I would just like to make a shout out to Nick he recently this year has started doing my home spays and he always is so kind and does a great job. today I walked out to see that all the lawn chairs and table I take out for him to do my porch was back on my porch and I realized he did not have to do that I just want to shout out and say thank you Nick

I have been getting calls from this outfit for several years. They always tell me that my neighbors are having their pests and spiders sprayed, and how I need my done at the same time, or the pests will all end up in my yard. Sometimes they have a guy with a real hard-sell, sometimes a woman. The hard sell is amusing for the scare tactics about rats, spiders or disease carrying pests that will over-run me. The one thing they are incapable of doing is removing me from their call list. I ask them to every time, but they don't. Adding them to my blocked calls, but I don't trust anyone who repeatedly calls a person that has requested they not call them, and thinks outright lies or scare tactics are a good sales tool.

Had a problem with my lawn. Asked the company to come look at it. They would not because I only purchased 5 of the 8 services and they considered us “not on the program”. They just told me to “water more”. Very dissatisfied. Will not be using again.

I am always please with Greenside, we've used them for over 3 years. Caden & Brenden are pleasant and always makes sure to let me know they are there, and cover my bed rocks as requested.

As always, Greenside was on time and polite. We have been using their service for a few years now and they have been really good to work with. We are very pleased with their service.

After trying to get rid of the gophers for months, I relented and called GreenSide. They came out and cleared my yard in a single visit. It was fascinating to watch him work as he clearly knew what he was doing. Truly the "Gopher Whisperer". Can't recommend them more strongly. Thanks!!

I was hoping to be impressed by this company. The guy on the phone was informed and helpful about our issue. They said someone would come in the afternoon likely between 1 and 2 pm. I told the woman I had to go pick up my child at 3 pm. She said "No problem it will be way before then!" 230 pm rolls around no show. I called and said I have to leave in 30 mins. She said go ahead pick up your child and be back in an hour, but he will still call you before he comes. Traffic was horrible that day. I showed up 10 mins after he had left w/o calling me. So I rescheduled my whole afternoon from noon on and he couldn't call me or wait 10 more mins???

The two men that came to spray my yard today were very good. They were very nice and explained everything they did. Thanks so much for having wonderful employees doing a great job. Nita Wright

Worked very quickly, fixed all of my sprinkler problems, friendly and professional. Would have been nice to know exactly when they're on their way to my house rather than just a whole-day window, but everything else was great.

David Winter came to replace a few of my sprinklers and he was such a well-mannered young man. He was patient and kind and willing to do whatever I asked. I will certainly request David the next time I need some work done.

Excellent job revamping our lawn and garden sprinkler system. Tyson and Mario worked well together to solve irrigation coverage issues with simple, but thorough solutions.

THE BEST. Professional, responsive, amazing work, best prices. I can't emphasize the "responsive" enough. The work was high caliber and quick. Experienced, knowledgeable technicians. They arrived, surgically repaired, and cleaned up. Looked like they were never there. All in record time. Will use them again.

Chris came out the very next day after I had called and took care of the random ants around the kitchen back door, they were very professional and friendly and super fast hopefully we won't see any more ant problems but I know who to call if it comes up again next year, definitely recommend this service!

When checking our sprinkler system, the sprinkler technician indicated that the backflow prevention device was old and leaking, and he thus suggested a replacement, which would cost about $250.

We then received our bill with a $450 line item for the backflow prevention device. I was surprised by this charge and called GreenSide to let them know that this charge was much higher than quoted by the technician. The representative replied indicating that the $450 charge is accurate and that I should have called the office to get the correct quote instead of relying on the technician. This miscommunication is concerning.

Update 6/2/21: The manager called me to resolve this issue. It turns out the billing was incorrect and I should have been billed $265 for the backflow preventer, not $450. Greenside has refunded me the difference.

Excellent called for a respray after seeing bugs and spiders quick response tech was very informative friendly and efficient. Greenside has taken care of my lawns and pest control for years and have always done a great job I highly recommend them.

Couldn't be more disappointed in their service. Spent all summer working with them to get rid of crab grass that they assured every time they left would be gone. Now it's September and I had to hire a new law service to take care of it, which they did in less than a week. Also, prices for sprinkler repair are outrageous as they require a minimum of 2 people on site at all times at $110/hour even if it's a one man job. Tried to charge me $650 for a simple replacement valve and pipe because they had 3 people on site, even though only one was actually working. There are too many other lawn care specialists to waste your time with this one

GreenSide is a local company that understands the climate and conditions unique to our location. This is key to having a great lawn. Elisha and the entire crew give excellent and professional advice and service, all at a reasonable price. We had a different company in the past but it wasn't until we switched to GreenSide that we HONESTLY had our neighbors express envy of our lawn.

😃😃😃😃😃😃😃 I wanted to add a 12 star review for this gentleman because of how amazing he was and how nice he was, but it would only go up to 5 stars so I added 7 smiley faces 2 = 12 star review that I think he deserves.I just have the privilege of meeting steve from greenside and he is one of the most personable people that I have ever met a great individual and is the type of person that I can trust at my home if I was not there. And he offers a service that is very valuable to help. Keep the weeds in the the things down in our lawn.

This company is awesome and are great to work with. They are an honest hard-working team that gets the job time in a timely manner. They are also very creative and help with redesigning your yard if you so choose. They also have a great sprinkler repair service and sprinkler install. Awesome guys!!!
