Scott and his team did a great job converting an old water wasting landscape into a nice xeriscape yard. I'm very happy with their work.

Horrid company horrid owner if you want someone high all the time definitely use them but it's all mediocre work and for the amount they charge 0/10 would not recommend to anyone(edit) half these reviews are fake look at all the scott and team or Scott and so and so's

A driver with stickers all over the back bumper with this companies name on it was seriously tailgating me and would not leave me alone. Good advertising. It was a little silver car with black letters. Driver was large passanger was skinny that's how close they were yes I was going the speed limit.

If I could give this company a negative star I WOULD! The owner threatened me with a lawyer which I think is hilarious since he had bills from over a year ago and is coming after me for payment I DID NOT have a contract with the company nor was I the manager at the time. PATHETIC! Why wouldn't you go after the invoice within a month or two after service and not a year. Also, Scott the "owner" ripped off a non-profit complex during winter by charging extra bags of salt. I asked his driver how many bags of salt he used to melt the snow he said "3" funny how my invoice says "13, 9,11 etc" bags of salt. NOT TRUE, we are a small complex. If you go through this company WATCH WHAT THEY ARE DOING because they are crooks and will do whatever they can to make their "5 million dollar company" more profit which is so evil and dishonest to run a business. Extremely poor service from the owner with the way he talks to women and making threats to them.

I have used TLM multiple times, every time exceeding my expectations! The owner, Scott Bennitt always returned my calls and texts immediately. Amazing work! I recommend TLM to anyone needing lawn care.

I called TLM for a snow removal quote mid-winter. I knew I was late to the game, but looking to switch when my current provider wasnt showing up to plow. The person I spoke with mentioned that he did not have the manpower to dedicate the time to our community he would want to if he took us on as clients. Its so refreshing to hear someone who stands behind their work even at the expense of a new contract. If I was a current client I would be very happy and I look forward to contacting TLM in the future in a timely manner so that they can take care of us.

These guys are the best. They cut no corers and do picture perfect work. Scott spared no detail in letting me know exactly what was going to happen with my yard and they didn't miss a detail. Perfect work, delivered on time, and the wife couldn't be happier.

I have been very impressed with Total Landscape Management and the time and effort they put not only in the landscaping but in educating the consumer. I have referred them out to my friends and family and will continue to do so without hesitation. They are always quick to get back to you and answer all your questions. If you want it done right and for a fair price, don't go anywhere else.

Hated my front yard. Love it now. The team designed a lovely yard. I smile when I see the flowers blooming & the grass so green. Such a wonderful bunch of guys. Fast. Professional. Really the best decision I've made using Toatal Landscape. Really happy with the end results. And so are my neighbors.

Total Landscape was exceptional. Our technician was amazing. Showed up on time, worked hard and was very pleasant to work with. Would highly recommend them!

Unreliable, over-priced, and inefficient.
Charged us for 4.5 hours of work, just to diagnose some water runoff. They came out in the fall, and reset our sprinkler system, then came back the following summer only to tell us that our system needs to be reset, and they didn't recall doing it the first time. When we spoke about the bill, initially I was quoted "a couple of hours" and when the bill came, it was for 4.5 hours @ $60/hr.
I asked what could have taken 4.5 hours to figure out the system needed to be reset, and was told they spent time looking at the water patterns, and looking for broken pipes. We are on .15 of an acre; it doesn't take that much time to look for broken pipes.
They denied ever saying anything about "a couple of hours" regarding the bill, and refused to adjust the bill.
I do not trust this company anymore.

He were professional, friendly and personable. He did a good job with my sprinkler system. I would recommend your company to friends and family.

Overall: I would NOT RECOMMEND TLM.

We are in the process of upgrading our yard (trees, new lawn, etc), so we were looking for a landscaping contractor to do some basic grading and sod preparation. I found TLM online and gave them a call based on the reviews they had. I talked to Scott on the phone and we scheduled an estimate for Steve to come out on 03/14/15. The day of the estimate Steve arrived on time and was very friendly. After meeting with Steve, I had extremely high hopes and felt as if I had found a competent company to provide the work I was looking to have completed. We finished up and he said he would have an estimate to me that night..... Nothing was sent. I sent him a text the next day and he assured me he would have it that night....still nothing. This went on for about a week and I kept getting excuse after excuse. I finally called him and asked what the situation was. He apologized and offered to come out that Saturday to hand-deliver a paper version of the estimate....No show, no call, and no apology. Monday I called Scott in the main office to see if I could have another estimate and would give them a second chance. More or less Scott called me back saying Steve was having personal issues, etc. So I tried to be understanding and work with Scott. Well Scott kept insisting on giving me an estimate over the phone without even coming to look at the property. He finally sent me over an estimate that was beyond ridiculous. I'm sorry, but there is no way the size of my yard would yield over $3500 in grading costs alone. They were very inconsistent with their pricing as well. Steve told me it would be .55/sq ft and Scott said it would be .80+. Furthermore, there wasn't even a follow-up, nor did he offer any compensation for the hassle and waste of time for the no show on Saturday.

