Once again, Monkey Wrench to the rescue. They made quick work of hand digging to find my sewer drain line, cut out the root-clogged section, and added two new clean outs. They cleaned up the job site and had me up and flowing again! All at a price more than $1,000 less than their competitor.

Had an emergency plumbing issue that caused extensive damage and necessitated that we shut off the main water. Monkey Wrench immediately picked up the distress call and had someone out immediately, explained the diagnosis and options along with pros and cons, and allowed us to make an informed choice. Carlos from Monkey Wrench was courteous, professional and amazing! Not only did Monkey Wrench offer a lower estimate than other competitors, Carlos was also more knowledgeable. Other competitors expressed how difficult the job would be but because of Carlos’’ experience he knew how to correctly install a tankless water heater. Carlos also found a gas leak due to a cracked fitting because the original home builders” over tightening and repaired it for us. I am so willing to make this review for both gentlemen Wesley and Carlos. They repiped my house and they did an excellent job. I am satisfied with their service. These two were willing to go extra mile. Carlos helped me remove unnecessary cluttered cables in the crawl space. Wesley made sure the house is locked and safe before they left the house. He seems to know what works for costumers. My other people doing remodel in the house said they checked the plumbing it was done professionally. We had a large job moving plumbing when we did a remodel. There was a drop ceiling that was removed over our kitchen area that contained a substantial amount of plumbing that had to be moved up into the floor joists. Wes with Monkey Wrench plumbing performed all the work. It was done a very professional and timely manner at a very fair cost. We were very satisfied with the work that was done. There were other contractors that came in to to work on our remodel and they even commented on how good the plumbing looked. My experience with monkey wrench, plumbing was excellent. I scheduled with Tori and she was very polite and helpful. I had an appointment set only a few hours after I called. The technician, Carlos, was amazing! He arrived on time and even called and was able to come a little bit earlier. He was very polite and professional. He explained what I needed and did not pressure me, even though I could have put the repair off for awhile. I decided to go ahead with the valve replacement. Carlos got it done and cleaned up quickly! I will definitely be calling them again for any future repairs.
