Chandler designed two projects at my home, xeriscaping both the front park strip and the entire backyard. Also, Jeremy and Enriche provided the on-site project management, while Michael and Luis performed all of the necessary tasks to implement the designs. All five gentlemen were exceptionally well qualified and extremely pleasant to work with. The end results for both projects were truely outstanding.

Thrive Landscape Services, is a World Class Landscaping company, in every respect! I have never dealt with a more professional, and honest company, in my entire life! Thrive completed my Landscaping Job, quickly, and under budget. Drew, and Lynn, are just a few of the Landscaping Experts, that truly impressed me! One Landscaping Company wanted to charge me 50% more, than the estimate, I received from Thrive! If you want to deal with any other Landscaping Company than Thrive, you are making a serious mistake, that you will soon regret! In my opinion, honesty, quality, trust, and World Class Landscaping results, mean something! Thrive Landscape Services possess all of these attributes! Chandler and Mario Jr knocked it out of the park on the conversion we had them do on our dog park. They had to excavate and re grade the existing grass and fill, add a drainage system and cover with gravel. Not only did it turn out great but they didn’t damage anything in the process and cleaned up when it was completed!

Thrive did an AMAZING job on our backyard landscaping project. Chandler, Moises and JR (Alberto) were the perfect people to manage it. They were super responsive and checked in with us regularly. When problems/mistakes did come up (as they will with any project of our size), they handled them immediately to our satisfaction. Our backyard looks fantastic.

In a way we were a little sad when the project was over because we felt the Thrive team had become part of our family. We will miss them.

We picked Thrive Landscaping for a pretty big project (removing trees/roots, sprinkler system, sod, brickwork, new plants, etc.) based off of good reviews and WOW, are we glad we did! The entire process was great - professional, efficient and willing to make adjustments to make sure we got what we wanted.

We purchased a home with a yard that was not well maintained. The front yard had several patches of Johnson grass, and the lawn in the back yard was dead and sparse. We called Derek to help us out. After a thorough de-thatching and over-seeding of the front and back yard, our lawn looked brand new. The results were amazing and left us with a beautiful yard (see picture).

Derek is very knowledgeable. He knew exactly what needed to be done and he and his team were thorough, dependable and got the job done efficiently. We highly recommend his services to anyone looking to beautify their yard.

The guys at Thrive are great. They’ve become my go-to for yard projects. They answer texts and phone calls pretty promptly, their pricing is reasonable, and their workers are very friendly. A few years ago they installed my entire backyard, including gravel, a stunning paver patio, grass, sprinklers, a water feature, and beautiful trees and shrubs. Recently I had them do a cement pad for a hot tub. They got it done in two days and it looks great. Chandler was really good about checking in on the projects and making sure they were done to my satisfaction. They really listen to what YOU want and they don’t try to talk you in to or out of anything. I get so many compliments on my yard! Love Thrive!

Our yard is fairly small and often times landscaping companies do not want to embark on such a minimal project. This was not the case with Thrive! Ryan, a manager, came out, evaluated our needs, offered some curb appeal suggestions, and made a fair proposal for the work. We needed a lot of cleaning up and clearing out done. Benny, the landscaper, arrived early in the morning and transformed our front and back yards. He planted some colorful flowers in our empty pots on the front porch as well. Benny gave our bushes, hedges, and lawn defined lines. He worked so hard to provide the look we were hoping for. We could not be happier with the end result. Each time we pull up in front of our home we smile at the definite upgrade that Ryan and Benny helped to create.

I first hired Thrive to install two new zones and a drip system. I have been trying to localscape my yard. I got bids from other landscapers and was sad to see that hardly any of them seemed to know what localscapes even was! Thrive did such a good job. I’m converting my landscape in pieces and they made suggestions on what I could do now to make it easier in future. The quality of the work was very good and they did not leave until I was satisfied. I have hired them since then for some sprinkler repair issues. I have been very happy with Thrive and would definitely recommend them!

