The AC coil unit outside of our house was full of concrete dust as a result of concrete cutting and pouring during our neighbor’s yard work. When Greenline was contacted, Mr. Braeden Murray arrived at our house very quickly. After his initial inspection of the unit, Braeden got to work, thoroughly exercising his professional process in cleaning the coil. He patiently threw the outside AC circuit breaker to off position after told us to turn the controller in off position, removed the top fan cover. He used his gloved hands to remove the larger debris from the base of the AC case, vacuumed it. Braeden then used our air compressor to blow out the dust surrounding the coil outwards, then he sprayed the coil inside and out with a specialized foam, followed by several mild pressure water spray. He repeated the process several times. Later when he turned the AC on with our coordination, he checked the pressure and intake of the Freon, etc. Later he asked if he could come in to the house and check the AC unit inside. Braeden open the AC system and thoroughly went through other pieces of the inside unit, changed the filter that we had handy.
I happen to be a licensed Professional Engineer with highest degree of education and I have to say this about Mr. Braeden Murray: As I was watching him doing his job, Braeden had gone over and beyond any other professionals that I have dealt with in the past. Braeden has a calm personality, he communicates well and informs the owner of every step that needs to be taken to assure quality. Later when he told me about Greeline’s annual maintenance program, I was sold and I will definitely sign up for this program and certainly ask for Braeden to service our AC unit. I believe that Greenline management should consider Braeden as a valuable asset for the company and do whatever they can to keep this asset under their belt.

I can’t recommend Greenline Plumbing Heating and Air enough! Ben is one of the most meticulous and detail-oriented people I’ve ever known. He truly cares about his customers and takes pride in doing every job right the first time. He’s incredibly responsive, fairly priced, and efficient — a rare combination these days. If you want someone who treats your home like their own and goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs perfectly, Greenline is the only call you need to make. Five stars all the way!

Gavin and Braeden replaced our water softener and helped repare piping for our tankless water heater. They were professional, kind, and extremely thorough. Not only were they personable, but if needed again for anything, these are the two I would request. I feel safer knowing my home is in good hands!

I will say that Ben has got to be one of the most transparent guys I've ever worked with. He got a setup with a modest system that fit within our budget and most importantly after his guys did their installation, they ran into a few snags and Ben right away came over the next day and made sure that everything was running perfectly. My wife complains about how cold the house gets now because of how well it runs. Granted we're in winter now and the heat works great as well. I've been a bit slow making this review because one I'm lazy... But two I've been giving it time so that I could see the whole outcome of the installation. It is definitely what I paid for I'm very satisfied. I've already recommended other people to Ben and I think that he has a great company. And what's more important if they fall short they'll definitely make it right and I think at the end of the day what more can you ask for?

    Thanks Ben!

I've had the pleasure to work with greenline plumbing on multiple properties. Most recently, today, I calked Ben re a 911 problem with an apt I have that sits atop a large yoybox detached garage. My tenant is the dream renter. So when she mentioned the furnace failure I 911'd the problem. Ben and his team rolled out promptly, diagnosed the problem, offered solution options and pricing. I made my selection and by the end of tge day, all resolved with new upgraded variable output furnace based on heat demand at the moment. They reconfigured the ducting for higher performance and efficiency. Finished, left the site immaculate with all programmed, including orientation re the new equipment. I couldn't be happier! Use greenline if you want straight up answers, pricing and performance. Thank you Ben!

I have used Greenline for several years now for my A/C and Heating needs, including a whole home system replacement. I’m always impressed with the service. Ben and his team are extremely efficient and responsive. Their annual service contract is a great value and has helped me avoid costly repairs. I would recommend these guys to anyone!

Kysen and Braeden did a fantastic job adding two return vents and two supply vents to my basement. During the initial estimate it was very clear that they knew how to properly design the HVAC layout. They installed new supplies and built out the returns with tight, well-sealed connections throughout; even though this was expansion work that required installing into an existing system, everything looks like it was always meant to be there. They were professional, efficient, and clearly took pride in their work rather than just getting in and out. Thank you very much!

