Best home improvement store around. I just wish there were more orange aprons around. They seem impossible to find and are always helping someone else.

Had someone come out for a counter top bid. Told me I had to remove stove from kitchen and remove sink. Other places said they'd just pull stove out and they would remove sink. Bidder didn't make good first impression when he drove into driveway over newly fallen snow before it was cleared.

absolutely love the depot here's the straight shot on this one people if you were looking for anyting they'll know where to find it if you're putting them together a big project they literally have all the people you need to put together any project decoration wood supply even people that know how to line up State licensing in stop you'd be amazed at what the people over there now home Depot hires strictly people that have done construction and they work them in that area teach them about the rest of construction as well so they can time if you ever need it go and see those guys will take good care of you it's the depot we love it

These people are horrible. Do not use their installation services for ANYTHING. They charged me $40 to come out and measure my basement for interior doors. Never heard back from them after a week of waiting. So I called, they told me we'll get back to you but I never heard back.. Do you want my business or not? The guy running the door dept. was rude and very unpleasant. I went to Lowes and will never go back again. This place gets worse and worse each year

Do NOT use these people. We scheduled an in-home visit with them to measure for new blinds. They never showed up. No phone call. No explanation. No apology. I had emailed the woman we had scheduled the appointment with the day before to confirm and she never replied. Turns out that this “Design Consultant” we had been dealing with didn’t even live here in Utah. They lived in Houston Texas. I called her to ask what happened and she didn’t answer. I left a message and she never returned my call. I phoned Home Depot Home Decor and waited on hold for 30 minutes before someone (with a very thick accent that I could hardly understand) answered. They had nothing to say, no apology, no explanation and no idea what happened or who this design consultant was. I can’t believe any company stays in business with this kind of horrible customer service. Zero care or concern whatsoever. Avoid Home Depot Home Design. Go with a locally based design company that you can talk to face to face.

Jonathon and co. fielded my request the same day and he arrived promptly on-time with proper PPE for COVID and was extremely professional and personable from the get-go.

He was thorough and listened to my requests to inspect various parts of my house for mold sources in addition to the one I had tried to remediate myself. He gave me a great quote on-the-spot and offered to help me work with my renter's insurance.

If my landlord's maintenance policy wasn't what I found out it was, I would've used his services in a heartbeat. I will definitely be keeping Jonathon and AHS in mind for any water damage and mold related needs I have in the future!
