I had Comfort Pros come and do an A/C tune up to get ready for the hot weather approaching. The whole process was great, from the time I called to schedule the appointment, till the time the technician showed up there was great communication. Jon, the technician who came was excellent! He was very helpful describing what he was doing and why. I ended up having a bad part in my a/c unit which was very apparent in the sound it was making, I didn’t feel as though he was trying to find things wrong just to give a sales pitch or making things up just to fix, instead he fixed actual problems and gave me some suggestions for the future to help make my system run more efficient. I’ll definitely be using this team in the future and highly recommend others do the same!

Jonathan was awesome. He came out in under an hour the day before a holiday. He diagnosed and fixed the issue in an hour with very fair pricing and explained the issue at hand.

We had another company come out the day before and quoted us 2.5X the amount for just a cleaning before even diagnosing. We will definitely be using Comfort Pros again.

Everyone at Comfort Pros is fantastic! I was home with my kids while the techs came to install our new system and never felt uncomfortable or nervous about having a bunch of strangers in and out of my house. They were all so kind and respectful of our home and our wishes. Kemrey has been very helpful, Ric was great, Jake, Wyatt, I wish remembered all of their names! 10/10 recommend.

These guys really know their stuff! We promptly received a qoute for a new HVAC system after a thorough walk-through. We were just upgrading so we weren't in a rush. Jeff was so knowlegeable and really helped us understand all the different features offered by various systems. The quote included several options so we could choose the level and price point we were most comfortable with. Install was quick, the crew were fantastic, and they took every measure to keep things clean despite the wet weather outside. They were even great with the dogs! I would highly recommend them for all your heating and air needs! Comfort Pros is professional, affordable and great to work with!

Jake and Jace did an incredible job with the work done on our new home. The plumbing was done fast and smooth and yet they still were communicative! When the results were not what we expected, they came back and fixed it free of charge. They were honest, helpful, and took pride in their work. It was my pleasure to request them again when we needed HVAC installed. Will be using their services for any plumbing or HVAC needs going forward.

Jace and Wyatt were great with my new A/C install. Very efficient. Communicated well. And worked around my young boys effectively. Great experience and explanation of services, and were very open with making it work the way that I needed for my home.

Jacob came and quickly replaced our water heater. He explained everything and completed it very fast. He had a helper but we can’t remember his name. We are very happy.

I had called multiple companies before landing on Comfort Pros. I was able to speak with a real person - one of the owners and he was incredibly nice. I was scheduled quickly and had John as the technician who came and ran diagnostics, and did the service. John was extremely professional and so nice. He explained the things he was doing and it was refreshing to see a company in action that truly cares. I will be using them for everything going forward. I highly recommend this company!

Comfort Pros went above and beyond! It’s easy to see they have experience and knowledge, and take pride in their work. The installers were clean and courteous. Our new heat pump system works amazing and we can’t even hear it when it’s on. I would call them again without hesitation!!!

Jonathan is great!! Honest and to the point, another company came out and gave a quote, they wanted to charge way more than what Jonathan quoted. What the other company said was an expensive fix, Comfort Pros gave me reasonable solution.

Jacob was great he came out do you a second opinion for us. He walked through our concerns and was down to earth. He was very good to show and explain why we didn’t need a new HVAC system. He wasn’t pushy and helped us know which parts we needed to keep the system running. I would highly recommend Comfort Pros

Jake was fantastic! He got back to us the same day about our leaking toilet and came right out to fix it. He was upfront about cost, quick, knowlegable, and even great with our dog.

It's hard to find people you can trust to do quality work, but Jake is one of them. I highly recommend him for any plumbing, heating, and air needs, and we'll be calling him for all of ours from now on!

I love honest people!! No pressure, tried to explain the what’s, the why’s, and gave me options. Jeff really knew the differences of furnaces and my options. When the guys (Jake and Wyatt) came to install, they were so friendly, polite, fast and got the job done without leaving any mess! Our bath tub was leaking. And they were about to get out to our house the same day we called. Jake was able to come back the fallowing week to get it all fixed! Jake did a great job, he was professional and got the job done in less time than expected. Definitely will call them again with any plumbing, heating and air conditioning needs.

Needed a water heater replaced same day. I was getting the run around from a couple other outfits wanting to schedule an appointment without telling me how much it would cost until they arrived. Comfort pros had me send a couple pictures of my utility room and gave me a competitive quote. I agreed and they did the job that afternoon. Now I'm having them qoute re-piping my water heaters from in-series to a reverse return parallel setup. Happy customer.

5 stars for these guys!! We had a really old system and needed a new AC and furnace. Jake and Jace came in with incredible service, friendliness, and professionalism! It was also a great price for high quality work. We're very happy with the service and the new unit! Without question, we'll be lifelong customers for all our plumbing and HVAC needs. Comfort Pros put in a new A/C system in our home and replaced our old furnace in July of this year. I received a few quotes from different companies but Comfort Pros was the most competitive price and I’m so glad I went with them! Fast forward a few months, our A/C system is still running great and we’ve had no problems. They also have great customer service and I truly felt supported the whole way through this process. I also liked how Ric was willing to explain everything to me (especially as a new homeowner) and I felt informed for every step of the process. I will be returning to Comfort Pros again, since they did such a great job with our HVAC system.

Jacob, Wyatt, and John installed our new Goodman Signature Series 98% efficiency modulating furnace along with Goodman Premier Series 17.5 SEER2 Inverter Heat Pump. From the estimate with manager Jeff to the scheduling and then the installation, Comfort Pros was delightful to work with. Jeff patiently responded to thousand questions, then Jake and Wyatt were so professional and friendly and responsive as well. I asked to comfirm correct installation before they proceeded and then to check it after completion, and had some questions in between. They were always warm and friendly, answered all questions gladly, and were always communicative and helpful. It has only been a few days but the furnace is quiet and I know we will save money based on the product. The10-year labor Warranty also looks terrific! Definitely would recommend so far

Found Comfort Pros via a Google search and I am glad I did. They are a small locally owned company that truly believes in amazing customer service, professional and timely communication, and fair/solid pricing. We needed our heating system replaced in our home and Jeff came out and took the time to explain everything needed for the options they gave. They were always on time, made sure to clean up, and followed through with any questions we may have had. There really are a breath of fresh air to work with. Their pricing was very competitive when comparing, especially with the service you get. I look forward to using them for any future maintenance or upgrades in the future .
