I hired Thrive to xeriscape my entire yard. We worked together ( Chandler and I) to quickly layout a design and provide a bid to me. It was a very fair bid.

Then they transformed my grass lawn to a beautiful Xeriscape yard in 7 working days. Their lead guy was Enrique. I absolutely love my new Xeriscape yard.

They had a miscommunication on their end from Chandlet to Enrique, which they totally took ownership of and fixed it with total professionalism.

We had to have a big beautiful tree removed in our backyard late last fall and during that time it took out several of our sprinkler heads. My husband had a knee replacement and could not repair them. I contacted Jeff at Mott Landscaping and actually had a returned phone in a timely manner. When I explained the situation to Jeff, he did indicate that they were in one of the busiest times, however, he said he would get his sprinkler expert in touch with us as quickly as possible. Within a week, I received a call from Curtis, who introduced himself and said he was in front of our home. He took a look at our sprinkler system and the damaged sprinkler heads and indicted that this was something he could do right now. Curtis was amazing, so knowledgeable and fun! With his talent and expertise he had everything resolved very quickly. As we know service is everything! A big shout out to Jeff and Curtis with Mott Landscaping for exceeding all expectations! I would with great confidence call Jeff and Curtis with Mott Landscaping for any landscaping or maintenance needs. High five!!! Thank you!

We hired Mott's to re-landscape the front yard after having to dig up and replace the water main. It was a disaster before they started and a park after. They did a great job sticking with the brief and keeping costs reasonable. The did the hard-scape, watering system, soil amendments and planting in just 4 days. They guarantee their work and follow up as needed. Hard-working, accommodating, agreeable, and professional team!

Used Mott's for our fall cleanup in 2024. They sent out a great crew that worked hard and did a great job. My husband was here when they cam and really appreciated the things he learned from them. We will be using them again.

We hired Motts Landscaping for a large backyard renovation in the Holladay area after getting a few bids. The work included substantial grading and fill, building retaining walls & a paver walkway, and installation of sprinklers, fence, sod, and all plants and trees among other things. Motts was one of the few landscapers who seemed excited about OUR ideas to improve and beautify the yard rather than just do what they wanted. Their team was able to accomplish a huge amount of work in a very short time and went above and beyond to make the entire yard look better. They were always friendly and professional. Jeff and Jordan were always responsive, even after the main project was complete and there were small loose ends to tie up. We are very pleased and would recommend Motts to anyone.

They were honest in letting me know it would take a few months before they could get to my project. Our experience with Mott's has nothing but excellent. They completely landscaped our backyard this spring in preparation for an outdoor wedding. Jeff came by to look at my yard just a couple of days after I contacted him for a quote. Was really friendly and enthusiastic about the vision I had for my yard and was great about working within my budget.
His guys finished up xeriscaping my front yard in ONE DAY. I was absolutely blown away at the transformation when I got home from work. They left everything cleaner than they found it, and I’m pleased with the quality of the materials he used.

Mott's Landscaping is a great company to work with. Jeff and Jordan Mott are reputable guys. They worked to get our yard and large field completed quickly. Jeff their supervisor was easy to talk to and listened to any concerns or questions we had. We were surprised that they even remembered us for Christmas and brought us a nice gift basket. We hired Mott’s to redesign our huge but neglected backyard and are beyond thrilled with the results. Mott's Landscaping was professional from the beginning of the process from the quote, installation and follow up. We had our old backyard sod removed and replaced, plus a few trees installed. A couple of minor tweak's were needed to the sprinkler system and they were handled promptly. No surprises on the final billing. 100% recommended.

Jeff and his team did a great work. He was quick and timely to reply, did the work to our front yard all within a day and it looks great! They even came out a few days later to adjust a few sprinklers for us no questions asked. We certainly will use them again for any landscaping needs!

Mott's landscaping made my yard look wonderful! Oscar was very helpful, coming back to fix a problem with the sprinklers and replacing a few plants that hadn't survived the transplanting at no extra charge.

They were easy to work with and open to changes when issues came up. When our design plans called for a material that didn’t fit our budget they were quick to offer alternatives.
They are also knowledgeable about plants. If I had a plant choice that they thought was troublesome they were able give me multiple choices to use.

I started talking to Mott's Landscaping after being ghosted by another landscaping company that I had been planning with for months. Most of the planning phase was done with Jeff who was knowledgeable and responsive. He understood what I was trying to achieve, and drew up some lovely plans for our yard. We made a few adjustments to the plan to better fit our situation, and to ease the strain on our pocketbook. (I'm NOT saying they're overpriced--their quote was comparable to those that I received from two other companies--it's just expensive to xeriscape your front yard!)

The crew that performed the work was very professional. They were polite and friendly, they were more than willing to answer our questions, their work was top-notch, AND they cleaned EVERYTHING up afterwards.

After the work was complete and the crew left I noticed something small I wanted fixed. I contacted Jeff and he had someone come out to fix it the next day.

I really can't say enough good things about this company and team. Our yard was a mess and now we get compliments on it regularly. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

Mott’s landscaping came through for me big time. I hired 2 prior landscapers, one in January, one in February. Both disappeared. It was vitally important to get our backyard done as quickly as possible to enjoy with my young family. The current condition was unsafe and unusable from the prior home owners. Mid way through the summer I had to start all over again. Mott came the next day after I contacted them to look at the designs and yard. They gave me a quote within 24 hours that was right on par with the landscapers that disappeared. I approved the quote and they got me on the schedule as soon as they could! Their team showed up at 8am and worked the entire day until 8pm! They worked so hard and so fast until the project was completed. Any issues I had were quickly resolved. A great company, and honest. The final bill was slightly smaller than the quote. The yard is beautiful and we have been enjoying ever since!! Thank you for saving the end of summer for my family.

Great experience with Mott's, would use them again. I can't comment much on price as Mott's is the only of around 5 companies back in 2021 that came out and continued the work. We had a 2 year project, whole landscape design and and that was done bit by bit and the final project turned out wonderfully kudos to the Jordan, Jeff, Oscar, and the rest of the team. They were quite responsive and took our considerations into mind while letting us know when we were making questionable choices. They came back several times when requested to fix/modify certain aspects which really made us feel like they were invested in the whole project and our satisfaction.
