The crew did not clean up. I stepped on a woodscrew and ended up needing emergency surgery in the middle of the night to remove my shoe and the woodscrew. This was a terrible experience. I do not recommend this company. They are careless and unprofessional.

Called to get quote for my bathroom mold took some pictures and they quickly called back. Which I love then the appraisal was higher than I have to pay for since it's not my house nd it's been there since I moved the person on the phone told me what to buy nd what to do which is unheard of now a days definitely recommend 10 out of 10 thank you guys so much!

When we needed to replace our old bathtub with a wider, deeper one I found Twin Home Experts on the internet. When I called and explained our needs, David came out and looked ang our problem, explaining what he thought would work and even took us to look at bathtub possibilities. He and his men showed up on time, spread out cloths to protect the floor, then proceeded to do an excellent job. When the work was completed, David made sure everything was working well and they cleaned up all the mess they made, leaving none of the discarded material behind. We are totally satisfied with their work and the way they finished the project.

I reached out to this company for mold remediation. Caden was extremely helpful and responsive in helping me resolve those issues, and in completing my bathroom remodel as well which turned out amazing! we love the work they did for us! They came sooner than any other companies we called could, were very professional, and helped us with decisions. the work was done with exactness and precision. Our bathroom looks beautiful, and they even laid a tarp from the front door to the bathroom to walk on.
chad was careful to clean up, and had us look it over carefully to be sure we were totally happy. Our total satisfaction was very important to them. Because of this experience we called them again to take care of a plumbing problem we had. Again. superb service and quick response. They are just really good people with a really good company! We highly recommend them.

This company redid our bathroom a few years ago and did a great job. We recently had some issues with the shower door and called and left several messages. No response. We were not looking for a freebie, and were willing to pay for repairs. Since they did not call us back we called another company and they are installing a new shower for us, since the parts for our old one have been discontinued and are no longer available. So Twin Home Experts missed out on the sale and replacement of our shower because they are too chicken to call us back. No support after the installation.

I have worked with many Restoration companies and by far this is the most honest team to find. Not here to gouge, not here to take advantage. I will always recommend Daytona Restoration!
