Absolutely love these guys, helped us with quite a few things, full AC unit and furnace replacement and all HVAC in an unfinished basement. Either recommended and working with Jason was smooth and appreciate how quick he was!

Jason, the tech showed up on time, kept us informed/explained stuff to us. He was kind and patient. He worked hard and fast. I will use this company again, very impressed. I recommend them.

I love the guys who service for us. Always on time, even sooner if it’s a big problem. Kind, informative and only do the work that’s necessary. No pressure just doing a fabulous job fixing whatever it is. I highly recommend this outstanding company!!

We had Taylor HVAC install a new hvac system and thermostat last year. Jason is very friendly, knowledgeable and extremely fair priced. He beat two other bids by quite a bit. He gave us a higher quality, more efficient system than another company was recommending at 1/3 the cost. The install was great! They were quick and cleaned up nicely afterwards. The new furnace works great and the thermostat he recommended is much easier to use and was also much less expensive than what we had with our old system. We also had him install a whole house humidifier and when we couldn’t get it to work properly this winter, he came right over and showed us how to use it. We’ve have definitely been happy with our decision to go with Taylor HVAC!

Jared was very helpful in diagnosing the problem with my a/c, and was able to fix the problem, clean the coils and start cooling down the house within an hour. The cost was very reasonable. He was also very informative on how the system would work even better.

Aircraft Hvac was amazing. They were able to come out the same day I called to repair a broken swamp cooler. Jared was very friendly and explained exactly what repairs were needed and why. He made several recommendations of things I could do to keep my swamp cooler working at its best. I would definitely recommend!!!

Had them replace my furnace (having issues) and AC (20 years old) with a heat pump system. The price was great and everything was installed quickly. Had them come back and add a home humidifier to the unit later. Jared was great to work with.

I had Jared move my AC unit from one side of my house to another. And the job that he did was great. He cleaned everything up and I even felt comfortable with leaving him a key to my house so I didn’t have to take a day off. I will most definitely refer him to anyone needing HVAC work done.

Didn't know what to do with my swamp cooler. Would only work for two hours, then quit. Was referred to Jared by a friend of ours. Jared came and fix it, and had to come back to get it just right. Came the same day so I didn't have to wait another day or week. It's working fine now, thanks to Jared! Very pleased! Highly recommend! Love that he explains things to me! Thanks Jared!!!

Highly recommend. Jared was kind and professional, followed COVID safety protocol and took the time to explain my heating system and answer my questions. We will continue to work with Jared for all of our heating and A/C needs.

I hired Air-Craft HVAC to perform a full tune up and coil cleaning on my central air conditioner.

Jared promptly replied to all messages. He let me know he was on his way. He explained what he’d be doing prior to doing it. He charged me what he originally quoted. He didn’t try to up-sell me. He did a great job for a fair price.

5 stars. I’ll be using AirCraft again and I’ll refer friends/family.

I had Jared and Bryce come out to install a new furnace, A/C unit, and all new duct work in my attic, and these guys were great!! They were so nice, professional, knowledgeable, and provided fast and quality work. They were always on time - if not early -.to every appointment, and were always responsive when trying to communicate with them. They listened well to all my concerns and provided great solutions. I am so happy with my new furnace and central air, and am loving the comfort. I highly recommend these guys for any heating or cooling needs. 5 stars all around!

We called Jared after seeing his work and professionalism at our place of employment. He spent time and answered all our questions. He completed the job quickly to restore our AC and saved us from a more costly repair. He is a such a kind man as well. Thank you, Jared!

Jared showed up on time and was very knowledgeable. My AC unit is older and seemed like it had been constantly running. He did a unit tune-up, an air filter change, and explained how to best use my thermostat settings to be more cost efficient. Highly recommend!

I have a new HVAC guy. It's rare that you meet a service guy like Jared. He wants to get the job done right and be fair at the same time. When calling a new HVAC company for service it's so easy to be worried you'll get someone out that will want to turn the service into something it's not. You don't have to worry about that with Jared. I own a couple of income properties and I feel fortunate I now have Air-Craft and Jared I can turn to when I have HVAC issues.

Jared is excellent to work with. He showed up 5 minutes early which I really appreciate. Did a fantastic job. He focused on informing me of the process and did a lot of education for me. I like that he wasn't constantly trying to push new products and services like others I've worked with. I would highly recommend.

Jared was our service rep, he did a great job on installation, cleanup, explaining the equipment, and working around or schedule and dogs. We did 5 different estimates and not only did they beat their prices they also were more responsive and professional. Hands down best place in the valley.
