Jared is a life saver, he quickly determined the issue, was able to obtain the part necessary to fix my unit. Kept in close contact me so that I knew what to expect. Installed the part efficiency and got it up and running for us at a reasonable price. He's polite, professional, and pleasant to work with. I will recommend him to my colleagues and partners.

Jared at Air-Craft HVAC was great to work with. He was easy to communicate with, arrived on time, and was friendly. He wore shoe coverings and left the work area clean when he was finished. We would definitely contact him again for further AC/heating needs.

Jared did yearly maintenance on our heater for us. I appreciated how he took the time to explain the equipment to me and clearly communicated the work he would be doing. He suggested that one part needed to be replaced and he gave a good explanation of why and then immediately went to the store and purchased it when he found he didn’t have it in stock. He will be doing the maintenance on our AC in spring too. I would recommend him to all my friends.

Air-Craft HVAC provided outstanding service and advice. Jared arrived at the agreed upon time to service my swamp cooler and was friendly and thorough in addressing all of my questions and concerns. He serviced and adjusted all the parts and let me know that the cooler pads were in good shape and didn't need to be replaced -- that saved a nice chunk of change for the cost of pads and labor to install new ones -- much appreciated! I will use Air-Craft HVAC for all future swamp cooler service.

Nobody ever want to replace their HVAC system but... Jared really made getting everything done in a timely matter a breeze. He diagnosed the problem offered up solutions and followed through with replacing my system with no fuss or problems. You can trust him and his opinions for your heating and air needs. Jared was wonderful. He was so friendly and willing to answer any and all questions that I had. He has fantastic customer service and was great with my dog. He is highly respectful and would stand back away from the door as I opened it as well as making sure to wear guards on his shoes while inside my home and vacuuming up the insulation from the floor. I am so glad I found Jared! He is amazing. He truly does great work, which in my case involved problem solving and then cleaning out the condensate drain (pipe) that was clogged on my A/C system as well as service it.
