We have had two house floods in under a year. AHS did the restoration for the first flood and did a fantastic job. This last flood we went with the guys insurance suggested and they were absolutely awful. Always late, stood us up, got paint on everything, and did such shoddy work. We called America Home Service right away to finish the job and redo the poor work that was done by the old people and there is a night and day difference between the two companies! AHS is almost always ontime, they are reliable, they have great communication, do good work, and are respectful. Thank you so much for helping us out! We will be contacting you guys from now on for our house repairs.

These guys did a great job. I just purchased a house and the tub was not properly sealed so water got into the sheet rock and it was downhill from there. Luckily the team from America Home Services was right around the corner to clean up the mess and re do the bathroom. These guys are awesome and do great work. Thank you!

Do not use this company. I hired Jonathan and his team to help address a flooded storage unit. His team were extremely negligent in handling the items in the unit and ended up damaging several belongings. It took quite a while to find out the scope of damage because when they repacked the unit, they piled the boxes to the very top of a high ceiling. It turns out they put extremely heavy boxes on the top and fragile furniture at the very bottom, put boxes that were labeled fragile and with a directional arrow the wrong way, packed multiple 30-50lb book boxes on top of fragile boxes that collapsed. They even put a toolbox with small plastic feet on top of a fragile piece of wooden furniture, and then 6 heavy boxes on top of the toolbox which obviously did major damage to the furniture. I tried contacting them several times and found they were surprisingly unresponsive. I was able to get them on the phone twice, and in both cases was told they would follow up to address my concerns, and then would proceed to not respond or answer emails or phone calls again for several weeks. I would not trust this company to handle your possessions or address emergency issues in a thoughtful, careful, or responsible manner and certainly would not expect them to then professionally respond to any issues that arise with their work. I would highly recommend you not use them.

10/10 would recommend!! Very professional, friendly and organized. We had mold in our walls and they were very prompt to respond and resolve the problem. I was very impressed with how clean and quick the whole process was I will definitely be using them again. Their attention to detail and quality is unmatched!

Awesome company! Jonathan and his crew came to my home after my toilet supply line burst. They were at my door only an hour after I called them. Jonathan inspected the water damage for free and even helped me file a claim with my insurance!! They placed fans and Dehumidifiers to dry the area and came by every day to check the moisture levels. After they had dried my home up they had it back together and looking brand spankin new within a week. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate their quick and helpful service. I would recommend them any day of the week. Hopefully you don’t have the same water disaster I did, but if you do call America Home Service right away!!

We had a great experience with AHS! Jonathan was extremely knowledgeable, he was transparent about what he was doing throughout the process, and he did quality work. He didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need, and I had full trust that we were in good hands. I also appreciated that he put our room back together when he was done working exactly as we left it. I wouldn't hesitate to hire AHS again, or recommend it to a friend.