We had an excellent experience with Chandler and Mario from Thrive and highly recommend them! They were professional, on time, and they worked meticulously to build our toolshed and even built an electric conduit for us. Our lawn (like many in Utah) has a slope to it, and Chandler and Mario did a fabulous job building a level landing with gravel. It was very hard work, with lots and lots of wheel barrels of gravel and never once did they complain. They even let us know when they took a short lunch break, which allowed me some time to run some errands, as well. They were transparent throughout the whole process - I'm so glad we were paired with them!

Thrive maintains the apartment complex that I live in, I can attest that their general manager, Drew, is a quality human being. He is professional, considerate, and does what he says he’s going to do. I’d highly recommend this company for any landscaping needs.

Extremely happy with our new yard and patio. Ryan provided several options while listening to our requests. The installation crew were professional, friendly and efficient. All work completed on time. Definitely will use Thrive with any landscaping needs in the future.

When Thrive Tree and landscape services showed up I was surprised that there were certified arborists on the crew. They loved my yard and trees and although I was having a giant pine tree removed, they walked around the yard and showed me the health and offered suggestions to make my trees more healthy with the proper pruning and thinning. They expertly removed my pine tree without damaging other foliage or trees. The cleanup was as if you could not tell anyone had been there and even helped with hauling away my mountain of leaves. I would recommend them to anyone that wants experts who love your trees and landscape as much as you the owner does, and treats you with respect and kindness. They went beyond expectations!!!

I had a constructive conversation with Chandler and received clarification on my concerns. I was told the owner will honor the original price. Based on this follow-up, I’ve updated my review from one star to a neutral rating. I hope future communication will remain productive. I'll update my reviews accordingly based on my actual experience.

Like the owner's response, my review is not just complaint. I hope this brings awareness to the business and create better customer experience. After all, my goal is get a nice yard with reasonable price. I hope this will also help the business to improve and grow.

Very disappointed with my experience working with Chandler, who is listed as a Business Developer at Thrive Landscaping. My initial impression was positive, and I was satisfied with the first quote, which came in lower than the rough estimate mentioned during the site visit as he didn't know material cost and before our landscaping design.

After reviewing the proposal based on our landscaping design in Jan 14, I explained that a large portion of our backyard had already been graded and that significant dirt had been removed. Chandler responded in writing that this should reduce dump fees and dirt removal costs and that he would re-evaluate the estimate based on current conditions.

Two weeks later, the updated bid increased by more than 20%. Despite the reduced scope, labor and dump fees were increased, and all unit prices went up, even though no options or scope had changed. The only comment provided was an offer of 10% off if we started the following week. No explanation why price was increased dramatically.

I had also asked about alternative options to compare costs. His initial response was that he could bid on those options, but they were never included in the revised estimate. I also asked about warranty information; he initially said he would add it to the bid, but no warranty details were included in the updated proposal.

From that point on, communication became difficult. His earlier responses were detailed and professional, but after the second quote, replies became very brief and did not clearly address my questions. Several explanations conflicted with each other, and I repeatedly asked to speak with him, but I never received a response offering to talk things through.

The price increase was directly contrary to the earlier statement that dump fees and dirt removal costs would be reduced. The pricing inconsistency, lack of follow-through, and breakdown in communication made this a very frustrating experience. When pricing can change this much in such a short time without changes to scope, the quote becomes unreliable. I would strongly recommend getting everything clearly defined and locked in before proceeding. Given how difficult communication was at this stage, I would be concerned about working through an active project.

I can’t believe how amazing my yard and park strip look now that Thrive Landscaping worked on it! Ryan was very easy to work with from the initial visit to the finished product. We were not exactly sure what we wanted to do so Ryan gave some suggestions and promptly sent us several estimates with different options. I asked for changes and what a new estimate would be and he sent it over within just a few hours. When they started I also asked for changes which were done without any problems. All my neighbors are also saying how beautiful it now looks. From flipping my strip and building a flower garden box it is beautiful. Will, and have, recommended them.

Thrive Landscape did a great job from start to finish on my backyard. Chandler, Lynn, Juan, and the entire crew were easy to work with and took our ideas to create the best plan. Pricing was fair and right on target, and everything was completed efficiently. As a chronic DIYer, I was especially impressed with how professional the yard looks.😁 We’re very happy with the results and would definitely recommend them.
