We called Core AHS after we noticed that the humidifier copper pipe had broken in a duplex we own. As a result, the walls ended up being soaked in the basement office. Johnathan and his team came promptly to set up all the equipment, and then came back daily to rotate the machines, as to maximize the drying effect. This worked great, and after 3 days, the walls were dry, which reduced the amount of reconstruction to a minimum.
We were impressed with this company's professionalism and sense of ethics.
The reconstruction did more than restoring the room to its original condition
Would used them again if this were to happen again, and we highly recommend them.

American Home Service USA is professional, timely and very clean. We had a main line back up and flood our basement. Jonathan and team were there the same day. I was impressed by the level of care they took to keep our house as clean as possible while the cleaned and removed the damage. He was very detailed with us on our options and their scope of work. They worked very hard over the weekend and into the night.
He also made himself available 24/7 for questions or concerns. He also worked with our insurance so we didn't have to do anything regarding the clean up. I have 100 % confidence in their company. They are honest, hardworking and get the job done.

We had a shower pan that had been leaking in our upstairs bathroom that we were unaware of, Jonathan and his team came out assessed it, handled everything with our insurance company, as well as immediately started to treat the mold and moisture that had gone into the ceiling and wall and flooring below. He was easy to communicate with, honest, and had connections for everything we needed every step of the way. I have referred multiple friends to him and he has been a great fit for us!

They kept the space clean in between every step of the process and were great at communicating. I am happy with my service I received from Johnathan and staff when I needed help with some water damage and restoration in my home, they were very responsive and quick to take action. They were easy to work with and were able to accommodate with my schedule. All my needs were taken care of at a timely manner and I’m so grateful they worked with me on payments. I highly recommend them!

We used CORE by AHS recently for a leak we didn’t know about that created mold. When I say I’ve never had a company treat my home and family with so much respect. Jonathan and all his crew were amazing, great communication, just above and beyond. They wore shoe protectors, laid down blankets where they walked. Cleaned the space great, and cleaned up after they left. 10/10 would recommend and would use them again when needed!

From Jonathan (the owner and manager) to his entire team, Core by AHS did a FANTASTIC job in helping us remediate and repair the damage caused by a water leak. Jonathan came the same day I called him, and in less than 3-4 hours, his crew was on-site installing all the equipment needed to begin drying out all damaged areas.
His team was professional, courteous and extremely efficient. I can honestly say I was impressed on how quickly they worked to help us get back to how things were prior to this incident. My home is back to its original state and I really cannot recommend enough Core by AHS.

When our plumber found black mold in our kitchen from a leaking hose from our dishwasher, he recommended Jonathan Morales at CORE by AHS. With not a lot of experience with contractors, Jonathan put our minds at ease with the depth and care he committed to our project.
He walked us through not only the demolition and reconstruction of our kitchen, but helped with how to work with our insurance. Everything he advised us came to pass. Every promise he made, he and his people not only kept, but exceeded expectation. With an inordinate amount of care and patience, he and the team at CORE took a nightmare situation, and turned it into a dream come true. Our kitchen and living room are now the focal point of our home, and we are convinced the work his team accomplished drastically increased the value of our home.
My wife and I would recommend Jonathan, his office manager and consultant Rebeca, and his team for any work you would consider CORE by AHS for. God forbid we have another problem of this magnitude in our home, but if it were to happen, it is nice to know that we have a group in CORE by AHS that we trust completely and work we can count on to be creative and magnificent.

Jonathan and his team were fantastic and did great work. On time, very respectful of my property and made a minimum amount of mess while they demolished and/or replaced drywall, etc., and then made sure that after completing a days work that everything was cleaned up completely. Would recommend them to anyone for an honest and hardworking team.

I am so grateful for Jonathan and the team at CORE by AHS. My home flooded, and CORE came in that very night to begin the water mitigation process. From there, they completed the repairs and a full remodel of my home. Both Jonathan and Hana were incredibly responsive and patient with my (many, many) calls and text messages. They also provided support and guidance when it came to navigating my homeowners insurance claim; Jonathan made time to be present with me when the adjuster did the initial home visit and worked on my behalf to ensure everything went smoothly and all costs were covered. I can’t say enough how over the moon I am with the results. And with how quickly they finished the project! I would recommend over and over again for any of your disaster cleanup or home remodeling needs.

These guys are "on top of their game"! Their communication is 2nd to none. They installed a dishwasher and did a beautiful job. They also disposed of the old one. The technician was clean, polite an prompt.A+++

Technician left a huge puddle of water in my bathroom as well as a bunch of sediment in the bathtub, didn't have his own hose for a water heater flush job, so he had to borrow mine. Really bad experience would not recommend and will not be using them again.

Utah At Home Services had provided great services the two times I submitted claims through Choice Home. His technician, Dale, always on time, very professional and very kind in explaining the problem. Thanks.

Repaired a garage spring for me. Took them a while to get it fixed but eventually got it fixed working better then it was before door broke in first place. My only recommendation would be letting people know if u are going to be late and not letting me know when I call asking. Overall great job though
