I just needed some finish work done on some drywall I put up. I called numerous places to have most not even call me back. The ones who did call me back took forever to respond and then told me they were booked over a month or two out. Wall Fixers responded to my call the same day and I had an appointment booked within a week. Throughout the entire process I was able to get ahold of them if needed and they sent texts reminding me of my appointment. The person arrived on time each visit and made sure to know my expectations and meet those expectations. In a time where companies like this are in demand and can pick which job they want to take. It is nice to have a company that values any job, even if it is small. I highly recommend this company and will use them for future jobs.

Wall Fixers is so easy to work with. They came out, gave the bid, we made an appointment and they fixed our ceilings and walls! We had many holes in our ceiling because we got an entire new plumbing system installed. We had holes in 3 different ceilings and Wall Fixers patched and repaired them to match the ceiling around them perfectly. You can't tell where the holes were. They also repaired walls in an office and a bathroom. We've used them twice and will call them again.

We own an old home in the avenues of Salt Lake City. Our home was built in 1899 and is on the historic register. We planned a remodel of our kitchen. The walls were a combination of lath and plaster and old sheet rock. We got at least 6 bids and felt frustrated and confused until we came across Wall Fixers. Malcolm not only knew what he was doing but made excellent suggestions. The bid was reasonable, the work was perfect and we will definitely use them again as we continue to restore our home. Due to the Covid virus and the earthquakes the work was slowed down a little ( as was everybody else we hired to work on our kitchen) but it was well worth a little wait to get that quality of work. If you need your walls repaired look no further than Wall Fixers.

Wall Fixers did an excellent job on our wall job. It was in a commercial space and that certain tenant is super picky and they were pleased. I really appreciated the communication before, during and after the job was complete. Thank you Harry for taking great care of us.

I was happy with Wall Fixers. Malcolm came and did our sheet rock. It was a fairly small job, but they were willing to do it. He came when he said he would, and he did a good job. We had our bonus room in the attic sheet rocked. He was pleasant and worked hard. I would recommend Wall Fixers highly to anyone.

Wall Fixers is the best! They were able to get us scheduled very quickly for a 2 day project that made our ceiling look brand new. Malcolm was so professional and nice, and did an excellent job!

Ernest was a true professional. Not only was he kind but his workmanship was stellar. After 3 days of toil, our corners and ceiling look sharp and fantastic. We were very impressed overall and would recommend Wall Fixers to everyone.

Wall Fixers helped us with a bad drywall job that was done sometime in the 1970's. They were able to make it look finished and fixed all kinds of tape/mud issues. There was one place that was missed in their original visit and Malcom who worked on the job for us, was sent back out and fixed those spots as best as he could - as well. Wall Fixers is a great company to work with and Mary clearly communicated expectations and timing for the work to take place. We even received reminder texts and follow up before and during the job! Setting proper expectations in the construction/contractor business was SO refreshing! From the face time bid with Harry to the finished job, everything was completed on time with very professional work. I recommend Wall Fixers and plan to use them in the future as required.

Top notch service and great pricing! Easy to work with - constant communication throughout the project with Harry was excellent. Friendly crew that worked efficiently with keen attention to details. Dave and Kelly are great at what they do - the vaulted ceilings, the trim, the drywall work and repairs, the painting, and the finish...simply flawless! I would not hesitate to call on their services again and highly recommend them to all!

Wall fixers finished two bedrooms for me and they look incredible. A lot of care was taken to get it done right, not just rush through it as I imagine most outfits would. I highly recommend these gentlemen and I am very grateful for their quality work and professional friendly service. Top notch!

Wall Fixers did a great job repairing our drywall, from the quote all the way to the cleanup. We needed to have old in-wall speaker holes of various sizes patched, and the results were great. They smoothed out the mud and made sure there were no obvious lines or gradients. They also did a great job matching our ceiling texture on an electrical fixture hole repair. Finally, they were able to remove a Venetian finish on a large wall. Looks great!

The quote process was very straightforward, the prep-work was diligent, and the final results are great. Malcolm is a pleasure to work with and made sure we were satisfied with the results.

These guys did a re-roof for me. They charged me a premium price for a roof that wasn't installed correctly. Cheap shingles. Flashing, drip edges, and detail was terrible. Not sure if the installers had ever done a roof before.

