Matt was really nice and respectful of our property and situation. He was open and honest about what the issues were and understanding of the predicament we were in not having a working AC unit and was upfront about the pricing packages and what each fully entailed.

Just wanted to add that we had the pleasure of having Michael out to install our new system and he was very kind and helpful in not only getting everything set up and cleaned up beautifully but also in explaining to me how it all works. I'm very grateful to One Stop and their kind staff and making it possible for me to be able to breathe and feel cool and comfortable in my home again.

Scheduled One Stop to come check our furnace and clean out the vents before we turn it on for the winter. I mentioned that we were waiting for this appointment to turn it on, just to make sure everything is safe (scary experience with a leak last year). They scheduled me for a week later (Oct 15th). On the day they were supposed to be here, a few hours before they were scheduled to arrive, I get a text stating that they have to cancel due to an emergent repair and said the next available day is at the end of the month now, over 2 weeks away. I could understand having an emergency repair, but not having to take until the end of the month now, and canceling the morning of, when I already took work off to be there for this appointment.

I had an issue with my new Ecobee thermostat not turning the AC off. Devon came out and diagnosed the problem as being incorrectly wired. He rearranged the wiring and got everything running as it should. Devin was a great tech. I would recommend One STOP Heating and Air Conditioning for your HVAC needs.

Best experience with a repair, ever. My air conditioner went out, house inside was over 80, they were able to make it out the next day ( weekend) , communicated the arrival time, was in and out in less than an hour , and the service tech was very professional and personable , even my dog loved him

These guys are all about communication, quality and great service. Vaughn came out to inspect our old furnace and air conditioner that we knew was barely working. The furnace was 25 years old. He was very knowledgeable and showed us photos of the cracks in our furnace. We didn't know it was that bad. Then he got into the coil of the air conditioner and it was all rusted and leaking. We were in bad shape but Vaughn came to the rescue and the very next day had his team here installing a whole new air conditioner and furnace system and added a couple new intake vents. We now have air like we have never experienced before.

One Stop has been so great to work with and have taken the stress out of keeping my HVAC running optimally. Matt was out today and was respectful of our home, time, and very knowledgeable about any questions. As part of the service also checked various safety elements related to my system. Overall, great company and on-site team to work with who constantly deliver on their promises.

My furnace had a gas leak that caused the gas company to lock it out. I called for assistance at 4:30 PM. Christian arrived around 6:00 PM. By 7:30 PM he had replaced a faulty gas valve, leak tested everything, and made adjustments to the new gas valve. Everything is working great and I didn't have to spend a night without heat. I highly recommend Christian and One Stop Heating and Air Conditioning.

Matt was very thorough, answered all of my questions and explained everything very thoroughly. He was friendly, courteous, and professional. He came to give me an estimate on replacing a new HVAC system.

Christian Johnson is a very passionate about the care he gives your furnace. Very knowledgeable with a personable approach to the care of what he’s doing. He serviced the furnace and left me with the feeling that the furnace had just received the best furnace tune up it has had.

I can't believe my ac was this dirty. We have had construction & our yard is dust right now! So grateful this ac didn't break because the filters were so bad. They did a great job! Would use again!

Michael and Taylor did a fantastic job while at my house Installing my new furnace and AC. They were very Thorough in giving me instructions as The furnace I had in my house was from 1972! They are very professional and respectful of my property, And made sure that everything was as I would like it.

Be prepared for a long explanation.
I am so disappointed with this company. Our household has had problems with One Stop for almost a year and will not communicate with us.
In April 2023, we had our AC unit go out on us and we needed to replace our unit. With that we discovered that our 2nd AC unit is almost just as old as well as our furnaces and our household decided that we should replace all our AC units and Furnaces. So, we paid a pretty penny for everything.
On Day 1 of Installation, the crew was late and at this point we did not have AC for two days. The crew failed to have all the parts and there was miscommunication about the location of the installation within the house, so the crew was not prepared with the materials needed. This crew ended up installing the unit incorrectly and had the drainage set up wrong. Our household was not aware of this mistake until later. They ended up leaving without completing it because they needed more materials.
This crew ended up quitting without notice the next day and we had to wait for a few days for a new crew to finish the installation of the rest of the units.
On Day 2 of installation (which was a few days later), This crew was awesome and had everything done. They were very professional and answered every question we had.
Months later, around two weeks before Christmas, our heater went out. Our household called One Stop again stating that it went out. The company could not send anyone for a few days. The household was without heat, and this was winter, so the household huddled in one room at night to stay warm.
We asked to speak with a manager about the whole situation. No manger contact.
When someone from the company arrived, this gentleman did the best he could and had to figure out the 1st crews mistake and correct it. However, would not inform us of this mistake. The unit ended up working for a few days to a week then it went out again.
Again, we asked to speak with a manager about the situation. Again, no manager contact.
We called again and they sent the same gentleman again. He did what he could again and finally stated what was going on. It worked for a few days again went out and we noticed water coming from the ceiling and informed One Stop of this issue.
At this point we demanded to speak with a manager. No manager contact.
A 4th crew and installation manager arrived and finally corrected the issue and gave us a number for a handyman company to fix the ceiling. My spouse had to leave work early to be home, while I had to manage the children’s activities. School, Birthday parties, etc.
A few days later, while waiting the handyman company to arrive, the ceiling collapsed. Thankfully when the ceiling collapsed my children were at their school. The location was right outside one of my children’s rooms. Upon the collapsed, our brand-new furniture (armoire) was damaged, and installation was everywhere. I had to clean it right away due to one of our children is highly allergic to dust. In addition, Spouse had to leave work early to assist with the cleaning. Our child still had issues.
The handyman company finally arrived and took a few days to fix our ceiling. This company ended up leaving stains on our carpet. At this point we still had not heard from a manager from One Stop.
Due to the holidays and family events, we were unable to continue calling to get hold of a manager. Which eventually happened two weeks later and asked and discussed some key points and the manager stated they will get back to us. Now it has been weeks, nothing.
In addition, as of March 2024. There is a crack appearing in the ceiling where the collapse happened.

***We heard back from the owner of the company. The owner was great, he apologized profusely about the whole situation and paid for the capets to be cleaned, had the crack fixed and paid for the damaged furniture. It is really appreciated. With all that has been done, I would suggest this company to others. Thank you, One Stop Heating and Air.***

Matt Clyde did an excellent job of servicing our furnace and AC unit. He was very friendly and professional and was very thorough with his work. He gave us additional information should we like any upgrades to our system and was not pushy at all. Jason is an amazing technician. Came back out on his day off to install my smart thermostat after finishing the job. He left everything super cleanly and was very positive. The install looks really clean and good.
