Jared was on time, knowledgeable and very experienced. He not only was able to easily navigate my (very old!) furnace and completely clean it inside and out but also taught me how to maintain it. Jared is honest and gave a great service for an incredible price. I never felt at any moment that he was taking advantage of me in any way. I am a lifetime customer for sure!! I highly recommend to anyone looking for an honest, considerate HVAC company. I was super impressed

Jared did an amazing job. My blower motor called it quits on me. I contacted Air-Craft HVAC and they were super responsive, readily available and had great communication! Jared arrived on-time, and was super friendly. He provided me with great tips in regards to my HVAC, care instructions, and made me feel great about the system I had in my home! I feel very taken care of! Highly recommended.

I called and left a message about scheduling an A/C tuneup. The office got back to me quickly to confirm an appointment. On the day of service, Jared let me know when he was on the way, and showed up at the scheduled time. He did good work, and was happy to explain the process and answer my questions during the service. I’ll definitely keep them in mind for future HVAC projects!

I was referred to Jared by my parents and their neighbor. Jared replied quickly, came out the next day and diagnosed the problem with our AC unit. He was back within a week and tonight we are on our way to a much cooler nights sleep!
We are also beginning a major project of finishing our basement and needed ventilation added. Jared provided us with a thorough quote and scheduled all work to be completed on the same day as the repair to our AC unit. The communication was fantastic and both Jared and Bryce were friendly, respectful and helpful! All of our questions were answered and they made sure we understood everything they were doing. Jared saved us THOUSANDS of dollars. We had multiple companies come And quote us thousands of dollars for replacement and new equipment. 5000-12000 dollars. We were in anxiety and stress because the finances are so tight and that was a gut punch. Jared and Air-Craft HVAC are top-notch professionals. He came to diagnose our 40+ year old furnace, make some suggestions for upgrades (which we elected to do), found the fault, and went to the manufacturer to track down the replacement part. With that part, he repaired and tested our system. We have heat again!

There was even a scare, but he was quickly able to diagnose it and help us avoid an unnecessary repair that someone less thorough might've overlooked. Rex, did an amazing job on our furnace and installed a new thermostat . He has always maintained our heater and air conditioner and is honest and has been in the business for many years and knows what he is doing. He is prompt and will give you a fair and honest price for his work.

Installed a 3.5 ton coil on a 5 ton furnace and sealed off the coil and didn’t elevate the 5 ton furnace off the ground for increased air flow per industry standard. The AC unit is also too small for my house and I’m now replacing the whole system and adding some air returns and re routing some duct work. Building dynamics and Christensen HVAC took every shortcut possible on the HVAC system

We needed a dual mini split system installed in our one-bedroom apartment. Christensen Air did an amazing job. They responded quickly in getting us a quote and they were able to schedule the job fairly quickly. They arrived on time and cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely use Christensen Air again!