This is my second basement remodel so I know when I’m getting value. Nelson’s team provided quality work for my large basement remodel. They actually rebuilt a wall for free that the original builders didn’t square. The work included plumbing, electrical, drywall and painting. All of it was meticulous and skillful. Nelson included us in every decision and offered options when available, again at no cost. I would use them again and recommend them without a doubt.

Ivory Homes built a great home for us in St. George at Sienna Hills. We built the Mancini plan. There were many standard features that would have been upgrades elsewhere. They were very helpful in the design center so that making choices of colors, etc. was easy to do. Tim Sweat was very helpful in making the choices.

I bought a home in St. George. I signed papers in December when interest rates were way better. It was supposed to be done at the end of May. They didn't finish until mid August. The loan I was supposed to do with their preferred lender was no longer available by the time they were done with the house. As a part of my deal Ivory was offering $8k toward closing costs if we used their preferred lender which we no longer could do because Ivory took so long to build the home. In the end, not only was my interest rate nearly double, but they refused to pay the $8k toward closing costs since we had to use a different lender. They completely profited off of their delays. They did the same thing to my neighbor. I tried to work it out with them even after closing with no response. The superintendent was great, the agent I worked with was great, but the company itself has had every opportunity to treat me and my neighbor fairly in regards to this matter and they've chosen to be unresponsive.

Doug Babcock has been a great salesman while we were having our home built by Ivory. He was extremely helpful and gave us constant updates along the way. He is a friendly, supportive and will take the time to answer your questions throughout the whole process. We are happy to be in our home and grateful to Doug for all he did to get us there.

When we first moved to Utah everyone recommended Ivory Homes and we took their recommendation and purchased a brand new build. For the time, we got it for a good price and for not being custom, it was pretty close to what we were wanting. However, almost right off the bat we had severe issues with whoever they contracted out to do our concrete. Our basement concrete is completely split, our outside concrete is a seriously dangerous concern, and our garage concrete has split as well even after sealing it once we moved in like they recommended. Well, we emailed the customer service gal that has helped us with some questions as first time home buyers and she told us that she’d send someone out to lift up our walking pad to get to our house. Well, he did come by but once the concrete settled it made it SO MUCH WORSE! And now we are told that it is our problem because we are “passed the warranty time”. Convenient. I will attach pictures of our issues and the incredibly neglectful and dangerous job that was preformed. Where they “lifted” the concrete had dropped and inch and has caused over a 5 inch split in our stairs concrete. We mentioned before how there are animals such as bunnies, cats, and some sort of mole or vole that continue to get stuck under our cement stairs. We asked them to come and fix the issue that was caused due to their concrete contractor and they have refused to. So disappointing and will be looking for another home builder for our next property.

I will be the first to admit that I was hesitant to build a house. Ivory made the process smooth and I received such amazing support from Scott Burt and the team at Ivory. They would check up on us and see if we had any questions or concerns. Our superintendent was responsive and supportive. Scott advocated for us at every opportunity.I would only recommend LISTENING to Scott! He has plenty of experience. If I hadn't listened to the suggestions, I am confident that my house wouldn't feel complete. And they weren't "costs" - just suggestions to help my home be the best it could be.
Ivory took the stress and minimized it - they helped with colors, had a super that was on top of any construction issues.
The best part is that my husband is a stucco/sheetrock man by trade. Even he was impressed with the quality of work that was done. The Stucco looked amazing!
I wouldn't have guessed that I would have ever built my own home - but with Ivory's support and process it was worth it! Thank you!
Ask for Scott Burt - he'll help you through!

We are so happy we got the work with Ivory Homes! They have many options and the design and workmanship of their homes is great. McKell Cutler was our agent and she was very professional and patient at walking us through all the process of the purchase of our home.

Our family recently built a home with Ivory Homes. We have had an incredible experience. Ivory has made the process as simple as it can possibly be, while still providing a wide array of options to choose from. Scott Burt is well versed in process and architecture. He was easy to speak with about options and possibilities. Verlyn Pullman was wonderful to work with. She really cares about the customer and their satisfaction. She treated us like family. Hillary in the design center was very helpful in making design decisions. This whole process went much more smoothly than anticipated, and we love our new home.

We’ve loved our experience with Ivory Homes. Gary and Skyler have been the best to work with through every step of the way!
