I would highly recommend this company! They did a fantastic job installing sod and fixing my sprinklers. They were on time, efficient and did quality work. My yard has never looked so good!

I don't like leaving negative reviews, but my HOA worked with Landform for a year and with them we had one issue after another. We had members of our community even ask that we file suit against Landform for failure to follow through on their contract.

First, they did not turn the sprinklers on for Spring and failed to do so until June even after being contacted multiple times, which meant many units in our community had grass and shrubs completely die.

When they finally got turned back on, we asked Landform to fix a handful of sprinkler issues but even when they attempted to fix them, the issues just got significantly worse. After we paid them thousands to fix the sprinkler timers and manifolds for several units, things completely broke and we ended up in a worse position with overall landscaping quality than before. Our new landscaper has now identified several areas with bizarre and incomplete work that Landform left behind.

The regular maintenance crew and sprinkler repair crews would come through and fail to identify or report issues that needed urgent attention. The landscaping crew broke several sprinkler heads. They reset our sprinkler timers to go off multiple timers every night, and one sprinkler box completely flooded. They re-did the manifold and timer at one unit which broke immediately, which left us scrambling for emergency shut-off services when the sprinklers began to run 24/7.

I'm hoping to save other HOAs the pain of working with Landform by leaving this review.

Jared Pond with Landform has taken care of all of our landscaping needs for more than five years and has always done a terrific job. He and his team are very professional and responsive. Jared was extremely helpful and had great ideas when it came time for us to update our landscaping. We can always count on them for our landscaping and snow removal!

Landform guys are the best! I have worked with them for about 6 years now. They are fabulous! They do such a great job and are very flexible. They started out trimming around everything and weeding garden beds when we needed just that done and now they do it all for us, including fall and Spring clean up and fertilization. Jared is always great to work with too! He has helped us out so many times. Totally satisfied!!! Would recommend them to everyone!

If you’re looking for an expert, then look no further. The IKON crew is professional and honest. I’m far from professional, and another company quoted me a large sum for a job that IKON discovered was inaccurately diagnosed. Having seen work done by Ikon Landscape in my neighborhood, I contacted Brandon Miller to see what he would be able to do for me. An appointment was made within 1 week of my initial phone call. Upon an initial consultation, he recommended his landscape designer, Ginger Belnap become involved. Two weeks later the 3 of us had another meeting. Within 2 weeks of this meeting I had a complete set of plans for the design of my entire landscaping. I was placed on the work schedule for Ikon Landscape, work began within 1 month of my review of the landscaping design and 1 month later work was finished. I have been exceedingly pleased with the quality of the work, the professionalism of the landscaping crew, the response by Brandon with any questions I had and the attentiveness of Ginger Belnap as I described various aspects I wanted in my landscaping. The fact that it took only one month to complete the work was less than I expected. As I am writing this review, I realize that it was just 1 year ago to the day that the construction began, and I love my yard!

We recently needed some major landscaping help. We had some ideas, but didn’t have a clear vision of what to do. IKON had a fabulous landscape architect that came and measured, discussed our ideas and offered some additional ideas. Then they formulated a plan, complete with pictures and specific plants, etc. We loved the ideas and the plan they drew up! But they were also willing to tweak any part to our liking.
The workers that came to put the plan into action were hard working and good at their jobs. We were so impressed with the quality of work. They were quick to respond to any questions or issues that arose along the way. We love the finished product! Exceeded our expectations and we are very happy with the service of IKON! We would recommend IKON to anyone who is looking for efficient, quality landscaping help! Everything from concrete, pavers, sprinklers, sod, planting, garden boxes, fire pit, artificial turf-they do it all!

IKON Landscape recently designed and landscaped our entire outdoor area, and they did a superb job from start to finish. All of their employees who worked with us were friendly, professional and responsive. In addition to executing the design plan well, they added some nice additional touches/features we were not expecting. They addressed questions and concerns promptly, and their overall communication during the project was impressive. Special shout-out to J.P. and Matt, who respectively designed and managed our project. They were a dream team. Based on our experience with them, I highly recommend IKON Landscape.

We hired IKON to do some hardscaping work in our backyard that included tearing out an old deck, installing a new patio and awning and a paver walkway. We were very pleased with the entire process. Brandon made sure our vision was realized through teh design process, Matt was great at the construction manager always quick to respond and address any developments as construction commenced. The crews that worked on the project were considerate and clean. I work from home and they were never a distraction. I highly recommend IKON for your landscaping projects and would definitely choose to work with them again.

What a fabulous experience with Ikon Landscape. We have built seven homes and worked with many different contractors, and this was the best experience we’ve ever had. The supervision was exceptional, and the workers were respectful, efficient, and met all of our needs. The finished remodel of our backyard exceeded our expectations.
