They identified an issue with my current system and put together a game plan. They correct the issues with and installed new equipment. Their resolution saved us thousands of dollars on a new system which allowed us to add some additional comfort items like a humidifier and u/v air purifying system.

I loved working with Jake, Jace & Ric! They all were kind and respectful. They explained what was going on with my AC unit, how things worked, and even got me rebates that are going away at the end of this year. Their warranty's are amazing. Their customer service is unparalleled!

Above and Beyond Service — Truly a Lifesaver!

I cannot say enough positive things about Comfort Pros Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning. When my AC suddenly stopped working on a Sunday (yes, Sunday!), Jacob from Comfort Pros showed up quickly to inspect the issue. To my shock, we discovered a raccoon had chewed through the wiring and completely destroyed both my AC and furnace in the attic.

What could have been a nightmare scenario was handled with incredible speed, professionalism, and compassion. Jacob immediately got another team member, Ric, to my house that same day to help walk me through my options. Ric had the tough job of delivering the financial reality of the situation, but he did so with professionalism and clarity. He made sure I fully understood each available option — the pros, cons, and long-term implications — without ever making me feel pressured.

On installation day, the Comfort Pros team showed up right on time at 3 AM (yes, 3 in the morning!) and got to work. What truly impressed me was that both Jacob and Ric were there alongside the install crew. It meant a lot to see familiar faces rather than a new team I hadn’t met.

This company turned a truly awful situation into something bearable. Their responsiveness, empathy, and work ethic are unmatched. I felt like more than just a customer — they treated me like extended family. That level of care and commitment makes all the difference.
