Our experience with Ivory Homes has been phenomenal. We looked into several home builders in the Salt Lake area and when we came across Ivory, they were the clear win. We have been very happy with the service we have been given since making that decision. We were given a timeline of 11 months from signing. Our beautiful new home was completed in 9 months. Tim, our agent has been nothing but helpful throughout the process. It has been made seamless due to his hard work and care. He represents Ivory very well and clearly takes pride in pleasing his customers. Along with that he takes responsibility and has made sure that any questions or concerns we had were fully resolved by him in a timely manner. We also have been so pleased with the hard work shown by our super, Amy. She is a rockstar! Our encounters with her have been few because she simply has gotten the job done! She is pleasant to work with and her attention to detail is unreal! It is evident that she takes pride in her work and has done an amazing job on our new home. We could not be more impressed with her. We simply have not had to encounter any one else at Ivory because Tim and Amy have met our every need. We are beyond grateful for the dedication the two of them have put forth towards something so important to us!

My experience with Ivory Homes has been great. They have enough employees that they can stay on top of things like construction, quality control, and warranty. Go into any of their models and you will see that they have amazing designers and products.

Ivory homes has been great to work with so far. Our house is in the building stage right now. I've heard from neighbors that their warranty program has some issues so make sure to get everything fixed before closing on the house. So hopefully we won't have to deal with the warranty program. Can't wait for our house to finish!

Ivory Homes built my family a lovely home! We have been really happy here and feel like they built us a quality home. We did have a minor hiccup with our french doors, but they took care of it without any issue. Everyone we have worked with has been really nice! Our sales rep, Vicki Wood, really took care of us and helped us through our really quick close. We would highly recommend Ivory Homes!

Building through Ivory Homes was a wonderful experience! They were very responsive every step of the way, even after we had closed and there were a few items that still needed resolving. We have been very happy in our new house and the craftsmanship has stood up well over the years.

Overall, we had a positive experience building with Ivory. This was our second time building a house, and we went with a smaller builder our first time, and it was a more hands on process. Ivory has you make all your decisions for your home in a few meetings at their design center before they break ground. This was a stressful time for us, but they have professionals there that will help you through the process.
Ivory builds a beautiful home. There were a number of model options that we liked, and we are very happy with the large spacious floorplan of our home. We also love their neighborhood locations.
We did run into a few challenges through the building process, but we had a great superintendent (Ron Husband) that helped resolve our concerns. The final product was a house we are excited to call our home for the next chapter of our lives.

Buying a first house in your life and that too in a foreign country was a scary, emotional, uncertain and an ambiguous process for me and my wife.

Once we became part of the Ivory family, it all turned into a joyful, satisfying and enjoyable experience.

I must mention our Sales Consultant Travis Mangrum, words won’t be enough to praise him. From the Day zero until closing, Travis made our home buying experience as smooth as possible. He helped us in each and every step of the process. He has been accurate, polite and prompt with all the questions and concerns, we ever threw in his way.
It was a pleasure working with him (I would bug him almost everyday and he would happily respond). Very soon we were assured that we are in the right hands (Oh boy, the peace of mind you get, when you know it!)
He provided status of the project proactively, never had a moment to chase him down to understand what’s going on.

Overall, we are highly satisfied with Ivory Homes. We couldn’t have expected a better home buying experience.

I bought a condo through Ivory Homes using Doug Babcock as my sales agent. They were so responsive and helpful with the process. I asked for special things that I'm sure other agents would have laughed at. All the people I worked with went above and beyond to get me moved in at the earliest possible moment. Garage doors were holding back a lot of time, but everyone was great to work with. I would recommend Doug Babcock to everyone as he was so caring about me and my situation.

We were on multiple waiting lists for homes coming to market. We never thought these lists were going to come of anything until one day Tim from Ivory called us about an opportunity in our desired neighborhood. We feel so very fortunate for the whole experience. The quality of the products and design that Ivory used was amazing. Our Ivory rep, Tim, was always sending pictures and letting us know the progress along the way. Tim was kind, knowledgable, professional, and always very quick to get back to us. In such uncertain times, with delays and price increases, ivory made us feel secure and comfortable with our decision to purchase our home through them.

We were actually days away from going to sign a contract with another builder when we walked into an Ivory model (just for fun). We immediately changed our minds and started building with Ivory. Our home is beautiful, we loved the finish options, the floor plan is perfect for families, and we love the community we’re in.

From the start our experience with Ivory Homes has been great. Our consultant, Aaron Rigby, has kept us updated through the whole building process and is always quick to respond to our questions. The house Ivory built for us is beautiful and just what we wanted.

I love the quality workmanship that Ivory Homes provide. Also, I love the that they have such a variety of floor plans to choose from, that are both practical and aesthetically pleasing! We enjoyed our home building process, and will {continue to} recommend them to friends when they are beginning their own home-building process.

With every interaction, from Ron Husband our superintendent, James Johnson, Aaron Rigby, the design team, even the couple minor warranty items during our first year, building this home has been an absolute pleasure relative to building our first with another popular Utah builder.

We would absolutely consider building with Ivory again, even if we end up going the custom route.

In a nutshell, we loved the location and know we paid a little more than we should have. I expected the quality (finish work, paint, trim, details, etc.) to be higher-quality than what they are. I am also disappointed in the warranty rules and restrictions, considering how much we paid. Overall, our Ivory agent was very nice and helpful, we felt like we had to stay on top of things more than I'd have liked to during the building process. There are weird quirks with all builders, Ivory's no exception. The upgrade options were good, but not great, with some frustrations and missing explanations early on. In the end we are overall happy: the house is what we wanted, where we wanted it, for a little more than what we wanted to pay.

We had a great building experience with Ivory homes. Our sales agent Doug was there throughout the whole prosses to help with everything from picking a home design and lot to the final walk through. From the horror stories my husband and I had heard about building a home we thought it was going to be a nightmare. Turns out that with the way Ivory homes has set up the whole design process it was actually a really fun experience. Most of all we love our home.

Rachael Moore is Amazing and so easy to work with, she was very attentive to all our needs and wishes.
When moving in we loved how we were taken care of by the superintendent and all involved.
