We had them come out to service a troublesome water heater. The first visit they flushed sediment out and it started out promising but the issues came back. They came back out right away and exhausted all the options they had. Now we have hot water again! Very friendly service and very knowledgeable about what they are doing.

I appreciated being able to chat and have a normal conversation with them while they were working on things. Would highly recommend them to anyone!

Dan was great! Took my call on a Sunday and answered my questions, then came out on Monday to save a bit of money, would definitely recommend!

Do not use this guy. Charged me $250 for 15 minutes of work fixing a toilet. No invoice, no list of parts or labor, nothing. The toilet broke less than two months later, and now he won’t return my calls.
