Rollins designed a landscape for our backyard. We are really pleased with the plant selection and the installation. Their company and team members were very responsive to our requests. We are very happy with the outcome.

This is the third time I’ve changed this review and rating Quentin (owner), still hasn’t gotten back to me after we spoke. It’s been well over a month now! Find a better company and owner that actually cares about the customer. Prices that were quoted were outlandish as well. First it was $50,000, then it was $39,000. I maintain my original position from the first review. What a joke of company, what a joke of a business owner.

Quick and timely support with my sprinkling system. I had tried my best to trouble shoot and had hit a brick wall. They worked around my schedule to get a tech onsite ASAP. Darin was very knowledgeable, and friendly. He not only got me back up and running, but gave me some general lawn pointers and educated me on his repairs.

Had Darrin up today to repair a cracked valve and do some maintenance on sprinkler system. He also cut out some dead grass and laid new sod. He did a great job, work looks and functions perfectly. Highly reccomend the business.

It’s over 100 degrees and a pipe broke. They were realistic by letting me know the soonest they could be out there. But, was surprised when I got a call that they happen to have a little extra time later that day and drove by my house, found the problem, fixed it and turned my water back on. They beat their expectations!

I have used them before and they were on time and very professional.

I called Rollins Landscaping and asked for some help in a repair on my 20 plus year old sprinkling system. They promptly sent out Darren and he expertly located the problem and repaired it! I felt relieved, but I was heading out of town and didn't have time myself to repair it. Rollins and Darren were a blessing :)

Beca in the office is great. They had some computer issues that messed up their schedule. Beca was on top of it and we were able arrange a time. Darian showed up time and got right to work. did a good job explaining and correcting my sprinklers. I have used Rawlins for 2yr and can highly recommend them.

Employees were out quickly and got my setup sorted fast. They spent some time getting it prepped and then began installation. They were able remove the grass and put it back just like it was new. I had them move 2 sprinkler boxes and afterwards it looked like they had been in the new location all along. I had no grass die even thought they dug up a lot to get the new boxes situated. I will be using them again for another project I have coming up which is even bigger. Thanks.

Like another reviewer has said, make sure you keep an account of the actual hours worked. I would also expect a higher standard of work due to the amount they charge per hour, but I've had to contact another company to correct the laziness of Rollins' employees. I would not recommend this company for sprinkler repair.

I had a spring start up for my sprinkler system. Darin called to confirm the arrival time.. He thoroughly checked the system and made some adjustments. He was knowledgeable and professional. I will use Rollins Landscaping again.

I recently had another landscape company install a french drain in my yard. I didn't seem to work at all so I called Rollins and spoke to Rick, he scheduled a time to view the installation and found out that the installation was all wrong and will not work. I took his time to go over what should have been done and what he can do to correct the other landscapers problems. I was very impressed with how he explained the process and what needed to be done.

Paid $110 for them to come out and estimate work. Estimate was sent, but provided no detail regarding estimated hours, or tons of rock required, even tho measurements were taken (paid $110 for that privilege of course). When I sought further clarification, they ghosted me. Brilliant business model, charging $110 for 30 minutes worth of measurements. Their estimate was clearly a ‘throw it at the wall and see if it sticks’ approach. I hired another landscaping company who didn’t charge me to provide an estimate, they estimated labor hours and tons, and they completed the job for half the cost. Do your homework and don’t let contractors take advantage of you, I’m certainly glad I did.

My backflow was busted and one of my stations would not come on. On top of that the previous owners never showed us where the main box was. Darin came in found the box and replaced by backflow. He also showed me how to maintain it answering all my questions. They were fair priced and I didn't feel scammed like I have with others. Highly recommend and would use them again in a heartbeat.

Rollins Sprinkler and Landscaping is a great company. Their repair guy came out to my place and found an innovate solution to my problem. He was kind and finished the job quickly. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I have had Rollins Landscape do all the sprinklers, landscaping and updating in my yard. It is beautiful and fairly easily maintained. The workers do a great job and are very nice, I did not find them to be unreasonably expensive. To those who say it is too high I remind them,,,,you get what you pay for.

I got a call to confirm my appointment at 8:00 Monday morning with Rollins Landscaping, but nobody showed up . I called the office, I was told the owner had emergency, He had to go to the owner’s house to fix something. I was waiting 6 hours, He still didn’t show up , so I guess the owner is more important than the customers. I took all day off ,but my time just worthless

Darren came out and looked at my sprinkler system that wouldnt start. He quickly diagnosed a wiring issue and got it fixed in an hour. He was great to work with and is clearly an expert. I'm definitely calling Rollins for future work.

I called Rollins to get my stop/waste valve replaced on my sprinkler line. It was rotated 45° which made it impossible to turn with my key. They dug it up and actually recommended not replacing it due to the good condition (most people will always recommend replacement to make a few extra bucks). Everything works great. Will definitely come here for future repair work.

I decided to find a landscaping company to help me level and grade, and put down sod on my backyard, after hours of attempting to prepare the yard to do the project myself.

. . . winter was coming, I was behind, other projects. . . you know how it goes.

Rollins Landscaping was decently priced. They weren't the lowest or the highest but they were the most professional.

I am high-maintenance. I require a lot of information, good communication, and end up having a lot of questions (and I had a lot due to the install being done the last week of October when the frost came).

They handled my concerns, were on time, and answered my questions even weeks after the install was done.

The grade and leveling they did really shaped my yard. The sod looks great. (I would post a picture but it is covered in leaves and frost right now).

I highly recommend them and I will be using them for a few other projects next sprint.

I have used Rollins for all my rental properties and flips since I found them two years ago. They have fixed many sprinkler systems for me and do maintenance landscaping. They always show up when they say they will, which is an amazing quality nowadays! Becca is always available and easy to schedule with and Darin always does a stellar job out in the field!! I always appreciate their help!
