Matt and this place was so amazing and helpful we would recommend this company highly. And worked with us to get issues resolved. Very caring about what was going on in our lives.even our dog loved him 🤣🤣 Christian Johnson comes along and helped out. It was so amazing. I appreciate these two very much and I appreciate One Stop for answering us so quickly to getting our mini split fixed. I’m one happy mom being able to stay cool all the things happening in life. This company is number one.❤️ adding for 1-13-26 One Stop Heating and Air is amazing. They are kind, caring, and very professional, and they truly do a great job. The team takes pride in their work, explains things clearly, and makes you feel comfortable and respected. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers and the quality of service they provide. I would highly recommend them. again went above and beyond help.

Christian was very nice and seemed knowledgeable about what was going on with my thankless water heater. He had to go and get the part to repair it. I'm hoping for the best🤞🏽
Christian had to do a thorough inspection before he figured out my problem with my water heater. Unfortunately it was unfixable so on too a new one.
Alas after a misunderstanding Jason and his partner came in and installed a beautiful new tank less water heater.
Thank you Christian and all at One Stop Heating and Air! -
EDIT TO ADD UPDATE:
Brian called me and apologized profusely. They went above and beyond to make it right. They refunded me the service fee that I paid them, plus offered to pay for the service fee I had to pay the second company to come out. Brian took full ownership of the mistake and let me know they actually had done company-wide training with all their technicians on this issue to prevent it from happening again. I'm grateful that they reached out to make things right.
I called One Stop to come out and look at my 7 year old furnace a couple weeks ago when it stopped working. They sent someone out the next day who took a look at my furnace and told me that the problem was it needed a new heat exchanger, then quoted me $5k for the job. I decided to look into warranty options with my Lennox furnace, and contacted the original installer on my furnace (my home is a new build). I spoke with the manager of the HVAC company that did the install, and he said in 25 years of business he's never replaced the heat exchanger on a Lennox furnace. He asked if he could send one of his guys to come take a look. His guy came that afternoon, and found that the issue was A COBWEB in the way, causing the ignition process to misfire and trigger the CO safety mechanism, shutting off the furnace every time. He cleaned out the small spiderweb, fired up the furnace again, and it worked perfectly! My heat exchanger was just fine. So, either the technician they sent was incompetent or dishonest, but regardless, I would recommend looking elsewhere or at a minimum getting a second opinion before hiring this company for any HVAC needs. -
One Stop and especially tech Christian Johnson are simply the best. Quick to respond friendly, polite and professional. They are very reasonably priced give discounts and free services to veterans. We are extremely pleased and recommend them highly.

I cannot recommend One Stop Heating & Air enough. If your HVAC or furnace needs anything call them their team is incredible! Our furnace started shorting from a leak last night after the snow storm, they came out today fixed the short and the leak! The incredible tech Devin was so kind and helpful and even let us borrow his space heaters while he went to get supplies. ❤️

Devin gave a nice and friendly first impression at the front door. He got right to work and was very skilled and knowledgeable with the problem we’d been having. He listened to my initial phone call that was recorded which made it so nice not having to repeat everything all over again. He had great advice on what the issue was, explained how to resolve it, and how to properly program and use our Ecobee smart thermostat and sensors. All in all, he has the issue realized in less than half an hour, our furnace is running smoothly again now! He definitely earned five stars!

We had our furnace repaired last year and bought their preferred customer package which included an AC and a furnace tune up. All three experiences were great. Two different technicians and they were both friendly, knowledable and professional, and went out of their way to explain everything. They are locally owned and really care about their customers. We are lifetime customers!

I had a great experience with Technician Matt Clyde AC/heater maintenance service! He was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and made sure the system was working perfectly before leaving. He also gave helpful tips to keep it running efficiently. I really appreciate his honesty and attention to detail. Highly recommend his service to anyone needing heating or cooling maintenance!

I had a great experience with One Stop Heating and Air Conditioning. Christian came out to look at my air ducts in my older condo after I kept noticing persistent dust even though I had them cleaned earlier this year. He found heavy dust buildup and rust under the furnace, walked me through what was going on, and helped me understand my options. I decided to replace all the ducts, and they got me on the schedule fast. The techs, Kevin and Eros, who did the install were efficient and respectful, and the whole job only took a few hours. Overall solid service and I’d use them again.

