From start to finish, this was a great experience. Bryce, the technician, arrived earlier than scheduled but was kind enough to come back at a more convenient time when we were home. He returned right on time and was incredibly friendly and professional.

Bryce quickly diagnosed our sprinkler issues and provided an effective solution. He came fully prepared with all the necessary tools and parts, and his work was efficient and thorough. He even cleaned up completely afterward—no mess left behind.

His communication throughout the process was excellent, and the pricing was very reasonable. We highly recommend this company and will absolutely call them again for any future sprinkler needs.

Recently discovered Akimoto through google. I used them for winterizing my sprinklers, and the guy was fast and efficient! Prices are very reasonable, and will definitely be using them again.

The Service Tech (Perry), was on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to help setup the sprinkler timer app on my phone. Thank you for a job well done!

I’ve used Akimoto for the past 3 years to get my sprinkler system winterized. They’ve always gotten it done quickly, but my one gripe is that every single time they have failed to replace the cover on the water shutoff tube. Last year, I didn’t notice for a week and the shutoff tube was filled with leaves that I couldn’t remove. Spending 30 seconds after the job making sure they’ve left everything as they found it should be easy.

Winterized my sprinklers and provided a quote for a drip system conversion. Winterization was prompt and efficient. Cost was throughly explained and reasonable priced, as was the bid for the drip system conversion that will be done next spring. I have found my permanent “Sprinkler Guy” . Thanks

Bryce was ontime, professional and replace a sprinkler manifold all the way back to the back flow valves. Very happy with his work!

We have been using Akimoto Sprinklers for years. They are always very friendly and helpful. Whenever we have issues with our sprinklers they are honest with what is going on, give us options and do their best to save us money while fully fixing any problems that we may have. Remington has been the main technician who has serviced our house. They are great at communicating with us with planning the date and time they are able to come over. We do not trust our sprinkler system with anyone but Akimoto we highly recommend them.

I've always done my own sprinkler repair, but we ended up with a break under our driveway as we were preparing to leave for a month. Blake came out and was able to find the problem and come up with a solution that didn't require digging up the driveway. Blake was skilled, knowledgeable, and professional and took the time to do the job right. He also adjusted some sprinklers and installed some better sprinklers for the areas they serviced. Also, they didn't overcharge for parts -- essentially the same price as Home Depot. Very pleased with the job he did and good value for the price we paid.

Searched Google for bamboo poles near me, Walmart garden center showed up in the results, drove here, they didn't have any. Liars. Will never believe Walmart has anything I'm looking for ever again. Will never waste the gas to drive to Walmart because they probably are lying about having what I need.

The "supervisor/key carrier guy at customer service" was okay...
But "Mike" went beove and beyond his duty, to be extra nice while taking care of me at customer service.

They have an excellent selection of out-door plants, including starter plants. They also have anything else one would want, including trees, shrubs, perennials, bi-annuals, annuals, seeds. Indoor plants are available, as well, along with gardening supplies The only negative is prices are so high, now, one must be more selective about what they want and what they get!

Awesome company! A. Couple houses in the neighborhood use them for Christmas lighting, and they always do an incredible job.

INCREDIBLY DANGEROUS AND IRRESPONSIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES. DO NOT USE THEM. They continue to spray after you have asked them not to or cancelled service. Can never get ahold of anyone. They just show up, spray your yard and trees and leave a bill. They should not be in business.

This company serviced our accounts without our consent. They had addresses from last season’s treatment and after calling us multiple times asking to spray for weed treatment, we responded by saying NO. They did it anyway and we were unpleasantly surprised with a bill from multiple different properties they sprayed. Nature’s Care Lawn and Tree lacks communication and professionalism.
