Akimoto is the best sprinkler shop in town. They're friendly, reliable, fast and affordable. They're reachable via text, and often offer free troubleshooting advice just to make sure the problem isn't something you can easily resolve by yourself. Even at the peak of startup season, they resolved my problem within a week. They have fixed up my sprinkler systems at two different homes now, and I wouldn't go through anyone else.

Excellent service. A plus for me is when a company, like Akimoto, has same staff year after year. I like to support companies who treat their employees well. Bryce did the regular excellent spring service and made the necessary repairs. I'm set.

Akimoto came on time to give us a bid. They walked the property and discussed our needs. They communicated well on when our job would be on the schedule and even worked with us when we needed to change the date. They came when they said they would work, worked hard and re-worked our old system to be more efficient. We are pleased with the work.

Update: had some issues with my system and Bryce came out right away and diagnosed the problem. Replaced a few heads, retired some solenoids, and got the system humming. Thanks again!

Bryce did trenching to move pipes, added a drip system and ultimately saved my trees! Along the way he noticed tree roots were beginning to destroy my valve box which he repaired. The communication on start time and estimates were very thorough. GREAT JOB.

Scheduled winterization for our sprinkler system. We were given a window of 9:30-12:30. They finally showed up at 2:15 without any acknowledgment or apology.

This, coupled with the fact that their prices keep going up year after year, means we will definitely not be using them again in the future.

Definitely recommend. Our sprinkler system was a mess. They showed up when they said they would. They did the job quickly and efficiently, and at a competitive rate. They’ve been out four times since they first worked on our project for various issues. They are reliable, reasonable and have great customer service. Very happy to finally work with a dependable sprinkler repair company.

Really appreciated the quick response and turnaround time for scheduling service. I put out calls/inquires to a few other companies as well and Akimoto was the most reasonably priced and one of the few that actually responded in a reasonable amount of time. Our needs weren't urgent, but some companies were contacting me back with a quote for service well over 1 week after I had contacted them. I got a response same day with Akimoto within a few hours.

Pricing was reasonable. The tech (Remington) that came to our home was respectful of our property and lawn. He had great communication. Was able to analyze and diagnose our current system and zones and the suggestions he's made has helped us better water an area that was experiencing low pressure. Very helpful. Thank you!