The company responded to my call right away over the holiday weekend. This was a good point. The technician seemed to be knowledgeable and diligent. The AC issue was addressed and repaired.
What I am not satisfied is that the I was asked to pay the bill without the invoice sent to me first. I checked in the junk mail, and I didn’t find the invoice. When I asked for the invoice the next day, the company responded to my request right away. However, I did not see how much I paid for the part and how much I paid for the labor. I was disappointed in the way that the invoice was written. -
PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE — Do yourselves a favor and get different estimates before proceeding with this company. I feel like I dodged (and my landlord) a costly bullet, and I hope my review helps someone avoid what I went through.
I was quoted over $1,500 for repairs that ended up costing me nothing with a different, more qualified company. The technician from this company, Miko, misdiagnosed the issue entirely. He also said I had a gas leak and recommended a guy who could detect it for $380.
The actual problem? Just a couple of rollout switches that had tripped — a built-in safety feature that takes less than five minutes to check. The second company found it immediately and kindly reset it at no charge, and explain how the gas line was tied into it. I never had a leak.
Meanwhile, Miko was on the phone asking advice about furnace codes, and presenting an inflated quote for unnecessary repairs. He seemed underqualified, and unfortunately, I ended up paying for a wrong diagnosis. I was also told the owner would follow up with me. He never did. I don't know why I'm forced to even leave a star.
Please don’t make a rushed decision based on fear or urgency like I was about to. Always get a second or third opinion — it might save you hundreds of dollars and a lot of stress.
Update: I noticed the owner’s reply and want to clarify a few things. After the visit from his technician and the suggestion that I might have a gas leak—which his acquaintance could diagnose for $380—I contacted the gas company (since they do this for free). They came later that same day, conducted an inspection, and confirmed there was no leak. The following morning, a second HVAC company came and was able to get my furnace working again.
Additionally, I left my contact information with Iris, the assistant, more than once, and no one followed up. So I’m not sure why the owner claims he couldn’t find my information.
It’s been a month since all this happened, and I’m moving on and taking it as a learning experience. While I appreciate the concern expressed in the reply, I stand by my review and feel it’s important for others to know that seeking a second opinion is not only reasonable, but necessary. -
We initially met with Matt and he was super nice and helpful. He wasn’t pushy at all and answered all of our questions. Jason was our technician and we are happy with his service and professionalism. He even came back a week later after we had some electrical problems in the area of our furnace and was able to help resolve that as well!

The technician came in and placed a Carbon Monoxide monitor directly on top of a heating vent. He then called me over and showed me what he said were high readings. He then said we would need a new furnace or we could have it fixed, but he said it doesn’t make sense to repair because costs are really high, he said you may as well replace it. He told me he had to turn off our gas and furnace due to liability. He told us he’d give us figures for a new furnace. He never showed me any pictures of cracks in the furnace that would case leaks. I decided to get a second opinion. The other company came out and used a camera with a long cord and placed it into the furnace and shows me where the cracks would be. He said he did not see any cracks. He then brought in his carbon monoxide tester, this one had a long hose attached to his monitor. He placed the end of the hose on the vent and the monitor itself was off the floor a couple of feet. He left it on for a while and it showed 0 carbon monoxide. He told me there is no evidence of needing a new furnace at this time. No leaks were found and no carbon monoxide detected.
He said when you place a monitor directly on top of a heating vent it can cause false readings. I’m not willing to say we were being scammed, I’ll give him the benefit of the doubt and say he may have been inexperienced! -
We had a great experience with our technician, Matt. We just bought a new home and needed both of our systems evaluated and serviced. He was thorough and helped us understand the issues with our systems in simple terms. We felt like we could trust his recommendations for fixes and will definitely use OneStop again because of the service he provided.

The company may be a good company but my experience with the last technician made me loose my TRUST. Before a technician get to the house I always perform a PRE-CONDITION check by running the A/C and heater and it worked perfectly. Now, when the technician got to the house he went on with his maintenance check then few minutes later, he called me and said the furnace wouldn't stay on and that the FLAME SENSOR is bad, showed me the reading on his meter etc..😯. It indeed wasn't staying on when he tried it in front of me. I was baffled and kept wondering how that's possible because I literally ran the furnace 20 mins ago. So I told him to show me the sensor and he did. I quickly glanced at it and noticed he unplugged it and tucked the single wire away so it couldn't be seen - Ofcourse it will not read anything on the meter.
So to see if he'll be honest to say "anything about the wire", I kept using the flash light to point at it and just saying it looks fine, no carbon build up etc. He did NOT budge. So I asked for a quote to fix it and he give me a ridiculous price and I declined.
I told him to close it all up and I'll think about it. When he left, I opened it back up and reconnected the flame sensor wire and the heater ran just fine. For this reason, I CANCELLED my subscription with them because next time it can be something not so easy to detect.
FYI to anyone reading this, I'm an ELECTRICAL and MECHANICAL ENGINEER and have a full understanding of how these systems work. This company was just hired for convenience so I don't have to do it myself.
To everyone out there, always get a second opinion. These techs in name brand companies tend to work on some type of commission! and may be tempted to act like this. -
One Stop came quickly and were very efficient and knowledgeable. We have in floor heating and air conditioning and I truly appreciate that they can maintain all of them. The technician was extremely patient with me and explained everything in great detail. The price was also reasonable. We will definitely have them back to keep our heating and cooling in good working order.

Tony B. from One Stop Heating & Air came at the scheduled time to evaluate and repair our furnace that had not been working in the past number of days. (Thankfully, it's a less-than-coldest-winter in a long time) He was clearly knowledgeable, was kind and friendly, came with all the necessary equipment, and quickly found the issue that was causing our problem. Our furnace is now pouring out warm, clean air. Ahhhhhhh!