Honestly, you'd probably be better off acquiring help from the Home Depot parking lot before using these guys.

Scott, Dylan and team are amazing! On time, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile. Cass keeps them all on task and works wonders! I would highly recommend Total Landscape!

Basically, this company took me for a run and completely ripped me off. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Steve George (salesman) and Scott Bennett (owner) are con-artists. DO NOT HIRE THEM!

TLM is a complete joke! I won't sugarcoat it. They are a bunch of unreliable, unprofessional, and dishonest people. I made a mistake by hiring these guys. The only positive feedback I can give them is that they use high quality sod and topsoil. Their labor is average, at best. And the whole time during the process of finishing my backyard they kept tacking on more and more money to my final price. They ended up charging me close to $2,000 more than they had originally quoted me because of "miscalculations" on quantities needed for the materials.

The guy I first met with was Steve George, he came out to my house for the bid. My first impression was that he was a very friendly and likeable guy, and the main reason I decided to hire TLM was because Steve seemed so genuine that I didn't think he would screw me over. WRONG! I would go days and weeks without contact from him. I would constantly try to call and text him to find out what was going on with no reply. And once I eventually got a hold of him, he always had (what seemed to be) a very good reason for why he was so preoccupied: sickness, problems at home, his daughter, etc. I call BS, he is just a flake.

After months (literally) of trying to get my small back yard finished and not being able to count on Steve George, I contacted the owner of TLM whose name is Scott Bennett. This guy made the same first impression as Steve, he seemed like a real good guy. He assured me that he would make sure my project went off without a hitch. Honestly, he was just as bad! He was just as hard to get a hold of, and just as unreliable with the information he was giving me.

It took them over 2 months to finish my back yard, which is honestly not even a big yard- and I even provided ALL of the parts for my sprinkler system AND the sprinkler design layout which had been professionally planned out which showed exactly where every pipe would run and where every sprinkler would sit.

Our experience with TLM has been really great. We had our original bid done with Scott and he was very nice, personable, and made me feel so comfortable and excited to work with them. He even came back and updated our bid a few weeks later after we did some clean up in our yard ourselves and so my husband could be there too to make sure we covered everything we wanted to have done. When it came to the work we had done, we could not be happier. Scott said from the get go that they were about 2 weeks out from beginning work so we knew it wouldn't get started right away. When we accepted the bid just before a weekend he said someone could be out the following Tuesday to begin the work on our sprinkler system. When he called Monday to follow up and schedule a time for the sprinklers he said the whole job could actually begin the following day. That was such unexpected and awesome news! The crew was there first thing the next morning and finished up within the week. They worked so hard and finished so quickly; at least to us who do not know much about landscaping! Everyone who was here was so nice. I stay home with my toddler who was so curious about everything they were doing and not once was there an issue with him looking around or checking everything out. They checked with me to make sure the look of the edging and whatever they were doing was what we liked and ensured me they could change it if desired. What they did was great and required no change! They even took extra time to talk to me about some of the things they did and especially about the sprinklers, and I ended up feeling like I learned a lot about my yard, managing it, and my sprinkler system (which I've always just left up to my husband!). I even felt like I could have been a little annoying at times, as I am an at home parent and was in and out running errands and often there and free to ask questions. They never once made me feel like I was anything close to that and accepted my questions without hesitation. Every person, every time.

Everything was done so well and it was such an awesome experience from beginning to end and with every person from TLM we encountered. We have already recommended them to friends who are business owners and in need of landscaping and we will absolutely use them again for our future landscaping needs. We cannot thank Scott, Dylan, or the entire TLM crew enough for their hard and beautiful work, friendliness, and overall professionalism.

Scott and his team did a very good job for us. They arrived when the said they would, and got the job done in a very reasonable amount of time.
They also replaced some trees for us this spring, that did not make it through the winter. Nowadays it's hard to get good customer service, and we certainly received it from Scott and his team!

Scott and his team were professional, efficient, and honest. They worked hard, were personable, and cared about our opinion and satisfaction. Scott was in touch with us quite often, asked how we felt about numerous aspects of the job. After moving into a house with a much neglected yard, TLM helped us feel at home, and proud, of being members of our community. Thank you!

Scott & crew are GREAT to work with! They listen to your needs & adjust accordingly. Their schedule is good to work with & they are communicative about it. Billing is great - they were very patient & understanding when I had mom brain & messed up my payment. WILL 100% be utilizing their services in the future.