    11/18 Update (3.5 Stars):
Ben returned today to replace the humidifier pipe with a copper one and also completed the winter maintenance at no charge, as promised. He assured me that no water damage had occurred and maintained that there had been no inspection or installation failure. According to him, the humidifier pipe was already in place, and they had simply reattached it to the new hose and pipes. That said, I noticed some inconsistencies. Previously, Ben told me the humidifier pipe was new, but today he said it was old. He also claimed that no water had reached the burner of the water heater. He explained that the water had only risen to a certain level and the burner sat higher than that, which is why he believed no damage occurred. I’m not an expert, but it made me wonder how he could be so sure without opening the tank during his initial inspection. The first thing he did was vacuum the water out so I don’t know how he confirmed the flood level inside. I do appreciate that he replaced the pipe with copper, extended the labor warranty, and provided maintenance at no cost. He clearly came back with the intention of making things right despite some inconsistencies and less-than-professional aspects I’ve mentioned.

    11/16 Update (3 Stars):
Ben returned today to inspect the situation again. He said the humidifier pipe is new and believes it was not leaking on the day of installation—arguing that if it had been, they would have noticed due to the loud sound of water spraying under pressure. He suspects the pipe may have been installed too close to the hot air duct, causing it to melt slightly and begin leaking afterward. He checked our furnace and didn’t see visible water damage. He repaired the furnace and vacuumed water from the tray beneath the water heater. However, he didn’t check inside the jacket door and was already preparing to leave. I had to ask him to open it — and once he did, we found a significant amount of water inside, even though I had shut off the leaking pipe 8 hours earlier. He vacuumed the water and said the burner was still working and believes the unit is okay. He also mentioned that water damage usually shows up quickly, and I still have two years left on the warranty. He promised to return to replace the pipe with copper and perform winter maintenance for free. He also extended the labor warranty from one year to two. While I appreciate the follow-up and the warranty extension, it’s quite concerning that they didn’t consider the risk of placing a plastic pipe so close to a hot air duct during installation.

    11/15 Original (1 Star):
Three days ago, a large amount of water leaked from the pipe above our water heater, flooding the unit and causing it to fail. Ben came to inspect the issue, and during his initial look, he opened the jacket door and found the inside full of water—clearly indicating the unit had been flooded and needed replacement. However, without thoroughly investigating the source of the leak, he quickly concluded the water was coming from the tank itself and immediately began discussing replacement pricing. I asked him to double-check, as I had clearly seen water coming from above. After a brief second look, he said the upper pipes had likely been improperly connected by the previous homeowner and assured us they would fix it during installation. However, three days later, our furnace stopped working. The humidifier pipe was leaking. Just like before, water had traveled along the pipe and reached the water heater. But this time, because the damaged pipe was positioned slightly differently, the water also flowed along the heating duct and into the furnace. They never replaced the humidifier pipe, which we now believe was the original cause of the water heater failure. Now our new water heater is put at risk and furnace is not generating hot air.

I am so blown away by how incredible the entire team at Comfort Pros Heating and Air were on our project. A complete HVAC installation is something every homeowner dreads; however, the team made it as seamless and as painless as possible. The crew was incredibly respectful, from the moment they came for the quote, through the entire installation process, and even the follow up. We genuinely felt like the team cared about the project, which says a lot these days. Thank you to the entire Comfort Pros staff for the work you did, we’re breathing easy these days because of you!

Jacob and Jace were friendly and professional! I appreciated that they put booties over their shoes. They had to move stuff around to get to our water heater and then put everything back where it went, not leaving a mess 😅
I highly recommend Comfort Pros! Thanks so much!

Service was top tier while making sure that I understood everything that they were doing. Pricing is great, especially for the level of service that they provide, while also ensuring they are giving the best parts available.

Highly recommend! So happy with the service and work done! We initially got a bid from one stop and felt like it was too high. Contact comfort pros for a second bid and it was MUCH more reasonable. Got our new ac installed quickly and it’s worked great: they even sent a text a week later to make sure it was all working good still.

Comfort Pro Heating & Air serviced my neighbors house. They were so polite, to me as the neighbor swept up, cleaned up so well after themselves. Parked their cars in the appropriate spot. It’s not often you see a quality like that anymore.
